Dasha is terrific with our Schnauzer! The cut is always great, price is great, they are always flexible on drop off and pick up times. She does whatever she can to make him comfortable, since he isn't always the best around other dogs. Most times when we go to pick him up, she has him in her lap in her office chair with her!! Such a great place. We recommend them to all our friends that have dogs.

We followed Dasha from our prior groomer who was scaling back. We have an older dog that has injuries and Dasha takes special care to not aggravate them, keeping his comfort and safety as a priority. Dasha has always been easy to schedule with and our boys always look great. Thank you for the great care and service you provide!

Im so grateful for Dasha at yuppy puppy! My dog used to be terrified to go to the groomers. If he was matted old groomers would hurt him by brushing all the knots out instead of doing what was right and cutting them out and letting me know. It got to the point where I couldn't even get him out of the car to get him in. Then I found this little shop and thank God I did.She puts HIS needs first and makes sure he's comfortable and loved. He literally enjoys going to the groomers now. She is also great at communicating if anything comes up. Shes receptive to talking and just all around professional. Highly recommend

I called at the last minute by recommendation from a awesome Groomer who moved away about my Dad's dog Abby. The groomer we went to called at last minute to cancel and I needed Abby done as my Dad is moving to SC next week. I explained upfront to them what was going on and it would be a one time deal and she said bring her in. Needless to say she got an upset stomach and they called and gave her some over the counter stuff and she is fine and what a beautiful job they did. I highly recommend them and did a mention this was an Airedale so not an easy dog to groom. Thank you again for all you have done.

We took our dog, Jake, to Yuppie Puppie for bathing and grooming. He is not an average family dog, weighing in at over 130 pounds and his size is something that presents unique challenges when bathing and grooming him.Yuppie Puppie was great. Dasha groomed him. She was caring and skilled. She also called us during the time he was at Yuppie Puppie to let us know about some concerns she had about his nails (dark color makes them difficult to cut) and to let us know that she thought he needed his anal glands expressed, which she took care of...a very welcome result as that is not an element of dog ownership that we particularly enjoy.Highly professional. Highly compassionate. Great value. Highly recommended.

Moved to the area and chose to take my two small dogs here based on reviews, proximity to my home, etc. When I called on Monday to speak to the owner, she was very friendly. She welcomed me to the area and we agreed I would bring my boys' paperwork and shot records with me to their appointment that Saturday. All was settled....I thought. Three days before their appointment, I get a call from her while I am at work. Her tone was completely different. She stated if I didn't have their paperwork to her by the end of the day she would be forced to cancel my appointment. I reminded her of what she had said two days previously and told her I was at work and couldn't leave and obviously didn't have it with me. She insisted it had to be there that day. I told her I would try to get in touch with their vet in my previous town and have them to send it. I was more than tempted to cancel the appointment, but the boys really were overdue and I didn't know how long it would be before I could get an appointment elsewhere. Luckily, the vet was very accommodating and agreed to not only fax the paperwork to her, but emailed a copy to me as well in case she didn't get it. That was a minor hiccup, but here is why I will NEVER take my boys there again....One of my boys is a hard groom. He's not mean, but he is young and doesn't like standing still. I thought if she had any problems it would be with him. When I picked the boys up, they were both almost shaved. The only hair more than 1/16" long was on their heads. They're Yorkies...they looked like ridiculous anorexic lions. I was appalled. I think she could tell by my reaction that I was upset and immediately started blaming the dogs and how long their coats were, etc. They were overdue, but far from matted. Also, my older dog is a saint. I've had groomers tell me they wish all dogs groomed as easily as him. I told her we would not be coming back and, yes, she still insisted I pay full price for this rhorrible grooming job. They had to wear coats for two weeks to keep from shivering. It gets worse....After getting home, I noticed my older dog (the easy groom) kept chewing at his tail. I thought it was clipper burn and called my new vet to ask what to do for him as he was chewing constantly and turning in circles and whining. I followed his advice, but after two days with no sleep for either of us, I made a vet appointment. Clipper burn? Maybe. The real problem? His anal glands were completely full and irritated. The vet said he barely touched them and was able to express them. He also,stated the rectum has micro cuts and that the underside of his nub tail was also cut. I had him check the other dog while I was there (we travel as a group) and he found that one of his nails was cut into the quick and he had the same cuts to his rear.Can not say enough how much I do not recommend this place.

So truly grateful for Dasha, she takes the time and patient with my older dog. I am so grateful to find a groomer that is reliable and always does an excellent job!

Definitely recommend! My old dog has sensitive skin and he came back Beautiful and soft! The owner was really sweet and you can tell she really loves dogs

This is my FAV groomer. She was willing to try with my bunny. When I left him he was in her arms and just relaxed. Way better than he had behaved with me. 15 min later she was calling me to let me know how his bath went. And the price wasn't bad at all. I was expecting way more.
