I came to Harris teeter on Tuesday April 23 2024around 13:14:00- no good grapes, no cotton grapes- all grapes were bad- went to the deli side was looking at Salomi and found a fly in the package-looks like it tried to get into the package and got stuck and died- I told the worker there- a young white girl at the deli - she was beside the sushi counter - she didn't apologize- she took it and looked over it and put it on her table side and went away- I use to like this Harris teeter and now I'm not happy with it- bad customer service, not friendly, no good products, no apologies. Harris teeter needs to change and train there staff to be respectful, friendly, nice, give a great customer service, look after the products when trucks are coming in and delivering the products and what’s in the shelves products to make sure the product is still good and no flies are in the product.

Clean, nicely organized store. The employees are always ready to help.We love both local Harris Teeter stores as Davidson residents. We live by the antiquity location off Catawba.You can find some awesome, unique grocery items in both stores. We’ve been organic and natural for over 17 years and I love all the choices you have including the simple truth line.We also really like the Harris Teeter gas station near the 77 DAVIDSON exit.It is always an easy and efficient refuel for us. My husband’s favorite station. *** Don’t forget to support the smaller local stores nearby.

Elizabeth Assistant manager came over because I was in self checkout with coupon. She was very unfriendly didn’t speak a word . Acted as though I was an inconvenience to her.

Store has really gone downhill. Consistently picking up products that are in the wrong tag, and since there's only usually one cashier you're stuck going to self-checkout and then you have to wait for someone to remove it from your purchases. weekend sales only items aren't marked like they used to be. Constantly finding expired dairy products and frozen items past expiration date.

This location has been a convenient grocery store to our home since moving to the area. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful. This past trip was disappointing when we stopped by the deli to grab lunch meat. An employee named Jessica helped us and she was unkind. To the point that I would avoid that area if she was back there in the future. Jabari walked up while we were waiting and was very kind and friendly, as a typical experience in this store!

This is our hometown store! We are always greeted and welcomed for coming in and shopping. The staff is outstanding! Very professional and always helpful. The management is very visible and always have put us and our needs, first. For example, we shopped there on a Friday evening and when we returned home there were no bananas in the bag. We're uncertained what happend. The very next day, I returned to the store in the morning and asked the Service Desk if they had found any bananas left at the store. The manager told me that none for found, but go ahead and pick a stalk of bananas as a replacement. I was stunned! Never have any store we shopped at and in the same situation allowed me to do that. So, I went back to the produce and fruits section and picked out another one as close to the poundage I could find. I took it and my receipt back to the Service Desk and told the manager "I was sorry, I couldn't find another stalk of bananas close to the same poundage. He told me, "Don't worry about it and those would be fine." I am so appreciative to him and the store for their kindness and willingness to accommodate me. I simply can't say enough good things about this store. The level of love for what they do for their customers leaves me at awe! Thank you to the manager and the store associates for everything they do each day for customers. You are the best! We do not shop anywhere else!

Tried using self-checkout. Machine summoned "help." No one showed up. The cashiers were not busy but ignored me, and I didn't see a manager. Finally took my bagged merchandise to a cashier to scan them again.

Dissatisfied with salad bar. Some items were frozen and others (such as spinach and lettuce) were brown or spoiled already. Also lack of items on bar was disappointing. Went in specifically for salad bar. Cashier was great which almost made up for terrible salad which I was craving.

This Harris Teeter is phenomenal. The associates are extremely friendly. Management has the place running smoothly. Prices are fair for the high quality goods they sell. The meat and deli have great selections. This is definitely my preferring store for grocery shopping.

Harris Teeter is an upscale grocery store, almost on the same level as Publix and Giant Food, much better than Food Lion. This particular store has some problems keeping standard items in stock. Besides that inconvenience, this is a good place to shop. It is rare if you have to wait to check out. The employees are uniformly helpful and attentive.

Love this location! Super clean and organized. We had Tori check us out and she was super sweet and bagged everything amazingly. I know that sounds silly but I’m big on keeping like items with like items and she paid extra attention. Very much appreciated!

Check expiration dates and prices. Constantly finding expired food on shelf and product ringing up more than posted price. Lately finding beverages missing safety seals. Can't wait for new Publix on 73.

Part of the monstrous Kroger family of grocery stores, H.T. has local home town feel. Super clean and nice selection of everything. Exceptional produce section and plenty of help at deli, meat, seafood, bakery, self check out and cashiers. Pharmacy location inside as well as customer service desk all A+ on service.

I enjoy the supermarket butcher soo much. I can get the same price $1.99 a pound of chicken but have them cut it for me and select the number of breasts I want as opposed to having to buy the big pack. They will cut it in any way I ask it's awesome.I've noticed that the produce price are either more or less then other supermarkets. Depending on what it is.Other prices tend to be on the high prices side but with the card you can get from them free gets some amazing deals.

This place is convenient so I go frequently however if I had a choice I would go somewhere else. The fish and the shrimp always smell pretty rough when I go past. The shelves are stocked in the produce looks good but it's overpriced and the bakery food isn't that great

They have tasty crunchy california rolls that've I ever had...Fridays is $5 sushi all day. Decent wine selection as well and love the self-checkout option. Everything I've purchased from them has been fresh and prices are competitive.

Not enough lines open. Had to self check. Didn't check my locally farmed donut peachs - 3 out of 8 are moldy.Grateful to live in America to have these minor complaints! 🙂

Definitely a nice Garris Teeter. It seems bigger than my local store, and had a great selection. It's a little pricey so shop the specials and bring your coupons. Read the ad signs very carefully to meet the conditions for the sale price

Needed a sub for lunch, but was going fishing...and I only appreciate a well made sub sandwich(no subway!!!). I walked into HT while they were still on breakfast hours, and asked if I was able to get a sandwich made...and Gregory(in the deli) went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected of him, and made me a sub while not being ready for that kind of order(I was there before 10 am) at the time. This area of this store does the best and always looks spectacular. Any one looking at this, and works with HT, Gregory is a very customer oriented person and deserves accreditation for this work.

Came here at 6:30am to get some donuts on a Saturday morning and the bakery didn't have them out. I could see the donuts on racks behind the counter and the employee told me they would be out at 7 and didn't even bother to take my order. So I went down Poplar to the other Harris Teeter and they had their donuts out. Poor service at the bakery.

I ended up $10 short on a grocery trip a few months back. I had taken some things off but as I was leaving the manager stopped me and handed me two bags. He had gotten the items I'd taken off. All the employees/staff at this Harris Teeter are so kind, why this is the only one I go to!
