We took our dog to another clinic for a vaccine, and turns out he has had heartworms for a year. The note was buried in his medical records, and Mule Town did not bother to notify us verbally or by phone about such a serious issue. In the past year no one has followed up about it at our in-person visits. He was neutered without a word being mentioned on the subject that he has heartworms. This is essentially malpractice.While the staff at this location are friendly, I have continually been talked down to by the veterinarian -- as if I am essentially clueless about any basic biology or animal care. Everything is overpriced and getting them to write a prescription is like pulling teeth. They require an "appointment" simply to refill flea and tick prevention. Routine fecal floatation testing to refill worm prevention -- it's just a scam at that point.We will make sure and let everyone in our circle know not to use this clinic.

They cared about my 10-year-old pit that I had to put down because she had cancer. 2 weeks after I put her to sleep I received the card and her paw prints from mule town. We now have our new veterinarian when we get our new puppy.

I first met Dr. Scapino several years ago at another vet clinic. I was thrilled to find she's opened her own practice. We take all our animals (5 cats and a dog) there for treatment. Staff is very friendly, facility is clean and odor free. While the prices are high, I feel they are in line with other vets in the area. We've been to several others before deciding to make Muletown our "go to" vet.

I was very nervous coming in with a skittish stray cat to adopt, but Dr. Scappino and the rest of the staff were so lovely and beyond helpful. I left with no anxiety and clear steps on how to keep my new kitty and current kitties all safe and happy. I truly appreciate my phenomenal service and care for my new fur baby! I'm happy to review from the other side of the counter, now. I've always known Doc to be careful, thorough, and kind. She's great with the fearful and friendly. My last Shepherd loved her, and my new puppy enjoys going to visit. My cats don't even seem to mind that their naps were interrupted to visit. Pricing is beyond fair, and the staff is fantastic. Easily the best vet in town. My travelling zoo and I plan to continue to frequent this vet for as long as we're in this area (which should be quite a while). As you see from her picture, Holliday knows Doc is outside and is hoping she'll bring that magic squeeze cheese can with her.

Dr. Scappino is very knowledgeable and kind. She has helped me with 2 of my pets and my in-laws dogs as well. The hospital is up to date and clean. The only downside is that they are often booked up so it takes a while to get seen for an appointment.. however that just speaks to their services and that other clients like them as well. I'd recommend to anyone.

Loved this vet! Very nice office, doctor was great. She really cares about animals . . . She traps feral cats on the back porch and spays/neuters them. Highly recommend!

When we needed to put our dog down we came to Mule Town for the first time. The staff was very kind and compassionate as we signed the paperwork and took the dog back. The vet explained the process and told us to take our time and let her know when we were ready. She and her staff were very good to our old boy and gave him treats, pets and friendly words to the last moments. We selected to pick up his ashes and they were in a beautiful box, which was unexpected. I'm glad we found Mule Town for this challenging day. I will remain grateful for the care they showed us and our pup. Should we have another dog one day, we will return.

They go above and beyond, helping you take the best care of your family members.In the happiest times with our new puppy to the saddest times, losing two beloved pets they were there for support and cared deeply for all our fur babies. I take all my pets to Mule Town and they have always been caring and loving towards them. One of my cats recently got sick and Dr. Argersinger was the absolute best. She gave me all the different options on how to best care for him and followed up multiple times to see how he was doing.Unfortunately, he passed away at home. I brought him in to be cremated and the staff was so compassionate. I received a lovely card in the mail with his paw print a couple of days ago. It was very sweet and thoughtful. Thank you Mule Town for loving Biscuits like your own.

They were very friendly & caring! Even though our pet was born with health issues they let us know immediately. They kept us in touch & kept us updated throughout the day. The doctor was very helpful answering our questions. She was so nice & i felt like she really cared! Now our cat garfield is at home doing well. They made sure he was comfortable & not in any pain! I had never been here before until I took my dog there the other week and found out he had cancer. They where so sweet and there for me when we had to put him to sleep. All the staff are so nice and kind and truly want to do what’s best for you and your animal. I have been to places where they will want to run all sorts of test really just to get more money out of you, but not here. If you want to go somewhere that takes the best care of your animals I definitely recommend them.

They got me scheduled quickly, everyone was kind and welcoming from start to finish, but most importantly, they took amazing care of my two boys who were less than happy to be there. Love this place! Recently had my Aussiedoodle neuter here and it was a great experience. We were well informed on the procedure. The care was outstanding. He never needed a cone. His sutures healed and dissolved within days. Highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

Dr. Scappino was amazing with my very nervous rescue dog Mia. She was so kind and patient with Mia and made her feel safe and calm. She was micro-chipped and spayed here and everything went great and had a very quick spay recovery. Dr. Scappino is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I had. Great experience!

Lori has been my vet for many years now. She is smart, compassionate, and empathetic to you as a pet owner. I am SO GLAD she has her own private practice because I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. She is realistic with you, she's honest, and she works really hard to make sure you and your pet have what you need. She doesn't try to take you for your money, she genuinely loves animals. Her staff are lovely, and they are kind to the animals they help care for. I am thrilled to have her plant her roots in Creedmoor. You will absolutely love her and her practice.

They were very good to my two grand doggies when I brought them to get their nails clipped. One of the dogs had been abused before my son got him and he still has issues from it. The vet was very gentle with him and the experience wasn't a nightmare like I expected it to be.

I moved to Creedmoor fairly recently, December of 2019 and I’ve been taking all 4 of my dogs to Dr. Scappino since the beginning of 2020. They’ve always been extremely nice, accommodating and truthful. I’ve brought 2 puppies to grow up with this clinic one was even spayed there and every experience no matter what i’m in for is great. All 4 of my dogs have extremely different personalities and they’re able to accommodate all, a very fearful and a very excited personality. I’ve also had a very rough time with our rescue dog with many skin issues and Dr. Scappino has always worked with us to get him to a good point with his skin, where at one point I didn’t think he’d ever have relief but now is thriving. He’s also broken several nails and they’ve been able to fit him in to remove the rest of it/ give medication to make him more comfortable. I’ve been to several vets with my dogs and she seems to be the only one to be able to get his skin under control. She always tells me the big picture and all the options and her suggestions. The receptionist Tim who I met my first vet visit and I see almost every other visit I have there has always been so nice and always works with my crazy work schedule and helps me schedule visits. They know all my dogs and their little separate issues and personalities. I am forever grateful for such a wonderful vets office so close to home that I can trust with my babies.

This is where we take our 7 month old Beagle/Feist mix. She has been going here since she was just a baby. We recently had her spade & they were great with her. She didn’t have any complications & the Vet is always very thorough with me and my husband. I highly recommend them!!

We had our dog stay over night for the first time for three nights. Our dog didn't eat the entire time and none of the staff bothered to text or email us to let us know! And worse, they tried giving her food from their place the morning we were picking her up and charged us. Would have been at least kind to give it to us on the house. Our pup was starving when she came home and cried off and on all morning. We plan to never let our dog board here after how inconsiderate they were and how poorly they treated our dog!

Our Raleigh boarding facility was booked and we needed an alternative. We tried Mule Town. The facility is beautiful. The staff are nice. Our Raleigh boarding facility is significantly cheaper and includes a complementary bath.

My first and only experience with this vet. I took my sons elderly shih tzu in to be euthanized and cremated (he asked me to take his dog to the vet because he was too softhearted). Their lobby was very clean and the receptionist friendly. I signed the authorization to euthanize the dog and paid for the procedure and to have the dog cremated. Someone in scrubs came from the side door and asked me if I was staying while the dog was euthanized. I told him no, handed the dog over, was told they would take very good care of the dog and left with the expectation the services I had authorized and paid for would be completed as expected. Early that evening I got a very emotional call from my son advising he’d received a call from the vet advising, in the vets opinion, the dog was still too healthy to be put down and therefore would not perform the euthanization. In addition to the anguish this news caused both my son and myself, when I found a group that would attempt to re-home the dog, I was informed the dog was in poor condition. Ultimately, the vet did reimburse the monies I had paid them, but the whole experience left me with an unprofessional opinion of the clinic.
