Was shopping around and I go to check out the lady was rude as hell. Didn’t even want to bag the four items I had bought. I had to ask her to bag them then she was rude about having to bag my items. Which yes I could have carried them but I was also carrying my child. It’s easier to carry a bag then to carry 4 items and a child. Just very rude and unprofessional.

I never used to go to this particular store because the staff was useless and the store always dirty. Now when I enter I either get A Good Morning or afternoon!! I must say I enjoy shopping there now!!Since your company hired Cameron I have changed my mind. He is always so friendly and ready to help me find things. The store is cleaner and looks much neater. He also is very neat and clean in his appearance. I was in the store doing some shopping and had quite a few things; well he carried my items to the car for me. His customer service skills are impeccable!!! I also want to mention a gentleman that also works there named Jon. I do not feel any tension when I walk in and the 2 of them are there.Thank you Family Dollar for your new employees and a cleaner store.

After years of having no issue with this location, that ended recently. I had an encounter with a rude and unhappy cashier. After he gave me the total for my items...out of habit I told him I would be using a debit. He got upset over me telling him I wanted to use debit. He went on obnoxiously about it. He challenged me to argue. I felt sad for him. To want an argument over usage of my own payment method. Customer service has gone to hell over the last 2 years throughout the nation. Employees hate to see customers standing at their cashiers. I did not get the male cashier's name. But I will never forget his haunting looks. They were equivalent to a teenage Uncle Fester from Addams Family.

The store is fine... it's Family Dollar so no high expectations. However, there is an employee there who has absolutely NO business working there! I don't know her name, but she is short, dark-skinned with a short hair cut. She has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen in a store! All of the other employees are fine.

Very Rude..the guy that checked me was worthless..I have never seen a store that hates for customers to come in..I have checked out with him on several occasions and he is always the same attitude

It was great, Clean and very friendly staff and everything I needed that I couldn't find in a grocery store. Greeted when I came in a the cashier very friendly. Loved it.

Rude, every time I come in They are always complaining about others.I asked where are the carts she says outside I look and do not see them, so I ask where bouts. Smart ass says all over the parking lot. Really do your job and get them your self.not shoping thier any more

The Manager is very rude i came back because she charged me for a 24 pack of water instead of a bottle i was very nice going to just take the 24 pack to make it easy but she snached my recipt as soon as i walked in said i know in a very nasty attitude and would not let me speak also she would not tell me who her supervisor was or someone above her very unprofessional Family Dollar really needs new management
