The ONLY good thing about this pharmacy is it convenient location to me. Everything else about it is terrible. The staff are some of the rudest I've come across in a long time. Long lines. Drive-thru closed most of the time. Prescriptions not ready when they say they are. The list goes on. Safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere friendlier and more efficient.

I am trying to pick up my wife’s prescription since yesterday.. they are only serving via drive through and taking hours to pick up.. ridiculous!!

Today I walked in to the pharmacy and met with a very very rude pharmacist (the pharmacy front desk person was trying to help). I have a prescription that was submitted on 12/22 to be taken 12/23. It was out of stock so the pharmacist told me it will be here on Tuesday 12/26. The app said it would be ready today 12/27. I went in and the pharmacist (without looking up at me or speaking to me directly) said “I have no idea where it is.” Not acceptable. It is a specific timed prescription. If they didn’t have it the responsible thing would have been to call and update me so I can get it transferred to another pharmacy.There is a sign on the register that says “pls be kind today because we are short staffed” which is fine and understandable but customers deserve respect too especially when it comes to important medication. It’s not the customers fault you all are short staffed and the least that can be done is proper communication and RESPECT. Pharmacist was VERY dismissive and if you don’t want to work in a public setting, don’t!

They are consistently wrong in everything they tell you. You may receive a text that your prescription is ready. You make the trip there. Is your script ready? Nope. Drive thru open. Nope. Have any questions? Good Luck with whomever this weeks new hire is.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies. Earlier this year, I contacted CVS about a prescription issue for my mother. The person I spoke to was rude and dismissive. When I called back to file a complaint, I found out it was the pharmacist who had cursed at me. I immediately transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Today, despite a prescription being called in at 8 AM, CVS closed the drive-through at 1:20 PM, claiming lunchtime after I have been sitting in line for about 10 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me that I can come inside until 1:30. Is that absolutely ridiculous or what?.I've decided never to deal with CVS again due to their consistently poor service.

Pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to.. I have been using this location since is very close to my home… however it takes sometimes days to get an order filled… like right now I have a prescription since yesterday and is still in process… this is for my heart since I’m having big issues with my heart right now…. This is not a luxury item is a medical issue, the anxiety is not helping me at all…. Will be switching pharmacy even though it might be more convenient for me.

This location has went downhill over the last year. No drive thru because of lack of staffing. Went to pick up my meds today and they said they lost power and cannot sell me my meds that are refrigerated. Ok….how about a call/text/email to say so. I got nothing. I’m done with this location. It’s sad because I’ve used them for 5 years. CVS you need to do better. You Lost a customer today.

Received text message medication is ready to pickup .Called them to confirm also.. when i went to pickup i get to hear it is not ready and takes 30 min to 45 min.. they have done this 3 times to my Family.PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME.

Zero stars if possible. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to fill a prescription that was sent in 24 hours before by my son’s doctor - they tried blaming the doctors office 🤔 Then they said it would take 15 more minutes, well then after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they didn’t have enough to fill it completely and could only partially fill it. I agreed to the partial fill because it was an antibiotic for my extremely sick child. While I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for it to be filled, the pharmacist delayed filling it as best she could because she knew how frustrated I was (as any mother/human would be) and pharmacist proceeded to tell me I was harassing her BY WAITING near the counter for my prescription! I have reported her and hope that appropriate actions are taken. Nonetheless, we will be switching pharmacies going forward. Just despicable pharmacy staff.

If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service. Their drive thru has been closed for months. Elderly people struggling to walk inside and wait in long lines. There are 3 people working just as it was when the drive thru was open. Today the cashier wanted to argue with me on misinformation she gave me and tossed my bag at me. I know my business is just a drop in the bucket. It’s unfortunate there not closer competition.

I have been to this location 2 times because my wife was wanting to try it out. Both times I pulled up to the drive through having the rolling door pulled and the staff saying “we just closed the drive through” meanwhile I had been waiting for 30+ minutes for a prescription.

Horribly rude and incompetent staff. I was referred to this cvs from my local one because mine was out of stock of my mothers medicine. She suffers from chronic pain and spondylosis. I was told she would be able to get it today out of pocket, but they refused to fill it. No reason, just that they wouldn't do it. Just save your time and go somewhere else. Hateful and miserable staff that don't want to help anyone.

Poor customer service.As I quietly approached the pick-up counter yesterday, all the pharmacy personnel were huddled around a computer at the back. One looked up, noticed me, and with what appeared to be a smirk practically shouted, "We are off-line and not filling any prescriptions." No one offered an apology or any suggestion as to when they would be able to fill prescriptions.I needed the medication for Parkinson's due to exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam and left the store somewhat dejected and not feeling valued as a customer / veteran.

Been getting same medication here for years. Now its tripled in price. New pharmacy staff seemed lazy and annoyed at trying to fix issue, stated was insurance issue... it's not... the last time I was there the staff said insurance was not even being applied when I tried to update. Didn't even consult pharmacist. Having to transfer Rx to Walgreens. New staff in pharmacy is a huge let down, won't be back. Delay in my medication as Walgreens will also have to order it.

Always an unpleasant experience. The staff is unfriendly at their nest and down right rude at their worst. I've contacted corporate but they don't seem to be concerned. This place is more expensive than other pharmacies. The only reason I went to them was the location is right down the road from my neighborhood.

They got to have the most unpleasant and incompetent pharmacists that I ever have to deal with. I have been there many different occasions, for different reasons and different family members; always had the same horrible service. At least they are consistent! Aren’t they happy to be there? It surely doesn’t seem like. The other folks who work at the store are always so pleasant and helpful, I wish they would invest in better pharmacists. It’s a pharmacy after all!

I had a terrible experience at this Store. The staff was very rude and unhelpful.I was asking some help to the staff to take the Printout of passport Photos. The Staff said it is a self-service so we can't help, and they were very happy when I was struggling to get the work done.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called CVS to fill my prescription on 2/2/23 @ 5:30pm and was met with a dial tone on the first attempt, and an aggravated greeting on the second. I told the lady that I was hung up on, and asked why that happened. I guess she didn’t like that because she immediately asked if she could help me, ignoring the question all together in an even more aggressive tone. Worse service I have received from a CVS Pharmacy by far!

I don’t usually take the time to leave a negative review, but this time I feel so perturbed about my service at the pharmacy drive-thru that I think something needs to be said. I pulled up and stated I had 2 pickups and sent my payment card. She asked the usual name and DOB, but couldn’t find the prescription. After some time I’m handed off to someone else who finds the medication, sends it to me and tells me I’m all set. At this point I’ve been at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. I’m a bit confused because I had stated I had 2 pick ups, and they give me one and try to send me on my way. I’m a bit anxious because there has been someone behind me waiting to pull up. I tell her that I had another for pick up, but I guess I could come back. At this point the CVS pharmacy employee grabs her headset off her head, throws it on the counter/table (whatever they have behind that window), and walks away. I can hear her complaining and being frustrated saying she’s completely overwhelmed. I’m seeing this and hearing this in the drive-thru. Finally another employee comes and takes over to help me get the other prescription. I get if your having a bad day, but it’s not ok to treat customers with such disrespect.

The pharmacy area people seem more and more dislike their job only one lady went above and beyond (sadly didn’t get her name) than the rest of 5- 6 people in the pharmacy area. I will be moving my business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time nor your money.

Terrible service, pharmacists are extremely condescending, unorganized & under prepared. I was told it takes 2 hours to fill a prescription when it was sent in prior to the pharmacy opening, after making me wait they told me that they didn’t have the entire prescription and I would either have to wait 2 days or pay full price for 2/3 of my prescription. Extremely disappointed to say the very least.

The Pharmacy staff are awful. Almost everytime I come to this pharmacy there is an issue. They don't seem very competent. Waited for a prescription for almost 30 minutes, went to the window twice to see if it was ready all for them to say the Pharmacist could not read the prescription the doctor wrote. Ridiculous!!!!Ended up taking prescriptions to another CVS location in Huntersville that filled it with no issues.Giving 2 stars instead of 1 just because the front end staff are always pleasant and awesome.

This is my all time fave pharmacy - the pharmacist is the best meds counselor and has gotten my doc to change to generic Rx to save huge $$$! Clerks are so helpful in squeezing the last pennies from my coupons. Very convenient to pick up from CVS and then get groceries from HT, too. Thanks CVS!
