Our dog is 10 years old and has received all of his care with Crossroads Animal Hospital. Every person working there is friendly. Kind, thorough care from the time we walked in the door. I know my sweet dog is in good hands with this Veterinary staff. Definitely recommend this office.

Crossroads,Dr Lanier and her friendly staff have provided excellent care for at least five our beloved canines for approximately 10 years.I've witnessed on several occasions Dr Lanier thoroughly examining from head to toe and often providing extra services, always coming home with clean ears. This 5 star animal hospital definitely checks all the boxes.

Everyone one here takes care of my dogs with respect and understanding. Other vets should take note I am not at a sales clinic or a guilt trip therapy session. Dr.Lanier seems to have my animals best interest at heart and does a great job

This office is so amazing.. I called last week to have my 15 yr old dog to sleep. It was Saturday morning. She told me if he passes to call and cancel my appointment. And he did. I’ve never actually been to this vet but I got a condolences card from them and that was the sweetest thing!! Thank yall so much! And Pet heaven cremated my a baby and put him in a beautiful tin!!

I love this vet! The staff is very caring and I trust them completely. They take care of my babies ranging from kittens to Great Danes, and they do a wonderful job with all of them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I have never had so much trust in a vet that I feel cares for my babies as much as I do!

I've never had a Vet before that cared about and loved my dog and their well-being as much as I did until I came across Crossroads. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Lanier and all the staff here, each one supported us from the moment we walked in, until the moment the heart-wrenching realization that we would have to euthanize my dog, and after. I hurt and they hurt and in that moment I didn't feel alone. My dog was my best friend and my emotional support in life and losing him has broken my heart in ways I didn't know it could break. Up until recently I never could share my grief when a beloved furry family member died. I have gone into isolation, grieving knowing few could understand a piece of me was missing. So when I received the beautiful card and paw print given to my family in honour of our dog and the wonderful life he had lived I couldn't stop sobbing knowing they cared about our loss and how devastating it has been for us, and feeling their sympathy and caring helped us so much, and will forever be part of our mantle where Mr. Friend sits watching over us now. It's silly, but a little piece of me and my family filled today when we received that card.I am incredibly grateful that everyone at Crossroads was with me, my family and my dog through all of this. I thank them for making my dog's passage painless, and for being so compassionate and gentle with him and us. I wish so much I had found them sooner. A friend of mine said to me, "Appreciate vets that do this, there aren't that many of them left." and it's true. I appreciate all of you, thank you for the card, thank you for recommending Pet Heaven who was also amazing to us, thank you for being so compassionate with my dog when he was euthanized, for the beautiful words, thank you for making room for him when it got really bad, thank you for the care when the decision had to be made, thank you for the compassion over the phone every time I had to call in, and thank you for caring about him when he first walked through the door.I can't express how much it means to us. I'm grateful we found you and that if we had to share the journey with anyone it was with you all. With love from Mr. Friend and his family, we love and miss him everyday and our heart aches without him. Thank you for giving us a little piece of him back.

This is a great example of how a small interaction can leave a lasting bad impression.I came today for a "tech" appointment with our 16 week old black lab puppy to get her rabies shot. We have been hard at work training at home since we got her at 8 weeks, and due to vaccinations for parvo among other shots, we have only been socializing our pup for a few weeks now. She is house trained, working on leash training, can follow basic commands and we have taken pride in our progress and our pups receptiveness to training. Considering all this care and work we have been putting in, I was very disappointed when the "tech" brought our puppy back after less that 3 minutes from her shot and the only comment was, "So the vet DEFINITELY recommends you need to get her some puppy classes" in a condescending tone that caught me off-guard. It was said in a way like we are doing something clearly wrong in our care and training. I asked for some feedback to understand why this message was being relayed, and her response was dismissive, "Well just the jumping and such". What am I supposed to take away from that interaction constructively? Here was the entire 10-15 minute visit: Our dog came in, sat at my feet after we checked in and whimpered 2 or 3 times while we waited, obviously excited. The tech came out and pranced around talking to her which worked the dog up. Then this strange new person (from the dog's point of view) takes her into a back room alone (they dont allow owners to escort dogs to the back) and then they came back 3 minutes later with the same excited puppy and the unconstructive negative feedback. If you can't handle a normal excited 4 month/30 pound puppy then I question why you got into the vet business at all. I may not be as "qualified" to offer the opinion, but I've never met a puppy this young that knows how to sit still and fully control general excitement.I left this experience with a bad taste in my mouth. Why the pretentious attitude? I extrapolate the "tech's" attitude to represent the overall atmosphere and culture of this place, if she treats customers that way then the vet running the practice must have led with this ostentatious example. Ive been here twice and haven't had any facetime with the actual vet. As if she is hard at work in the back and cant be disturbed. Let's not pretend this is some concierge, boutique practice in the upper east side of Manhattan or something poshy. Its a vet practice ran out of an old house in Dallas of Gaston county. If you have constructive feedback that needs to be relayed to owners, its best to handle that conversation in person, not send along snide remarks with the "tech" to scold owners. Would not recommend this vet to anyone but people who train show animals for competition, the rest of us need to find someone a little more down to earth.Edit following the response from the "Dr.":The owner has provided here a clear example of not understanding customer service with their response. Unconstructive recommendations passed via your employees without explanation does little to keep your customer base. Good luck, you all are going to need it!

The veterinarian thoroughly checked out my kitty . . . friendly staff . . . My cat’s chemical burn is healing rapidly, after applying the advised (and inexpensive) cream, and I’m hopeful his fur will start to regrow soon . . . Thank you!

I wish there was a better score than 5 stars! Dr. Lanier and her practice are the best, most trustworthy veterinary practice I have ever had the pleasure of sharing my dog's care with. I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend them more highly!!

Made a “Tech” appointment for a few shots that was supposed to take 10-15 minutes according to the front desk. After waiting I was told the doctor would take more time and when she was ready it would be a 30 minute doctor check up visit before the shots. Due to this I now need to make another appointment. This should have been communicated originally - expectations need to be set upfront and not changed once the person is in the building. Not pleased.

My dog had surgery to get neutered. When she was comming out of anesthesia, confused, scared and a bit in pain. Crying and howling. One of the nurses proceeded to CLAP LOUD and fuss at my poor baby, to get her to be quiet. Instead of comforting her and making sure she was okay!DO NOT GET ANY SURGERIES HERE! FOR YOUR BABYS WELL BEING

Dr. Lanier is amazing with both of my doggos. Very attentive and caring. She listens to all of my concerns and I never feel rushed. My older dog is very dog aggressive and all other vets that I've been to have made me feel like I have the "bad kid". Not Dr. Lanier. The staff was very accommodating and made sure my dog (and other dogs) were safe and comfortable throughout the visit. I'm so happy I found Crossroads!

This place is awesome! My cat had formed a bladder infection. They were able to get him in quickly and feeling much better within hours! Dr. Lanier was so kind! When I got there to pick him she went through a very thorough explanation of the things they did and things we could do to make our cat healthier! All of this at an affordable price. From the price to the doctor to the staff to the facility...it was hands down a 5 star experience! We will definitely be back....but hopefully not anytime soon 😊

Dr. Lanier is an Amazing Veterinarian. She Loves❤️ Pets and is the Best. I have been going to her for 5 years. She was recommended by a co-worker. My Bully-Gambit, Frenchie-Judo, English Bulldog-Leia and Kitty-cat are under her care. You will Not find an Honest, Truthful and Caring Doctor like her anywhere else. I Am from New York City and had my share of Vets that are nothing compare to her level of Professionalism and Understanding in the field. Her staff are wonderful 😇 as well. You feel like Family. Is a Positive and Relax Atmosphere.

Dr. Lanier and her staff deliver excellent pet care. I have been very pleased with all levels of service and the knowledge they all have. Customer service is also excellent. I drive 40 miles each way to take my 2 dogs for care, so that says something! Highly recommended!

The staff is Awesome and so friendly. Dr. Lanier is Fantastic. She is very personable and extremely smart. She's always current on new things in the veterinarian world. She is an A+++++ surgeon as well. Won't let anyone else treat my dog he has lots of medical issues. He is now my service animal and I can't be without him. He is the reason I'm still alive. He is a rescue and came with many health problems. She keeps him healthy and happy. He enjoys going to see her and the staff. Thanks Cross Roads Animal Hospital!!!

This was our first time visiting the veterinarian here and unfortunately we lost our beloved dog Scruffy, but even in this heartbreaking situation this was the absolute best experience we have ever had with a vet. They were very compassionate for our loss and very knowledgeable and made sure they did absolutely everything they could to help us and our dog. She was very thorough and made sure we understood everything they would be doing. Would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a competent veterinarian who truly cares about your animals

I don't do alot of reviews but Dr. Lanier is the best. I really respect how humble she is and the great work she is doing in her community by being so affordable. She does not sacrifice quality. Everyone is so nice. I moved over an hour and a half away but will still bring my fur baby to her! She is the best!!

I brought my 5 animals all at once and the girls help me bring them all in and then bring them all to my car was awesome. I went there wondering how that was going to work and they had it all under control. The girls are awesome. They review each file individually listen to my concerns and the doctor she is absolutely a person that listens to your concern an explains everything in detail and answers all your question, she is in no rush to step out. She goes on the floor with your pets, she smells them, she talks to them. I love this place. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a vet.
