What a great choice I made choosing Tazzy And Boo!!Friendly and convenient and in a great location. They have weekdays and weekends appointments ( which is extremely convenient) and they don't keep your dog sitting in a cage all day. In and out in less then 2 hours. Love that !!I was looking for a new groomer. I've brought my small sweet dog there twice now, and was pleased each time. KARMEN was wonderful my dog felt so comfortable with her. she gave her a beautiful cute haircut.THANK YOU

Love love love Tazzy and Boo! I take my Bernese Mountain dog for self wash all the time! It’s great bc he’s so big and he can walk right into the tub without have to climb a lot of steps or a ramp and their dryer is amazing!! Above all, everyone is so friendly!! I would highly recommend!!!

I've been here a total of 3 times. 2 times for the self wash and 1 time for the professional grooming. Would love to get my dog professionally groomed by them more often but it's just not in our budget right now.Everyone is super friendly and helpful (with all the questions i ask) and they seem to really love all the dogs. I've seen other dogs being groomed and they all look amazing and they did a really great job with my husky! And the self wash is Always nice and clean stocked with products and the dryer works great!

LOVE TAZZY AND BOO. Our dogs always look beautiful, and the staff/ groomers are so friendly. The best part is that they don't make your dogs sit around for hours. I was not too fond of other places like Petco that took hours & hours for a bath and kept your dog in cages while working on other dogs. But tazzy & boo gets it done in under an hour, and the groomer always takes our dogs right back! Thank you so much for being a great local groomer :)

I absolutely LOVE this place. Karmen is a top tier groomer! I’ve been going to her for years, (prior to her employment at Tazzy & Boo) and she works her magic every time. She’s attentive, considerate, patient, and so loving towards my dog, Riley. I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve been to different groomers throughout the years and no one can compete with her. In my opinion, she IS the best in the area. She fills up quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot now! Thank you so much, Karm!Maddy is also another excellent groomer. She had the time to groom Riley when Karmen was unable to and she nailed it. I appreciate you!

We just love Tazzy and Boo. All of the groomers are loving and listen to whatever I ask them to do each time. Cooper gets all excited when we pull up and pulls me in the door so I know it's a great experience for him too! We've been going since they opened and we lived there in Antiquity, moved 25 min away from there 2 years ago and still happily make the trip every 7-8 weeks! Usually, I hang out locally and he is sparkling clean and handsome within an hour or two! The owner Lisa is hard- working, easy to deal with and so accommodating!

They do a nice job on grooming and they calm my dogs nerves when they come in. But the prices here are a bit outrageous. Yeah. I can see the prices on your website but I’ve been coming for so long I expect a consistent price and budget accordingly. I understand it’s a small business but the prices aren’t competitive even with other small businesses. I wish this company well, but the cost is becoming prohibitive.

I took my yellow lab/golden retriever mix Goose here for a bath and furminator treatment and the staff was wonderful. Goose hates having his nails trimmed and Erin was sweet enough to help another tech by just hugging him which calmed him down enough that he let them trim his nails (saving me a trip to the vet!). I highly recommend this team at Tazzy and Boo and will be taking my pup there from now on!

After living in Colorado, I was traumatized from groomers. From injuring my dog & not letting me know, to witnessing other groomers yelling at him & treating him poorly. At Tazzy & Boo, I was able to drop off my dog with no anxiety about how he would be treated. I knew he was in good hands. They told me he did an amazing job & he looks incredible! It was completely worth giving them a chance at caring for my fur baby. He had absolutely no signs of stress at pick up. He was done very quickly in comparison to other places he’s been groomed as well!

Absolutely love this local groomer! Not only do they provide wonderful grooming services, there's also a self-wash bath which is perfect for a mess-free bath when your pup needs it most. I also really love the unique pet boutique that features many local pet businesses. The staff is also spectacular, friendly and informative!

The groomer my dog uses is very good to him. He old and difficult to groom. The store is clean. The staff is kind and they know what they are doing. The store also has a area where you can wash your dog yourself for a small fee.

We have taken our dog Charli here for years and have always had a great experience! My wife and I loved the older and new owner and have rotated between a few different groomers. Charli never liked other people and frequently got nervous and would shake at other groomers, but she definitely felt at ease at Tazzy & Boo. Charli recently passed and I can’t speak highly enough how gentle and friendly the staff have been with us needing to cancel our appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I have gone with 2 stars because I did like my original groomer. However, when there is a problem the customer service is out the door.After being a customer for 3yrs our normal groomer was on maternity leave. The new groomer has seen my poodle for yrs and everything seemed fine until she cut off the gotee from my poodle. When I contacted the store the new owner first wanted a pic which did annoy me but even after confirmation I all I received was a sorry, she feels so very bad. Because I do not have a show dog and my original groomer was returning I decided to keep my scheduled appointment. The day before my reminder text included a message that oh by the way we have increased our rates, frustration number 2 but I understand everything is going up. The last straw was that I was not offered a free shampoo, a nail trim, nothing... just a comment that they would let it grow back.Confirmation that they do not care about loyal customers or customer service.

Took my 9 month old for his first ever grooming. The grooming came out good and we are happy with the end result. Booking online was convenient and the staff was friendly.When I picked my pup up the woman who checked me out told me my little guy was super stressed during the process but also assured me that it was normal for a pups first time. She rang me up and I questioned the price. She said the groomer decided to add on an additional $15 for dealing with a nervous dog. I told the woman that I didn't think that was fair but she didn't offer to waive the fee.I was never warned, I don't recall seeing fine print about additional fees and I looked on the website just now and could not find a price list. I've worked in the dog industry for years and I have never heard of additional fees for nerves. In my opinion, working in this industry you are signing up to interact with lots of personalities, especially dogs who are nervous to be somewhere new. I understand declining business for aggressive dogs, but they said he was not aggressive, just nervous- a normal nervous...I think it was unfair for me to get charged extra for a first time normal behavior...

We absolutely love Tazzy & Boo for grooming our pup. He's a nervous dog but does very well with groomer Alyssa. She's great with Mowgli and very gentle knowing he has some joint issues. I appreciate that she listens and makes great recommendations. We also love the supplies that can be bought in store. Great alternatives for heathier food and treat options.

I am a Cornelius native, and I used to love coming here 3 years ago, but not anymore!!! I visited this past Sunday to buy treats for our new Australian Labradoodle puppy. The employees acted as if I was a nuisance. The customer service has definitely gone DOWNHILL!! My friends and family have told me to stay away from the groomers there too….. Not a good look!!

I have been a customer of this shop for a couple years now. They are always great and extremely good with the pets. Normally I would give them 5(+) stars because my groomer Kali is AWESOME!! So, sorry I have to do this, butI walked in yesterday as websites states (Monday 16th, 2023 - 9:30 a.m.) and asked if they could do nails on 2 dogs. There were 3 young ladies behind the counter, one was on the office phone, one was scrolling through her cell phone while chatting with the other that was sitting to the side. They told me they did not have time to do nails and told me to wait for the young lady to get off the phone. Call ended and she asked me to come back around lunchtime, I told her that I had called on Sunday to see if they were doing walks in and nails on Monday and the person had said yes, and that I had driven 20 mins to get there and was not going to come back. They just said "sorry". Now....If the other 2 young ladies, had taken me when I walked, they would have been done before the other had gotten off the office phone. So, point to my story is, make an appt for nails as the walk option does not work. BTW - PetSmart got my 50$ and that staff got my tip, "sorry".

We tried Tazzy and Boo two times neither were ideal. The first time our dogs haircut was uneven and we paid to have another groomer fix it. We tried them again a few months later and showed a picture of how we wanted the hair cut. We also asked for the sanitary area to be cut so she would stay clean. The cut looked good.Unfortunately, two days and a vet bill later we came to find out out dogs nether regions had significant enough razor burn to need antibiotics and another medicine to help stop the constant discomfort and itching.The owner was responsive in a speedy manner. I exchanged 2 emails with the owner who pushed back that we called to book more appointments and complimented the grooming which we did initially. Until the vet advised the reason for our dog's restlessness and constant licking.We have cancelled all future appointments.We will not return.(For Perspective: Our dog has been groomed monthly for 11 years by groomers in previous cities we lived. We have never experienced anything like this before.)

We had a great experience with Tazzy & Boo! Service was exceptional- the owner greeted us at the door and introduced us to Eileen, our grooming specialist. Eileen did an incredible job and was very friendly.We have a golden retriever, so not only can he be difficult to trim and style, but he naturally sheds quite a bit. Eileen not only managed to style him gorgeously and naturally, but the Furminator treatment has substantially helped with our dog's shedding!Our dog looks forward to every trip and practically drags us into the store. They also carry a variety of high end treats, toys, pet food, and any accessories you might need for your pet.

WORST experience ever! Took my 4 mo. old Yorkie for his second "pre-grooming" ... specifically said I did NOT want him shaved ... just keep him in a puppy cut. (I had looked up different cuts for Yorkies on-line.) Got a call while waiting to pick him up and was told his back legs were matted and needed to be shaved. I expressed that I didn't want him shaved. The groomer said she would work with him another hour; then she called when she finished and said, "Well he's finished. I had to shave him all over. He looks like a rat. Ha! Ha! (her laughing) but he is still cute." Since that grooming b/c he was cut so close he has huge hot spots on the underneath of his legs inside. We have put on a soft cone, applied an expensive organic balm 3 times a day and he's still not well. The next step is treatment by the vet with a huge hard cone, Benadryl, special shampoo and another prescription. To say I am devastated is an understatement. Despite that he will never look the same as his puppy look now we are having to deal with health issues.

Great experience at Tazzy & Boo with our 1 year old Wheaten Terrier - they listened to exactly what we wanted and clearly understood - the groom turned out perfectly! I also like that they really care about the dogs well being and comfort - you can also watch / see you dog being worked on if you want too. Both owner and dog very happy with the experience! Also I think there prices are very competitive.

Let me say I am very pleased with the service here. We brought our two giant breed Newfoundlands in for a wash. They really needed a grooming and we're in bad bad shape but it was a last minute appointment and the groomer was booked, so we opted for a wash. They ended up having to shave off some matted hair and confirmed with us before they did. The owner was there when we picked them up and she was very sweet and sorry they had to be shaved, she was worried about their appearance. To me they looked Wonderful! They trimmed their nails too. Our Samson and Delilah were so calm and relaxed when we got there. Clearly they were treated well. At to her groomers in CA when we picked them up they were stressed and barking to get the heck out of there. Not at Tazzy & Boo'!! Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend them. We will be back 🐕🐶
