Could NOT love this place more. The owner personally helped the groomer get my sweet guy taken care of. It’s been increasingly hard to get my big breed dog groomed yet they welcomed him with open arms. They not only took their time in the grooming portion but went above and beyond to meet his needs. Things like not crating him, understanding he needed water and being patient with all my questions and concerns. My dog was extremely happy and comfortable there and even did great when done being groomed. The owner and the staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and personable and you could tell that they love what they do. I highly encourage everyone to use this place. Did I mention the facility is immaculate. 100% experience!

I called in hopes of mobile grooming for my long-haired dog (that decided to wallow in the dirt like it was his job). My home is located outside of their scope but, one of them graciously offered to pick him up. I decided instead to bring him in myself and was blown away. The young lady who met me at the door was very inviting. She asked how I would like him styled and, she proceeded to take notes on a sheet with the diagram of a dog and little spaces for notes. Hell, yeah! I can get specific! I dropped my little dustball off with great confidence he was in great hands. I came back to a calm and happy dog who looks like he belongs ins a commercial. Amazing! It's a 20+ minute drive for me but for that kind of perfection, I'll make the trip.

Have now had 2 of my dogs groomed at Sundance. Both grooms were executed well and my wishes were followed on both. The team has always been kind and communicated well with me. Prices were well outlined before the grooms took place and there were no surprises. Their mobile app is great and makes booking a breeze. I recommend Sundance and will use them again.

Our Bernadoodle Benny was groomed for the second time today by Sundance. The cut is fantastic and they were very professional and sweet with Benny. Later this afternoon, we noticed Benny was bleeding and we found a gash on his side. We took him to the vet for stitches and called Sundance to let them know we thought he may have been cut while grooming. They were so professional. The owner called immediately and showed lots of empathy. She let me know they would cover 100% of the vet bill (he needs stitches) and also said her main concern was Bennys wellbeing. Turns out Benny cut himself on our fence. I wanted to share that story because I was so impressed by the level of professionalism and immediate accountability. We of course let the owner know it was our negligence that caused the injury and we will now be customers for life. Thank you Sundance.I posted a pic of Benny and their awesome work.

Gave them instructions on both of dogs before grooming… just a trim on my schnoodle, not too shirt on my Shih tzu and don’t cut her eye lashes…They did whatever they wanted and did the exact opposite of what I asked…and then charged $215 for 2 dogs!!I’ll never go back

Our dog was skunked. I was desperate. After making numerous calls, I found Sundance and Jackie.Jackie was caring and extremely professional. She had a van at my house by 3pm same day. The groomer, I forgot her name, was fantastic and was with our Henry for 2 hours.He came out handsome as ever. He still has a slight odor but that's to be expected from SKUNK.I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again! Thank you Jackie!

We have been using Sundance for our pet grooming for about a year. Today we used their mobile service for the first time. It was the BEST experience!First they were not only prompt but communicated when they were on their way.Second-Miguel the groomer was kind, professional and gave our furry guy the best makeover he has had since we moved here 6 years ago!! He was very detailed with questions on our preferences before he started. He even asked about any allergies our little guy might have! After he was done he also asked for honest feedback citing he would correct anything we were unhappy with before he left!We will absolutely be using this service again and will most certainly be requesting Miguel!!Thank you for the wonderful experience and taking such great care of our fur baby!!🐾❤️

We received excellent service here. We needed an emergency grooming for a new rescue, Creed. He is a 66lb Husky & was covered in flea dirt/ticks. It took three groomers to help him & less than 2 hours. We are so thankful for this company & the sweet woman who owns it for being so understanding.

5 stars just isn't enough!!Jackie and her team have groomed my Wire Fox Terrier Chester 3 times now. The first time I had him handstripped and Jackie went above and beyond to make him perfect. Just for cost I am getting him clipped now and he comes out just right every time. Not only does he look dapper, he is always in a great mood when I pick him up. They seem to take very good care of him and he loves to go for his "spa day"

Went to Sundance for the first time today with my black lab mix. Hands down the best grooming he’s ever had. He smells amazing, shiny coat, teeth cleaned, de-shedding, nails trimmed, cleaned the potty area…the works..all for under $100. Can’t beat the price, quality, and the service!

Received phone call that the groomer was having difficulty with my dog. When I arrived, the groomer, Jackie, stated that my dog was fine and ready for pick up. My dog, Winnie, was bathed and brushed but not groomed at all. Charged $94 for this visit. Would never return here or recommend this salon to anyone

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Jackie, Maria and Owen - THANK YOU. The search for a groomer for my sweet girl has been a tough one, but I finally found y’all. Emmy was comfortable there and I could tell that she was in great hands. She looks beautiful and I could not be more pleased. Love that Jackie doesn’t believe in cages and has areas for the dogs to play and relax. I felt 100% at ease leaving Emmy in your capable hands. She got lots of loving and pampering. What a great place I had big problem with my little sheltie I took her to be groomed but when I called to see how much longer she would be they said it would take 5 hours I told them that when I made the appointment I had to work at 3 they told me to come get my dog. They gave her to me all wet and fur was coming out everywhere. I call everyone that came up on Google the only place that said they would help me was_Sundance Dog Groomers they are fantastic they deshaded her dry her she looked beautiful 😍 I am so grateful. God had a plan I found a place that helps when you really need help. Thank you to everyone that works there. I could never repay you for taking Ladybug in when we had no where else to go. You have gained a client and her 🐕 Happy Thanksgiving to all there.

New to the area tried out Sundance because of the reviews. Dropped off my Scottish Terrier to be groomed. He has a very traditional Scottish Grooming. She informed me it would be 3 hours because they were busy. 4 1/2 hours later and he still wasn't done.Not only did she charge me over what she quoted ($60 which is what I usually pay), his groom was horrendous and not anything near a traditional groom(it's not an obscure breed, groomers should know this cut), she charged me $75 on which I tipped 20%(I'm in the service industry, I can not, consciously, undertip...our trades depend on tips) but she then informed me to bring him back in 3 weeks so she could "finish" his cut??????I will say, she was very pleasant but this kind of unprofessional service is unacceptable. If you are going to provide a service, you need to make sure you are knowledgeable in all facets of that service before you charge anyone, anything. Be better. Now I can not get in with a new groomer because there are so busy and my dog looks like a muppet.

Worst haircut my 9 lb poodle has ever had. It’s a doggy mill. Nice people but groomers are not great.maybe it was who we had today. Sorry but we won’t be back.
