I almost didn't come here because of the poor reviews, but I'm glad that I did. The store was clean, well labeled with a nice staff. My passport photo experience was quick, painless and well done.

Worst wait time to get a prescription filled I have ever experienced. Pure noticeable laziness on Saturday 10-21-23 between 10:40 a.m. and 12:55 p m.. Would not recommend this pharmacy for anything unless you have allot of time on your hands.

I had to stop using this pharmacy as they couldnt get the prescriptions correct (luckily I confirm doses & quantities and count the pills) and they blamed my provider stating that what they received. Crazy thing is, I can see what was prescribed (thru a patient portal) and what was on walgreens app, plus it was a refill, that was correct the previous fill. There was one prescription recently they needed a pre-auth on, and instead of notifying my provider, they waited until I called (days later, as I ran out), they told me to call the provider, they also told me even if approved, they don't have it stocked and WON'T order it, or help get it filled. Additionally they won't do a 90 day fill on an other specific medication, even though the prescription was written for 90 days and insurance approved 90 day, and they filled the exact same prescription for 90 days previously. The final straw for me was when they asked me for the last 4 digits of my SS#. Not the last 4 of my phone (which they normally asked for) but SS#. There is absolutely no reason for any pharmacy to need any part of my SS#. This Walgreens used to be very good, sadly they no longer meet my criteria for a good pharmacy. (Accurate and timely prescriptions, timely contact when they cannot fill something for any reason, communication with the doctors, and friendly customer service)

The rewards program is top notch and enables me to stock up and donate products to various shelters. 8 times out of 10, the staff are helpful and try to work with me to provide great customer service and answer any of my questions. The digital orders that I place are ready for pickup promptly. I’m very happy with this location.

Staff is generally not pleasant. I have a prescription savings card I have used for the past two years and each month it is a hassle for me to have my medication to reflect the correct pricing. This nearly resulted in my having to pay $300 out of pocket because they did not know how to bill the prescription.

Staff in my case were pleasant... I tend to be a patient individual and it's clear they are hard working and understaffed. My concern is the cleanliness of the whole store, and especially in the area I received my vaccine. I've already reported the uncleanness, unsanitary patient area to the Pharmacy Board and intend to report also the corporate office and health department. Staff associates should not be expected to keep up with daily commercial cleaning. Management needs to do better at voicing this serious matter and getting corporate to respond and intervene with contractual resources. No one has pride in their stores or places of business anymore. There are plenty of janitorial services willing to clean. Inexcusable really, especially in the area where healthcare is being administered.

Let’s add to the atrocious reviews, why not? The “store” part is ok, nothing overly special. The pharmacy, though, that’s a whole different story. Consistently ridiculous wait times, whether there’s a full staff or not, my prescription is never ready when they say it is, and they call ALL. THE. DERN. TIME. I’ve literally blocked them, because asking to be removed from their calling list isn’t an option apparently. In a nutshell, this place sucks. Find a new pharmacy.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I go I wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes regardless of how many cars are in line. I have also had multiple issues with filling my medicines that I previously have never had an issue with. They have told me that my insurance doesn't cover something only to call me back 10 minutes later to tell me it actually does. They have "lost" a refill for one of my prescriptions and my fill dates for auto ship are never correct. This pharmacy needs major help. I would switch but Walgreens is the pharmacy my insurance covers so I have to stay with them. Please improve this pharmacy service!

I will be transferring my meds soon. Pharmacy is just terrible. Hardly ever have enough of my meds.Plus try calling in to speak with pharmacy you will get message to call Durham half the time. If your call goes through to auto, you enter number phone goes silent. You can never get to the pharmacy. People on front line in pharmacy are nice but few of the pharmist are just plan rude. Do not try to help.

I can see why this Pharmacy has such poor reviews. Please I advise you to find another Pharmacy. Today I went to get my meds filled and the Pharmacist told me I could not get my meds filled until the 2nd of April and that my doctor post dated my meds. I immediately called my doctor and she in fact did not post date my meds I was due to pick up my meds today March 29th. Last month I was told I was a day early and they didn't allow me to pick them up until 1st however the date on my bottle says filled On February 28th. My doctor took screen shots of my recent fill dates and sent it to me and it looks like Walgreens has been the problem not my doctor. Walgreens has been refusing to fill my meds and today I had enough. I get a 30 day supply they filled it the 28th last month I'm due to refill today. And said absolutely not until the 2nd,well you do the math I would had been sitting without meds for several days. Even showing the screen shots from my Dr and having my Dr on the phone with Mr saying that's not true they denied the refill. So I had to go to another pharmacy and guess what!? I had no issues getting them filled. No questions asked. And it's always the Pharmacist with the dreads that's the problem. She is racist and can't no one tell me any different. This lady does this ever time I go to get my meds. And argue with her until I'm blue in the face and i usually get my meds. I will be reporting her. And I hope who ever reads this wil consider not giving your business to this Pharmacy.

I go to the Pharmacy here a lot. Like, once a week, a lot. I've pretty much always had satisfactory experiences here. I thought it odd to see the rating so low. I think the main thing to understand going in to this is that there is a very high volume/demand in this area. However, I honestly feel that the pharmacists are doing their best to tackle the volume, even while short on staff. A little patience can go a long way.

The Creedmoor NC store , I have been dealing and ordering online photos & projects orders for years. Last week I ordered a invitation order from them and because they store is either short on help or lazy the halfway did the order.. they printed the cards and stuck in a bag..Did not separate or fold just stuffed in bag. Then when I took them back they told me that they were not allowed to separate the invitations. I told her this was a reorder and everything I have ever purchased was folded and separated and put in a presentable box. She wanted to argue with me and say it has never been separated. Then she proceed to take one and fold it to show me how easy it it to do. I told her this is not the way they came the first time I ordered them..Then the Manager Tasha went along with her like I didn’t know what I was taking about. Sure I can separate them but this was way beyond that. And if they were short on help they should have said that and I would have understood, but instead they lied to my face.

I been with Walgreens forever and then I moved here. Every time I call, I sit on the phone for 45mins-1hr just for them to answer the phone rudely like you’re the problem. If you go up there, it’s even worse. Not to mention, they never have any meds in stock. It’s just annoying and I will be switching pharmacies 😒.

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy ever.I called today 5-31-22 and was on the phone for over 30 minutes just to inquire if there was a refill on a medicine for my grandchild. It was a recorder that kept repeating there is two calls in front of me, after 15 minutes it stated there was one call in front of me, then finally just "hold on our staff is answering other calls, please hold on they will be with you shortly." Needless to say no one ever answered after 40 minutes of me waiting.

I do not have adequate words to describe the ineptitude, and unprofessional staff. ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY. Three people working, 9 cars in the drive thru, only gave me one of three prescriptions. I had to turn around and go back and the others weren't filled. This is two and a half hours after they were called in. They certainly had time to talk on the phone, and leave the one girl, BY HERSELF, to man the cash register, AND the drive thru. The level of chaos was staggering. Will certainly be moving over to CVS. Do yourself a favor, and pick literally any other store, and especially pharmacy. Walgreens closed the good store on the other side of town which makes NO sense.

This review is for the Pharmacy:Onaverage it takes 10/15 minutes a car for prescriptions that have already been called in, and more often than not, I get a confirmation a prescription has been refilled, wait 20 minutes in the drive through, only to find out they never bothered to fill a prescription refill request placed over a week ago.I was the second person in the drive through and there was only one other individual inside, I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes. What a waste of time.

The pharmacy here is ridiculously slow in the drive thru lane. This is not a random occurrence either. Also, at least with my orders, there are always billing/insurance issues even though insurance and meds have not changed in YEARS.

45 minutes waiting behind one, yes one, car in the drive-thru only to discover they yet again did not process our online order correctly. Filled scripts not requested, while ignoring the ones requested. Tried to transfer all my scripts to CVS in Creedmoor and Walgreens is "unable to find" my docs info or NPI. I'm having to hunt it down. No worries, just meds for a transplant patient and an insulin dependent patient. I'm sure we'll be fine.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

I went to fill a prescription at Walgreens and the cost was 380.00. So I just filled a third of it so I would't have to lay out so much money. Later I went home and looked at prices online and saw they vary widely from different pharmacies like, Cosco, Walmart, Target etc.I went across the street to Harris Teeter and found out I could fill the same prescription for 14.00. Can someone explain this to me?When I called Walgreens they had a lame excuse for the extreme price difference. I felt no different had someone broken into my house and robbed me. I will no longe have Walgreens as the pharmacy of choice for my doctors office to call and I will definitely call around for price comparison because prices vary widely for no reason other than they can charge whatever they want.

Overall, pretty typical drugstore. Great sales. Decent customer service... with the exception of Justin.He's the young man of the group and this could very well be his first job... but honestly, he's my favorite. I always look forward to our friendly banter and leave happier than when I came in. Justin is a total sweetheart and deserves all the praise/raises.Walgreens. You've got a gem on your hands. Don't lose him!

Try to make an appointment for a Flu vaccine, the site errors and it took a supervisor to tell the tech to enter the appointment on our behalf. Tech was a tad rude and short with us. Poor customer service, ugh.

Depending on who you get, filling a prescription can be difficult. Some of the workers are nice and helpful, others act like they don’t want to be there or help you. Would recommend some where else

The phone system for this location is messed up and either hangs up on you or starts to play a hold message and restarts over and over. No one has answered the phone in months. Patients are suffering and doctors offices cannot reach the staff to resolve issues.

I was placed on prescription medications in July 2021, trying to work with this pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. In store customers are the last served and the first ignored. My prescriptions are constantly wrong, the system down, not available, etc.

The staff were pretty nice but I got my wedding photos printed at this Walgreens and they did a crummy job. Most are off centered. I suggest going to Walmart or somewhere else.

Omg this has got to be the SLOWEST service in the pharmacy now! Its horrible...doesn't matter the time of day or how many people there. Its horrible! About to use a different place , I can't take the torture. Missing Rite Aid....and Food Lion pharmacy

Horrible, told 20 minutes came back 40 minutes later l, then told needed 15 more minutes…horrible, will never get prescriptions filled here again
