They never have enough help as they funnel all the customers to the self checkout line. I've been told several times they don't have enough help "today". Which turns out to be most everyday. But there is enough time to check my ID (I'm 65) as I purchase Threaflu for my sick wife. Need another more pleasant place to shop.

This walmart is the most disgusting walmart I've been to they owe $25 and they promised me a gift card which I never got. They took $25 off my card and refused to reimburse me because I didn't have the item the manager is extremely rude her name is Nikki and she should be fired and she has no respect for customers or people who serve in the armed forces she was rude to a 80 year old vet in front of customers nikki needs to be fired.

One of the worst Walmarts I have been to. The customer service is terrible. I got followed by people who work there because they thought I was a thief and trying to steal something. Two months ago I used my OTC card to pay $150 on my electric bill and they sent the money to the wrong account and said they are not wrong. I showed the Manager Nicole the receipt to it and they had refused to give me a refund. If I don't get a refund for this I will report this to The better business bureau and I will call United Health care which is my insurance I want a refund and I want the managment disciplined for this I will never shop here again.

Pharmacy staff have been great, stellar and kind beyond belief. However the morning management isn't the best. There is a particular male who talks down to his employees and he is a team lead. I'd prefer going to Food lion a quarter mile away.

Boy for a small store Walmart wise this store sure can get busy, all the cash registers they have I've rarely seen more than four open at one time the self-checkout stay busy, they got four of them, so generally they only have two manned cash registers open at the same time during normal business hours, So be prepared to do the self-checkout I can say prices are coming down in this store on certain items as of 6/21/23 But certainly not pre- packaged lunch meats and cheese!!! ridiculous!!!!

Place is convenient, but it's perpetually busy. Doesn't really matter what time, always too many people shopping here. Plus I just don't like Wal-Mart. Staff is fine, store is well kept and has good selection, but Ingles down the road or Food Lion are my first choice.Addendum to my first review. Place has gotten busier since my last visit. It's a several minute wait for any sort of employee assistance.

WELL it was my fav. Wallyworld to shop at til now! Usually most of the staff is friendly, respectful &store is clean,but my debit card has had issues w/ swiping bc its lil worn out and majority of the time I go shop here& it’s never been an issue til now to type digits in manually til today! the2 new ladies I’ve never seen at night, made a Huge issue out of that and refused to show me pay for my groceries when I do go there every other day or so and repeat my same routine! All the other staff know me but face bc I go there all the time and have been since built! Y’all lost a loyal customer!! #DoBETTERwalmart #BeBetterhumans

Fantastic store. They opened extra checkouts because it was busy. The cashier was super friendly, and we actually had a decent conversation while she waited on me. It was a real change of pace, compared to other retail stores recently. 2 thumbs up.

I go to this store twice a week do to convenience but today there was a new women on rhe front end she watched me scan my items and pay for them she my neighbor who was with me scanes and paid for her items . The next thing I Know she was standing behind us and as we were leaving she asked to check our receipts this made me feel like racial profiling because I am black man and she is white women. Other than the fact that most of the white women in the front never greet me coming in or going out but they do greet the white people who come and go I guess black that shop there do not deserve to be greeted. Its a shame that racism is running rampant every where part of my purchase pays their salary but I will be shopping at a more diverse store.keep in mind no other people's recipes were checked only mine. I guess she was New Kinder Softer Racism the kind that says I Dont like you with a 😃

I love coming here! The staff is friendly and helpful, store is very neat and clean, prices aren’t bad. Although I don’t normally go during “rush”, it’s never been at all crowded when I’ve been there. It’s always a very pleasant experience.

This is my favorite grocery store and all the cashiers are pretty friendly with the exception Joyce who usually directs you to the lines....well this week it was the rudest she's ever been. I had a pack of corn on the cob and it would not scan so the cashiers asked her to get another one and she replied back with ARE YOU PAYING EBT? The cashier, my daughter and myself just looked at her with a stun look on our face, the cashier apologized. I walked and asked her why would she ask someone that with customers around and I let her know that I didn't appreciate her loud question on a less than a dollar pack of corn. Lastly that was not the first rude experience with her.

I just got one thing to say… i’ve always had a great experience at this Walmart. Everyone is so nice and always greets me. However JOYCE is EXTREMELY RUDE! She had to be the rudest worker even working there. She literally throws the whole atmosphere off.

This place is pretty great for a Walmart grocery store. The workers actually act like they want to help you and half way want to be at work, compared to other Walmarts I have visited (locally and abroad). Food selection is decent and prices are fair. Store is pretty clean and tidy. It's good for quick in and out shopping trips.

It’s like a mini-Walmart!Highly convenient, great for in-and-out trips.Doesn’t have everything which you have to actually use your common sense and realize that since it’s not a full blown Walmart that everything isn’t going to be there like the normal ones and not get all up in arms about them not carrying x and y and acting like you don’t have any home training.Once you realize that... There are no complaints! Great job guys.

Good place to shop for groceries. I wish they were taking Covid more seriously. I saw a ton of people not wearing masks, they don't seem to be enforcing it very well. Good service, mostly. We've had some attitude issues with the deli workers on more than one occasion.

Soooo, I've been in the area a year. I'm not used to half of a Walmart, but I must say it has definitely grown on me! It has the grocery section, health and beauty section, and pet food. It stays pretty busy the entire time its open. The store is always clean! The staff is fairly friendly (only one employee issue, but it was minor and I haven't seen that person since). Stock is usually well kept and things I can't find in the regular Walmart I usually can find here. This is my "go to" Walmart for grocery shopping rather than the main one because THAT location needs prayers.

I love coming here as far as grocery shopping goes... and I also use it to put my check on my card every week... recently they started having a malfunction and could not put checks on cards... and I'm disappointed to say that they made me pay for it by making me pay the fee to put it on my card... people shouldn't have to pay for their equipment malfunctions... but that's ok... hopefully they can get in gear or at least not make me pay twice for the service I asked for...

Theirs always a few employees standing around an isle, hiding, chatting, goofing off, while customers wait in line at the check out. And only one register open. Not so good training and customer skills! And their customer service area is almost non-existent. They leave you standing there for a half hour then tell you to go back to the register that you just came from where they told you to go to the desk only to have them tell you to go back to the counter again it's messed up their training, management, customer service, all are the worst there could be!

I like this store, but they never have the coffee creamer I want and I have talked to 3 Different managers or assistant managers. There are a few other things that I like and they never have it either like my fat free cheese slices. If it wasn't for the pharmacy I would probably go to a different store all the time as I have to go to a different store half of the time all ready.

First of all this store has a nice small size compared to a super center. Everything is organized well, wished they keep items in stock, more registers open when needed. Great customer service. I’ve been shopping since they’ve opened, enjoyed shopping everyday seen happy smiling faces in associates, I’m happy to say they are doing a good job on keeping stored clean.

Says they're open until midnight. I stopped by after work at 11:50 and the doors were locked. I just needed one thing and would easily have been out the door before they closed. I sat in the parking lot and watched the manager let the employees out of the locked doors at 11:57 (BEFORE they supposedly close). Wont be giving them my business again.
