Great customer service at the N Broad St, Edenton store. I went at 7:30am on a Saturday to avoid their busy times because I needed helium balloons. They blew up the balloons for me right away. Appreciated the response and customer service.

One day it was just an empty field then bam, shoes, snacks, seasonal stuff. It's usually not worth saving $4 buying the same stuff at Wal-Mart, there's been at least 2 people murdered at that particular strip mall. So some people don't like DG but I'm pretty sure they prevent stabbings. I'd go 4 stars but I'm averaging the 4 local stores together and 2 of them are kinda dirty.

Only 1 worker, had to wait in line way too long. She had rap music blasting so loud I couldn't concentrate & the lyrics were totally inappropriate!

Love me some Dollar General they have my pipeline punch monster for $2 a can and they usually have my Boston creme honey buns but this morning they were sold out of my honey bun so I'm a little disappointed

Always to cold in my Dollar General in Hertford, also the belt is broke on one of the checkouts. People that work in there always have coats on. When I asked why so cold they say corporate controls thermostat

Store is messy and stock always on the floor making it hard to navigate aisles. Impossible for anyone in w/c. They need new management with pride in what they are doing.

This is the worst store. The "key holder" tonight saw 7 people in line and told the other girl at the cash register "I'm going to study I have exams next week." I stood in line 15 minutes because of the lack of care the worker displayed. DONT GO HERE

Well-stocked store, we found exactly what we needed. Our efficient cashier greeted us with a smile, which these days is so rare. Kudos, Dollar General!

They never order enough of what you want or you need they see you in there week after week asking for something and they still don't order extra knowing that you would buy it doesn't make much sense to me

The store is understaffed, new inventory sitting everywhere blocking the isles, plus can't tell when it has been sweeper or moped, very bad shape

it was an absolute mess I mean the Isles were just packed with groceries they've been waiting to put away and God what a mess those workers need help they can't work there and stock everything and wait on customers and they get big old trucks that come in Dollar Trees killing them there was like 12 aisles I couldn't get down I couldn't even get down

Store was closed at 7pm yesterday when it says open till 11pm and was closed today all day. No sign saying why or as to reason why. Not happy at all.

Pricing and selection are good. This location was a little cluttered and in general disarray. Cashiers distracted with conversation among themselves.
