We stayed at the Blue Palm II. This place was awesome! Very comfortable beds. The living room/ kitchen was one big open space. The hot tub was perfect for the evenings. We didn’t get to use the pool because it is off season but looks very nice. The bottom room was awesome for our 12 year old. He felt like he had his own apartment. With its sofa with recliner seats, foosball table, racing arcade game, tv, bed and its own bathroom with shower it’s surprising he even came upstairs to hang out with us! The golf cart was great to carry all our stuff to the beach, which was pretty close, and we even took it the restaurant down the street a couple times. Beach chairs were available to use as were corn hole boards. This place was very clean also. Would definitely recommend!

Lazy Bones is a great house with AMAZING beach views - excellent price point for the location. Easy communication with Brindley Beach management regarding logistics of payment, arrival and departure. House itself was adequate, with good HVAC and major appliances but dated beds, kitchen utensils and handheld appliances. The house was missing some things I consider essentials - no soap of any kind in bathrooms/kitchen, no dishwasher detergent, no salt/pepper. Things that it doesn’t make sense to buy just for one week. Overall it’s a great value - just frustrating when you arrive late on a Sunday night and don’t have the basics.

Wow, what a great experience from check in, the property, the staff and the check out. We were in OBX for a set of meetings. We stayed in Out of the Office (WL853). This house is beautiful , very well furnished that accompanies an awesome location!! The views in the morning overlooking the Atlantic is sure a great way to start any day (work or vacation)!! The Brindley Beach staff is very friendly. We did not have any issues the whole time. The check-in process is simple. Unfortunately we had to leave, but the check-out process was just as easy. We will certainly return to the OBX and most assuredly use Brindley Beach Vacations!! Thanks!!

Property name- Berry-in Sanderling. Great location, very close to beach access. The access was part boardwalk and gradual steps up over the dune, then sand on the other side down to the beach. The beach is very wide and the swimming area right in front of the access was great. No steep drop offs. We loved that each bedroom had a designated bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. The house was roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Wish there were more regular chairs on the deck (versus loungers) and the water pressure in the outside shower wasn’t very strong. We ended up using the hose to get the sand off, but that worked out okay. It was in a great area to walk the dogs, who loved the nature trail around the pond. Overall, we had a great week and would stay here again.

Our family stayed here and we loved it! So convenient to the beach and the house had everything we needed plus more! Well decorated and clean! We loved having suites so that sharing bathrooms wasn’t an issue! We had themed dinners each night and we walked to the ice cream shop daily! We had a fire on the beach and took family pictures at sunset! We had a wonderful week and made the best memories ❤️. Here are a few:

We stayed in always unforgettable. Over all the house was great, loved the updated kitchen and pool, not like the pics on the website. The main beds could be better. The walk to the beach was nice, not a lot of traffic. The yard is amazing, we had a great time, it was a great place to stay!

This was by far the best family vacation we’ve been on to date. We have three boys, and the bunk bed was perfect! The home was cozy and beautifully decorated. I had the best night sleep every night! The sports and recreational center was right across the street, and we were able to enjoy all the amenities, pools and beaches. There is a sweet little pool on the bay side that has a kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall- my kids loved it. My son is asking if we can go back to “the other house at the beach.” We will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service from the moment we made our reservation till checkout. We arrived early since we booked the night before at the Hampton Inn to avoid the backup on the way to Corolla. The gentleman at the office offered to call housekeeping at 2 to see if house was ready. It wasn't ready but he did contact us around 3:30 to say we can move in. Staff was quick to answer our few messages after booking.We have been vacationing at OBX since 1989 down in Nags Head but the last 4-5 years we have been using Brindley Beach up in Corolla and are very pleased with them. Thank you for your efficiency and kindness

It was a nice rental experience with Brindley Beach. The house was well kept and spacious enough for our group of 8. We had a coffee maker issue and after putting in a maintenance request a new coffeemaker was delivered. This is one area that should be an easy fix. New coffeemakers at the beginning of the season.The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. The hot tub was nice as well.The living room furniture was not conducive to 8 people sitting together in the living room and the coffee table was so low to the floor.Overall, a great first experience with Brindley Beach Rentals.

That house is fantastic. This is my 4th year renting it and it is the best. If there's a criticism it's with the maintenance guy. We asked about the difference in the temperature from upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs was cool and upstairs was quite warm. Wondered if there was a second thermostat upstairs. What we got was a sticker on the wall by the downstairs thermostat that said THERMOSTAT with an arrow pointing to it. Duh! Not helpful. But We love that house and won't hold that against it. I want to rent it again next year and will be in touch with you soon!

The house was a great and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived and after 5 days of repeatedly contacting the Brindley Beach, we were finally told that the hot tub needed replaced. We stay in the Outer banks one to two times a year and have used many realtors over the years. We have never had such poor service or communication. Despite this being a great house, we will not be using Brindley Beach ever again.

We stayed at Iselin beach house in Corolla, NC. Before renting this beach out I called Brindley 4 months in advance and ask them if the problems that were noted in previous reviews like the overgrown hedges in the driveway, broken grill, overgrown hedges to the walkway to the beach, and they told me if a order was placed to fix something it would be fixed by the time we were in the rental, and that we could trust the house would be in good standings. That was not the case. They cheaply painted something’s but didn’t do anything else. We were given a key and broad check in/checkout packet when we got to brindley but no details of the WiFi, or other important check in info. The cleaning service was 2 hours late and we didn’t get to go into the house until 6 pm. The dirty linens were left on our front porch for 2 days, only 3 of 5 beach chairs were there, when I called to complain about over 10+ things with the property including the cold pool which we paid to heat, and the very dangerous hedges covering the visibility of the driveway, the only thing they offered up was the WiFi password. Luckily a property management guy came by to check on the list I sent and I pointed out a few things, including the broken, disgusting , rusted grill in the back. He kindly told me it was unacceptable and came back a few hours later with a working grill. He was the most helpful part of this rental property + company. I would stay away from Iselin as the ceiling above the deck is falling out, sliding doors to the porch don’t open, 2 huge windows in the main room of the house are damaged and fogged up ruining the viewing of the ocean, deck furniture is lacking so much that we bought our own and placed it on the deck leaving it there after we left, the freezer had food in it, the downstairs fridge was not cleaned out, air vents covered in dust, the hot tub temperature gauge is broken, half the shower doors don’t open or close and covered in mold, bathroom sinks are 2 ft tall, nails on pool deck are coming up, not safe for kids. Definitely not a family friendly place for little kids, which we had 5 under 10. We also almost got hit coming out of the driveway due to the overgrown hedge. The house definitely needs a lot of TLC, new appliances, new kitchen wear, updates all around, new windows and doors, safer locks on the doors, new pool deck, and new deck with higher safer rails! This house was 1000% not worth the expensive weekly rate, you are better off spending your money on another property. Will not be renting again.

We will NEVER stay at this property again: Dirty, dried bugars on wall in bedroom, old fingernail in bathroom, eliminated beach service after the fact, in disrepair (see top deck railing photo, filthy window sills, dirty furniture, etc.), no table seats for deck patio table, broken chairs on deck (replaced with pool chairs - for some unknown reason), mold in washer, dilapidated bed, broken dresser drawers, no extra towels, 2 dish cloths, no stemware, no call backs for 2 days and that was after 6 calls to company in the am of the 3rd day.I will say there was 1 person that went above and beyond from Brindley Beach, which I am grateful for. I eventually gave up on trying get the items rectified because it became disruptive.This was a very expensive lesson regarding this particular home/owner. It really is too bad there is no accountability for the homeowner- as a renter we were just stuck!After years of going to Outer Banks and staying in many different beautiful homes of varying prices, I would be embarrassed to have guests stay in this home if it were mine. Honestly, we are wondering if it is worth it to go back due to the just not worth it costs, overcrowding and general uncleanliness.The pictures on the web site seemed very filtered once we got to the property in real life. Overall, a very disappointing and regrettable stay at PITreasure Island.

Very impressed with the response time for maintenance at our rental. 3 maintenance visits, hvac and a dishwasher repair during our stay but all issues that could be fixed were solved within hours. We definitely appreciated how easy it was to get help when needed!!The house (KH 4216) was wonderful despite the many small issues and the pool was a beautiful new addition. The pool furniture choices were perfect for relaxing! Kids loved the video games and board games. We loved sitting up on the crow’s nest every day and enjoyed the view! Having extra refrigerators was fantastic as well as a nicely stocked kitchen with every tool we needed. Beach access was close by. We would’ve liked to have more outdoor lighting especially by the pool. We look forward to renting with Brindley Beach Vacations again!

Casa de Crab 🦀The home was very nice…easy walk to the beach, nice large pool and had pool toys, and new washer & dryer. We love the large pool and large kitchen counter to set out our food for dinners.Kitchen sink needs to be upgraded-no garbage disposal, marked up with scratches (stainless sink would be cleaner looking) and no stopper/plug to fill to do dishes had to find large bowls or pot.Overall very comfortable home.Upon our Sunday arrival- I felt the pool was not cleaned properly lots of sand still on the bottom of pool and dirt in hot tub. Someone came on Tuesday and I over saw the job and asked questions about the hot tub since it was not working Monday. Hot tub kept shutting off and jets were not working accurately. Pool guy said breaker was tripping and he got it working via his phone which did not help us once he left.

We had a great experience renting through Brindley Beach! Although there were a few issues at the condo, they sent people out to fix them in a very timely manner! The location was perfect, the owners provided a nice bound book outlining everything about the unit. We were walking distance to the pool & beach and overlooked the Corolla Light Village. The owners mentioned in the book if there is anything we wish would be provided. An umbrella on the outside table on the deck would be so nice!! We loved sitting out there but, in the heat of the day we weren’t able to enjoy it with the strong sun. We were very happy with our experience with Brindley and loved the property! We reserved it again for next year and can’t wait!

Leap of faith house 744 waters edge : I dropped off two pages of issues we had with this rental on our way out at the duck office. The house was super dated. Mold throughout the house. The middle floor slider leaked so bad the carpet was rotting out where the water came in. There was some sort of snotty/ bloody substance on the basement curtains- I had my husband take them down as soon as we arrived so I could wash them. I spent a half a day of my vacation cleaning the house to the best of my ability with the limited cleaning products I brought with me( I was on vacation- I didn’t think I needed to clean) there were hairs left on the sheets in the basement king bed( the sheets weren’t changed). The coffee pot stopped working after a few days. None of the fridges worked well enough to even get a beer cold… and the ice machine dosnt work in the freezer. I had to call someone to backwash and clean the pool a day after we arrived, there was some sludge and film being left on our clothes and floats- we have a pool so we knew the filters hadn’t been cleaned or the pool backwashed after each stay. Half of the pool chairs were broken or unusable. I gave 2 stars only because of the responsiveness of Brindley beach , they sent someone for the pool right away and there was also no batteries for any of the tv remotes( and one bed room was Missing a remote completely) they sent someone out with batteries the next day - which wasn’t necessary since we streamed our own cable subscriptions - because there was no channel selection. The entire house needs serious work from the carpet, the decking, the furniture.. I really think this place should be off the rental list until these issues are resolved!especially the mold issue , I would not mind the dated decor if it was actually clean and had functional appliances!

We used Brindley Beach to book an oceanfront rental home in Corolla OBX. We stayed at Pine Haven369 Deep Neck Road in Pine Island. The rental was great but the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. The house was super clean!! Great beds. Kitchen had everything you could want in a rental home. The pool is gorgeous and we loved the walkway to the beach. The landscaping was beautiful. Brindley Beach was very nice to deal with. We had a couple of issues while we were there (air conditioning not cooling and light bulbs out) and they were extremely quick about getting people out there in an expedient manner. They had told us through emailabout the midges, so we expected them and them spiders. It was really no big deal. We had a great vacation! Thanks Brindley Beach! We shall definitely rent through you again in the future!!

We have been renting with Brindley for many years. Disappointed our ice machine was broken on arrival and could not be fixed. We had a broken tv and they came the next day and replaced it. For the $320 cleaning fee tacked onto our bill the house had mildew in the bathrooms and the shower curtain. One bathroom didn’t have a shower liner also. The home was beautiful though and we looked at renting it next year the same week but the price is $1700 more! That’s a crazy hike in the price.

The app made this so convenient and easy to do and the best part was they were at the rental first thing in the morning to address our situation. Not to mention the informative emails that covered everything I needed and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

On the first day, the wifi wasn't working, and they sent someone out immediately to get it up and running. We had a beautiful time in a lovely home and are looking forward to many more years of vacation with this company.

Renting MS909, 909 Cinnamon Court, which has been a disappointment. Not well maintained or cleaned. Spiders and spider webs noted in and outside home. Hair in bathrooms from prior renters. painted the Formica kitchen counters instead of replacing them; did the same on bathroom floor tiles which is peeling off. Been killing large American roaches at nights (aka palmetto bugs) which seems to be through out the home. Find another property and management company. Home is Located on cul-de- sac, adjacent to busy, noisy thoroughfare on back side. Hot tub located under a deck with no lighting, pitch black at night. Unfortunately photos in the Brindley property catalog do not reflect the current condition of the home. The wooden deck surfaces were neglected and degraded which required wearing shoes, as to not get splinters. Notice brindleys canned responses to reviews, same scripted, non response.

We had a group of 30 and Grande Paradise was perfect for us! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. Game room and movie room were lots of fun. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic. The beach was amazing!! We would highly recommend!!

Large and spacious house with many stairs but there was an elevator. Our disappoint was we had 14 people and not enough forks for a meal, only 1 dish towel for drying dishes and they could have provided hand soap for bathrooms! While it seems minimal it’s the little thing like that that make stay smooth!

Gorgeous house and location! It was very clean when we arrived. The beach is a short walk down a beautiful pathway off the back of the home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A perfect spot for our family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Our view from the deck was amazing. The kitchen had everything imaginable. The beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. The only thing I would say that may be considered a negative is the living room furniture is due to be replaced as it is hard to sit in for long periods of time from so much use. We would definitely come back here.

Spent a week with the whole family at the Grande Ritz, beautiful home with space for everyone.The *only* downside was some of the beds were definitely in need of updating.All in all, would visit this house again if had a huge group.Pool is beautiful, game room was great for the rainy day and the gas fireplace is awesome.2nd time we used Brindley beach, company is A+. Heather was absolutely amazing making sure we had everything we needed.
