Great customer service experienceUpdate just went in and the assistant manager almost run my husband over with a biggie running down the aisle! He says my bad!! Then he was like no you cant use the bathroom after 9pm its policy. I didnt see that policy on the bathroom door. Rude

Its bad when you have to explain to a manager how todo their job. A woman named tammy was working and charged me double then what i was supposed to pay for a phone card. Then tried to lie and say all i could add was a $50 card and nothing less but yet i seen smaller amount cards in her hand. Neither one of the workers knew what they were doing and "tammy" the manager got mad when she had to get up from setting on the floor and come to the register. Not a good "manager" at all and all shes doing is running business off.

So very nice in lincolnton hwy 27. Great customer service smiles every where. You really feel welcome and most of all they help you find your product. All of them an A+

store was stocked and clean but the clerk was not very knowledgeable of her position. When I asked for a pack of cigarettes she checked my ID as she should but then told me because I did not have a North Carolina ID that she would not sell to me. I found it very unusual and disturbing.

Dollar general is my favorite store in Lincoln or maiden or Newton doesn't matter they're close to me they're convenient if I need to pick up something fast and I dont deal with traffic then they're there because they're close.. and the prices are are good for me

The Crouse store is very clean and organized much better than the Cherryville store. It's worth the drive to avoid Cherryville store. Advise that if you are on the North side of town go to Crouse store, if in South side go to Waco store.

This is the best Dollar General Store that I've been in. The store is well stocked, and clean, the staff is wonderful. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Dollar General is Dollar General, but the staff is another story. Again the staff doesn't wear the mask properly when serving customers. This time they wore it around the ears and under their chin.
