The Linden Apartments are by far the best apartments in the city! The apartments are beautiful, amenities are luxurious, and the people in management are the most efficient and friendly people you will find! Joshua, and the rest of the apartment staff, has gone above and beyond to make my stay here pleasant! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my time at the Linden. The building is clean, management friendly and prompt to respond to request. The apartments are lovely with mine on the fourth floor! Sweet P my Chi Chi dog also loved the Linden and really got to know the local small businesses. I highly recommend the Linden!

Have been here for two years and plan to stay at least one more.. The good things: Location is great. You are close to stores and the interstate. The area is much safer than neighboring areas. Maintenance is wonderful. There is an onsite maintenance man and he does a wonderful job. The staff is also very nice and do what they can to resolve issues as they come up. The pool is small but seems sufficient cool down on a hot day and plenty of room to sunbathe early in the day. The gym is also small but provides some basic equipment if you’d rather stay close and work out. The bad things: Parking is quite limited and you may find yourself unable to park near the building. (you can rent a covered space or two for an additional fee). The building is built in a way I can hear everyone around me; I hear the upstairs neighbor walk and move around his apartment (he is way better than the previous tenant who thought her apartment was a dance studio). Overall I am happy with my experience here. I consider the Linden home for now.

My pups and I have lived here for a couple months now and it is by far the best apartment we’ve stayed in. This is our 4th apartment and the leasing office is always helpful and the complex is very clean. Everyone is also very friendly which is a nice plus after living in the city for a couple years.

I've thoroughly enjoyed living at the Linden. The staff are super friendly and attentive. Josh and Kelsey are great. The maintenance team (Nick and Shameek) are also incredibly responsive and very nice guys.It does sometimes feel a bit like cheers where you keep seeing the same people and everyone knows your name. Overall a great place to live if you want somewhere clean and friendly.

Town of Davidson ✅Walking distance to everything you need ✅Beyond that, The Linden has really gone down hill since the new owners acquired the property and the change in manager (same management company).The new owners, in the middle of the pandemic, chose to renovate the clubhouse, workout room, pool area and grill area. The renovations have been ongoing for two years and the end result is less appealing and functional than before the renovations started.The cleanliness of the building has declined dramatically over the last year or so. Dirty carpets in the hallways, dirty mailroom, dirty basement area (people leave trash for days), and a past employee has made a makeshift bbq area on the property riddled with trash in the dog walking area — all of which have not been addressed when reported to both the on-site management and the corporate office.The past employee, when asked about the bbq area, became abusive and has since begun following me around the property in a confrontational manner. Again — reported with no action.I have really enjoyed living here from an overall community perspective — love my neighbors and friends but the condition of the building and the decline in quality/care are the reasons for considering other housing options.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could for the service we received. The leasing office is beautiful. We were greeted by everyone we came across. Josh is the best, answered every single question I had (which was a lot), and took the time to even show me the showrooms again when I couldn't decide on a floor plan. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, even the residents! So happy to be making the Linden my home.Update: Still give this place 5 stars after living here a year and a half. Great location, great neighbors. Extremely pet friendly so you will run into the occasional problem with that, however the leasing office can only do so much. So with that being said, don't live here if you don't like pets or noise of a busy street during the day. Josh and Kelsey are great and shouldn't have to deal with constant complaints because you chose to live in a busy area with lots of residents with animals.

The Linden was a wonderful experience. We were long time homeowners and moved onto The Linden from our home in Wilmington while we waited for our new home in Huntersville to be completed. The Linden, their staff (Josh and Kelsey) and their crew (Nick and Shamekee) could not have been more responsive and helpful. The facility was clean, the onsite gym accessible, the diverse neighbors friendly. The location was amazing, shopping and restaurants right outside, parks and wildlife within a ten minute walk. It was an awesome place to live. We were sorry to leave.

The staff at The Linden are always reachable and willing to go beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. The Linden is incredible accessible to everything that Davidson has to offer. It just feels great about living here! We intend to continue renting at The Linden and I strongly recommend their properties, the property management is always improving your living experience, it is all in the service. I could not be happier!

We lived at the Linden for 15 months and loved it! Great location with beer draft house/wine shop in building for sitting outside and socializing. Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants in Davidson. Town is very bike friendly and joined group bike rides that left twice a week right across the street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever had issue with a leaky sink, staff responded quickly to make repair. Would have liked to stay longer, but had to relocate to take care of elderly family member.Ben and Isabelle

We used The Linden as a temporary residence while our new home was under construction. We could not have been happier that we chose The Linden! The staff of Josh, Kelcey, Nick and Shameek were so resident friendly and responsive. We had a 2 BR corner unit that had 2 balconies and lots of windows for light!We loved the location in west Davidson, close to I-77 but only a good 1 mile walk up to the main street. Plus, the convenience of some good stores within one or two short blocks, including Harris Teeter, Clean Juice, Milkbread, Lina Nails spa, and of course, Hop N Vine for evening relaxation with 20 craft beers on tap and a good wine list by the glass. We would highly recommend The Linden as your new home in Davidson!

I love living at the Linden! It is a convenient location, super close to Lake Norman. Any restaurants or shops you could ever want to go to are within 20 minutes away! My dog and I feel safe walking around in the community and there is a little park in walking distance! Valet trash is an awesome benefit to living here as well as some of the most friendly staff. Kelsey and Ashley are both awesome and will do everything they can to make the tenants happy! Maintenance is very dependable as well and always fixes any issues within 24hrs. So glad I chose to live here!

We absolutely love this apartment. GREAT location, the staff responds right away, same with maintenance. They are all kind, professional and great at their job. The grounds are kept very clean. The interiors are modern and well-kept, very pretty! We had this place on our wish-list for a long time and were so happy when our day to move in finally arrived! We have lived here for 8 months and couldn't be happier! Update: We lived here for 2 years and loved it so very much. They updated the clubhouse and the lobby and it looks INCREDIBLE. We moved out of state and were so sad to leave The Linden. If we move back to NC, we will definitely move right back there! What perfect home and perfect location. Kelsey (office) is awesome! So is Nick (maintenance). They really felt like family by the time we moved.

I’m a snowbird from NY and have been coming to the Linden since January 2020. The office staff and maintenance have always been wonderful to work with. This morning around 9:30 I placed a maintenance order for a smoke detector battery and Shameek was knocking at the door about 10:45. He was quick and polite and is a pleasure to talk to. Nick and Shameek are always smiling and ready for a conversation. The kindness of all the staff is a big reason I keep coming back.

Lived here for a year and it's a great place to live. Apartments are modern and in a great location. Josh and Kelsey who work at the front desk are great and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The maintenance crew is super friendly and quick to respond as well.

Living at The Linden has been an excellent experience. The property managers and staff are very dog/pet friendly and are extremely welcoming to new residents such as myself! It’s a plus to have everything you need within walking distance such as a grocery store, local coffee shop, clothing and more! Would highly recommend living here.

I've lived in a number of places and The Linden is one of my very favorite. The location is ideal, the units are wonderful and the staff is amazing. Leighton, Nick and Steven are wonderful. They are literally the friendliest, most professional, and most helpful group of people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in an apartment setting. This is a great place to live!

I've lived at the Linden for almost 4 years now. It's really hard to beat this location, walking distance to shops, parks, schools, the lake and in my case work. Current staff is amazing and the few times I ever needed something resolved they were on it. Never had any fines or unexpected charges but I have mae sure to follow the guidelines. Before covid hit the property sponsored multiple community activities which is nice although not all residents participate. The amenities are decent enough, small pool, gym, clubhouse, grill and firepit area. Main floor is under renovation so it's a bit of a drag but looking forward to seeing the results. Besides that you have your typical apartment living querks, some neighbors can be a bit noisy at times, not everyone is friendly, some dog owners do not pickup after their pets, etc. Prices can bit a bit high if you are a family with a single source of income but not unreasonable for the location. All in all I have been happy with my stay here at the Linden. It is a solid 4.5 in my view (gave 5 stars because a 4 seems to low).

The Linden is pretty much your typical apartment complex—the prices are too high, the amenities are inadequate for the number of residents, and the community policies are set by rigid, equity-thirsty investors and their team of lawyers. When you live in the linden, you’re signing on to be the return on a baby boomer’s investment portfolio. Linden residents are someone else’s retirement. Enjoy.That being said, Leighton, the most recent leasing consultant, is wonderful. She always solves my problems quickly and respectfully. Maintenance is also good—I’ve never had a problem getting serious issues solved in a timely manner.
