I love the feel of this place!It feels like a country getaway. I feel like it’s set up for socializing more than doing work, which I feel is unique in many shops these days.They have excellent coffee, a huge selection of ice cream, many other desserts to choose from as well.They have a whole lot of seating- both inside and outside.They also have board games so you can play something with your family or friends!I certainly want to come back and hang out here!Kid-friendliness: They have ice cream- kids love that!Also they have many board games the kids could play!

We passed this place on the way to a park and decided to stop in. The restaurant/coffee shop is a really nice place. We ordered inside and sat outside on their wonderful porch. The porch overlooks the park across the street. Very quaint atmosphere in this small town.The coffees and cakes we ordered were good. It was crowded today, so it took a bit for our coffees to be made.The downside was the bathrooms were dirty with no garbage bag in the trash can and paper towels all over the place.We live in Matthews so I doubt we’ll get this way again to visit, but it’s a nice place to stop in if you’re local. They are dog friendly on the porch, so our puppy enjoyed visiting with other people and dogs today.

Great upgrade from the old location with good natural light. There was a party up front but the main seating area was spread out pretty well so you were not on top of others. Food was very good. We had a Grit Bowl (w/ Sausage) and Breakfast Sandwich (w/ livermush....don't judge as I am full bore Southern). Grits are different than I am used to being a more coarse corn style but I felt they were delicious. The Sandwich was also delicious with every piece of the puzzle being enjoyable and came with fries. This is more like lunch or dinner fries but they good. I think they said fries or salad were the sides? Maybe a hash or grits could be a better side if possible? We also had a biscuit which was also yummy. Do NOT judge the presentation of the food as we started eating just prior to those photos.Once it became busier, they could have benefitted from additional wait staff. Pricing to me is difficult to determine these days so I will leave that up to you. We will definitely be back to try other food items.Parking: Decent parking lot and I love the brick paver aspect for this location.Kid-friendliness: Did not notice a kids menu but items on the main menu seemed acceptable for common kid choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp Accessible. Dining area seemed open for travel. Not sure on ADA bathroom.

This is a nice restaurant and ice cream shop, next to the river, in the quiet town of Cramerton. The food is good, the ice cream is great, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the staff is awesome.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of space and a few games to keep the interest of younger ones.

First time here, found F & B & decided to order coffee & try a few desserts. Wasn't crazy about the coffee but it may have been just what we ordered. Might try something different next time. But OMG The desserts soooo good!!! Everything we got was the best we have had in a long time! We got the pb cup cheesecake, buckeye brownie & chocolate cake!! My husband had a hard time deciding which one was his favorite and I have to agree! However, I am partial to double chocolate cake! We live in RH but may need to make a special trip out here to try lunch & other items!! Highly recommend!!

Starting with ordering... the lady checking us out was super nice but there was another employee at the order area who was not friendly, acted like we were bothering her. Ordered strawberry french toast and a wrap with pico. Order took a long time but to be fair there was a large party in a separate room. When we received our order the strawberry French toast has not strawberry and the wrap with Pico had no Pico. The unfriendly lady delivered our food. First I had to ask for silverware, then strawberries and Pico. She returned to our table after a few minutes with some cut up strawberries in a bowl and some fire roasted canned tomatoes. The French toast was good even though only part of what we ordered and the wrap was dry and not a spice to be found. The dining area is very spare with only a few tables, tons of room between the tables for more seating. One customer had to change his order to go as the only table left was a high top and he had a toddler. Was excited to try but we will not be back...

I'm giving it 3 stars because the food was ok but the service was TERRIBLE. All the teenagers serving the food were rude and inattentive. They were constantly on their cellphones and totally uninterested in offering good customer service.We ordered a hazelnut shake with one person that was behind the dessert display, he said he was going to get it done while we were waiting in the line. By the time we got to the cash register the girl asked what we wanted, we told her that we were having the "hazelnut shake" and mentioned that another kid was making it. She said to my husband "well, he can't be making it because we are out of that flavor". I was looking at other ice creams and I didn't hear her say that, so I told her that I wanted a hazelnut ice cream cup. She said: "As I just told you, we don't have it" her tone was very, VERY nasty. I told her that I wasn't listening when she said it because I was looking for other flavors. I requested the cookie dough ice cream and another girl started making the cup, I asked if she could add chocolate chips, to what she said with a terrible attitude (as we should have known ahead of time): "we are out of them". I ordered the sprinkles and you can see on the photo, she barely put any sprinkles on my ice cream for an additional $0.65.We ordered a slice of blue berry cheesecake (that didn't have much blueberries, but it tasted good) and sat to wait for our shake. 5 minutes passed and no one called. I looked at the counter and the kids were on their phones and joking around, the girl in the cash register gave me bad looks AGAIN! I felt so unwelcome, it was very uncomfortable. We were wondering what happened with the moose tracks shake but because we weren't in a rush we waited for another 5 minutes, finally we decided to ask what happened. The girl apologized because they forgot to call us, the shake was sitting on top of the counter for 10 minutes.We will not be back. I'll not recommend this place to anyone. I will not support a place where they make us feel unwelcomed. Customer service is key. Customer service is all about retaining the clientele and for that you need to be polite. I understand that we all have bad days, for that reason I try not to give bad reviews simply based on someone's attitude, but this is a very different situation. This is a case where everyone at that place believes that it's ok to be rude and uncaring and get away with it. Very sad. The place may be clean and organized, the products may be good, but giving that horrible entitled attitude to people that support your business is sad and uncalled for.

Here lately in my experience they are not stocked with things you need to run a coffee-frappe restaurant. They are always running out of vanilla and chocolate powder, or chocolate syrup. They even don’t always have straws. I liked it better before they moved across the street. Very disappointing!

One of the best places to get coffee or ice cream in Cramerton, and I could argue even Gaston County! Atmosphere is very nice, right by the water so you can walk out and eat/drink out there as well. Inside seating is nice.Workers are very nice as well. Today we got the blueberry banana smoothie (highly recommend) and the cafe latte with whole milk. Didn’t get any ice cream today, but it’s very enjoyable.

2023 update: New location, which is close to the old one, but much larger. It looks like they serve food, bakery items, coffee, and ice cream. A variety of tables, some marked as "shared", which was thoughtful. Free wifi. Service was fast and friendly.Slow to ring up and prepare our simple order, not sure if the younger employees were new. Icecream and coffee were good. Cozy place and great location.

Delicious sweets in quaint little Christmas town. The cinnamon sugar cruffin taste just like cinnamon toast crunch cereal, it's amazing! Had banana pudding cheesecake...please don't get, more for me. My absolute fave though is the coconut cake. It is fluffy, moist, decadent...just absolutely perfect. Can't wait to try the savory pie section (frozen, heat at home chicken pot pies, taco pies, and casseroles).

this was our first visit to the area after kayaking and we had an amazing experience. The place was clean and parking was plentiful the environment was clean and all the staff was pleasant and friendly. The service was quick and the food was delicious. This would be a place for friends and family together and enjoy quality desserts.

We had a Suprise 18th Birthday Party there and were the first catered event by the new Chef. I wanted Tenders and Taco Bar. Chef nailed it! 18 year old girls do t go for 2nds but they all did. I got this essayed today"I just wanted to tell you that you did a great job with the party. We had a really good time The food was awesome too." Great space and great food. I highly recommend. I look forward to some great meals there in the future.

Was excited to come back here since they’ve expanded because it used to be my favorite coffee shop and was super disappointed. Waited over 20 minutes for my order just for them to tell me they dont have any espresso at 10am on a Saturday. Went way down hill from what it once was
