Great friendly staff and a nice clean store that is well stocked. Unlike all the other dollar trees around this location. Hands down the Dallas NC location is the best. We have the best store manager and all the other management is sweet and is willing to help you with anything.

Things are always pilled up can't get to the registers half the time and the young black lady has a very bad additude and cusses other employees I have seen that first hand I dread it if I have to go in there, you ask for something and they tell you if you can't find it,then don't know what to tell you,they don't offer any help at all the older lady with long light colored hair is the sweetest person there and she's trying to run the entire store on her own she needs real help. Not lazy people pretending to work while she works her butt off. God bless and get some real help.

This Dollar tree needs an upgrade. They rarely have anything new. Same ole stuff from 10 years ago. I noticed yesterday that they still carry the same dishes I bought back in 2013. Their 5.00 isle doesn't have many options either.

The Dallas store has terrible customer service. Tried talking to the manager about an incident and she wouldn’t even listen. They need to clean house and start over in that store.

Crystal is the most amazing store manager.She is always helpful, has a infectious positive attitude and knows what isle her products are on - as does her elite staff. I hope she never leaves the Dallas, NC store.

The employee's work hard keeping this place on point. It's not like the other Dollar Trees. Hard worker's in Dallas...6/9/22... (Cashier Joyce) has absolutely No Customer Service.. Rude and Unprofessional.. It's my opinion that she shouldn't work with the public.."🤨"

Dollar tree is the best store that you're reasonably can shop ,especially during the pandemic good customer service the manager there is a gracious young lady with plenty of kindness she seems to love her job.. always smiling and talking to her customers thank you we appreciate you. I always tell her you're the nicest Young person I have met lately...

They seemed kind of biased to me. The lady that checked me out and the girl stocking the Household items didn't seem too comfortable with a "person of color" in the store but, they didn't really say anything negative; you could just tell by their body language and facial expressions..I guess that's just Dallas,NC for ya thoo🤷🏾.

This was a great Dollar Tree! Tons of stuff in stock. Staff was also friendly. Store very clean. I wish I had more time to spend here to stock up on my favorites, but we were just passing through and had to pick up a gift bag on our way out of town.

The woman at the register ask me if I wanted a receipt and I said no it okay and when I got outside I noticed that she had short changed me $1.00 I didn't go back in and say anything because I told her that I didn't need a receipt. I will get a receipt next time if I ever go back. That woman has a nice little scam going, if she short charges 100 people a day $1.00 then she will make herself $500 extra dollars a week. She really should be Fired. So if you go to this store check your change.

Always clean and neat. Associates are very friendly. The only difference with this Dollar tree and the one like at Franklin square is that it is a little smaller so sometimes they may not have an item that you are looking for. ( I don't run into that very often though.)

I love it! They have great everyday stuff. Batteries toilet paper etc. Come check it out. It's brand new to the area. In a older store location. Little low on Fridge stuff. They haveexcellent stuff that's there brand for cleaning!

What's a line n they need more employees to help with stock and check out. People are friendly just a lot of out of stock items n boxes everywhere trying to stock. I prefer the one in Gastonia now as it is always stocked.

Very Friendly Service, a wide array of both store and name brand items you will find for literally $1 where as other stores have them for $3+ Very clean and tidy while staying organized for ease of shopping~

Its so tiny. I also ordered online and had it shipped to the store. Got an email conformation saying it was there, i get to the store to be told no and that maybe it was on a truck that came in the next day. I called the 1800 number to be told it should be there, the rep on the phone called the store. When she came back to the phone she told me they had put my order out on the floor. So I had to go back in the store and collect all of my items.

Clean store with nice selection of items that are all $1. Isn't as large as some of their other stores, so they offer less items than the bigger stores in Gastonia.

I frequent this location all the time as it is just minutes from home. Their selection is decent and their store is mostly clean, but their staff is very unfriendly.

Dumb that you have to drive all the way home for a receipt over $1.25 when you buy a defective item and just want to exchange it.
