I am very impressed with Complete Comfort Heating and Air and give them my highest possible recommendation. My husband and I have been customers for nearly three years and have never had a bad experience. They installed our mini split two years ago and regularly service our heat pump. Everyone there is great, particularly our technicians Caleb and Grant.What’s wonderful about Complete Comfort is they respond promptly, fix the problem, stand behind what they do, and charge a fair price. In fact, there have been times they could have recommended more expensive parts or more extensive repairs, but haven’t. They are honest and fair which is rare nowadays.This was especially true last week. Our AC went out during a bad electrical storm. Complete Comfort squeezed us in to diagnose the problem and we initially thought it was going to be an expensive repair. But Caleb and Grant discovered it was a very minor problem. They were just as excited and relieved that it was a simple fix as we were. They also recommended surge protectors to prevent this issue from happening again. Not to mention they were so friendly and polite throughout the process.You can feel confident in Complete Comfort and trust them with all your heating and AC needs.

These guys are AWESOME! They got me out of a bind with a Dehumidifier that was installed by another company. The unit was not working properly and the original installer would not return my calls. I contacted Complete Comfort after hours and Michael returned my call within minutes. He told me to call Daniel first thing the next morning to schedule a technician to troubleshoot. I called early the next day and Daniel sent someone immediately. Troubleshooting determined that the unit was faulty and Daniel and Caleb helped to work out the warranty coverage with the manufacturer. I was up and running in 2 days. Thanks for a job very well done. I just wish I had known about Complete Comfort two years ago. Highly recommend their services.

I called Complete Comfort for a second look at my HVAC system since another company quoted me an extremely high price for repair. They were going to send someone to verify the issue so we could schedule service. We thought it was going to be a few days out, which would have been totally fine, but one of their technicians, Daniel, had a cancellation and was able to come the same day we first called! He was able to *properly* diagnose the issue, which gave me peace of mind because the other company told us a bunch of nonsense. Stop looking. You have found your HVAC company. We used Complete Comfort to build a brand new house. The installation was seamless. They gave us great advice on the system we needed while balancing our budget. Since we've moved the system has been incredible in cooling/heating at a very very low cost. We bought a new cabin, with a new system in Avery county 15 months ago. The system was loosing Freon due to a faulty valve. The team worked tirelessly to locate a very uncommon issue that that rarely if ever seen before. Our system is super efficient and works flawlessly now. We signed up for a spring and fall maintenance agreement. These guys have gone out of their way to service our equipment. Daniel even researched our equipment and realized it hadn’t been registered for warranty. Michael came and installed our new HVAC system over the holidays. We had MULTIPLE people come and quote us prices, and Michael was the only one to even speak to me (the lady of the house) and talk to me like my opinion mattered as well. We decided to go with Michael, and he came out very quickly (the other guys were 6+weeks out with a huge snowstorm on the way) and did a wonderful job. As he was working, he continued to address me with all matters regarding the unit (that may not seem like much, but it was to me). I was completely comfortable with Michael being in my house. Fast forward a few months, and the system was worked perfectly, even in the negative degree temperatures we have had.Fast forward to today and we have some remodeling going on where the controls for the unit are placed. During the remodeling, a fuse blew and our contractor called Michael up and Michael met him within MINUTES with new fuses for our unit....talk about hometown, impeccable service!We would and will recommend Michael and the Complete Comfort Team to all of our family and friends.Thank you, Michael! I had a problem with my upper floor heat pump and like most others in my neighborhood called Avery Heating and Cooling. They came out told me I had a hole in the coil and they would get back to me with charges to fix but I should consider replacing. The technician couldn't even give me a ball park figure to repair. It took Avery several days to get that estimate to me and after two weeks still haven't heard back regarding replacement. In the meantime I called Complete Comfort, they came out and was able to sit down with me go over all charges right then. I was told I didn't need to replace, since the unit was only 8 years old. Complete Comfort's estimate was 1.5 times less than with Avery. Service with CC was exceptional, professional and Daniel the technician went out of his way to make sure I understood everything associated with the repair. Service so good I didn't mind paying the bill (which was the amount estimated). I will only use Complete Comfort going forward.

From the time Michael came to our house and explained our options, to the installation of our mini-split system. we couldn’t have asked for more. Great service, fair prices, service after the sale! I have had to call with questions, they have been answered with kindness and caring. When we were not sure why one of our rooms wasn’t cooling his team came out twice, and solved the issue which had nothing to do with the system but a faulty attic access . Talk about dedication! My central air went out. One company who I had worked with in the past did a service call and said I had to get an entire new system which started at 5K on the low end. So, with that said, wanted a second opinion. I have a very good source who works with HVAC companies on their building projects and they suggested calling Complete Comfort Heating & Air. Daniel came out the next day and said it needed a new compressor and not a whole new system. He came out today, replaced it, and I now have a unit that is working! They saved me thousands of dollars and did the work in a timely manner. This is a very nice and honest company to deal with so I recommend them to anyone who needs services.

Daniel was great! We had local weather issues today with flooding and roads be closed and he was unable to come at his scheduled time but he kept trying until he finally got here. Our oil furnace was a beast and hadn't been serviced in forever but he stuck with it until it was running, about 3 hours! Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and has the patience of Job!!!
