Be careful- the pharmacists won’t confirm your insurance and will process the prescription and charge you retail price. They are very apathetic and don’t care if they process it correctly. It is up to the consumer to make sure they have the current insurance on file. They are not customer focused and will just charge you retail price for the medicine. I have had to call the insurance company and have them reprocess the prescription- very annoying.

CVS Davidson is the best, they have fast, friendly service and don't make you go to the self checkout if you don't want. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful, this is why this CVS is my favorite by far,

Be careful parking here, one step outside of the cvs border and you’ll get booted and charged $200 even if you are a customer. This is no way to treat customers

I don't understand how a single location can be so bad. I go here regularly because it's close to work. That's it. At first I thought it was just me remembering the bad times more than the good times. But genuinely, every time I go in there, if I don't have a hassle, that's the "good" time.The place is horribly organized. Sometimes I'll go in there and there will be no one at the counter and plastic bins/crates for shelving in the floor with no one tending to them. Sometimes the drink shelves will be inexplicably pushed INTO the display so if you want to get a drink from that shelf you have to walk INTO the refrigeration area to get it.Just recently when I went in, the entire register system was down. I would forgive something like that as a spontaneous act of God if it felt like they weren't constantly messing up anyway. People (myself included) have stood there for extended periods of time at the front waiting for up to 10 minutes. (I know because I'll usually just start listening to music while I wait and go through several songs before being helped.) And then once they help the people standing there first in line, instead of helping everyone else, they'll take back off to wherever they were before and make you wait again. Genuinely if it wasn't for the fact that I work in Davidson so the location is convenient, I would just never go there. And there are times where I have to pick between getting food there and waiting for an hour thirty minutes to eat somewhere else at the same quality and I often just wait because going in there is not worth the hour and a half I'd save by doing so.
