Nice people in the pharmacy. Had a great experience getting my booster shot. I also have a lot of merchandise. Great selections: magazines, vitamins, makeup, nail bar, snacks. Even some apple products. Check them out!

An older woman working the pharmacy treated me horribly in front of a very long line of people. She was apparently profiling me based on how she perceived my appearance, refused to give me the prescription, and just rung up my other items as she loudly talked over me and ignored me completely. I had to ask for the pharmacy manager or whoever it was that was above her, and he immediately got me what I was supposed to have in the first place without question. I left very upset. If I find out her name I am definitely reporting her to corporate. Good luck at this place

The pharmacy staff were trash talking customers while I was waiting 12 minutes in line for a vaccine appointment. I was in the store earlier, and the staff made me an appointment at the wrong store. (Opening at 1 she said) I came back, but my appointment was at another store. Between the ugly remarks about customers and miscommunication, I decided I did not trust these individuals with my health.

Update: I recently went to refill a prescription at another pharmacy and they said they couldn't use the card from the manufacturer I had for the discount. Well, that wouldn't do because the medication was very expensive. So I looked online and Walgreens was listed as using the card for a great price so I transferred that medication over and not only do Kelsey work hard to get the card to go through but he got me the lowest price possible. I just had all of my diabetes supplies sent to Walgreens. And it's right by my house. I added an extra star for Kelsey. Thanks Kelsey!Clean store, nice staff. Always have the things I need in stock.

Pharmacy filled the wrong dose of my med, on hold for an hour to try and correct and was disconnected twice. Went in and they couldn’t find the correct dose of the medication, kept looking & eventually found the correct one stored “in the wrong place.” Didn’t even apologize for filling the wrong dose - which I’m pretty sure is illegal?? At least it feels like it should be. Holy smokes! What a mess. I am loyal to Walgreens but wow. I felt bad they were so busy, but was disappointed by the lack of caring about customers health.Two stars because they did eventually find the right dose.

I ordered nexxus shampoo online . However, it get damaged. So, I went to store to return it . Hussean (shift leader ) of the store asked me to check receipt . So, I showed him what I get in my app and email . ButHe doesn’t want to consider . So, he first tell me ,we don’t take online order return than I showed him return policy of walgreen. Than after he said ‘yes’ than after he tell me “you didn’t order from our store so this product isn’t showing up” .he went to check shampoo barcode . Honestly I wasted my 15 mins and I toon back my stuff. He doesn’t know how to take return and he told he is manger of this store ..

[Updated Review June 2021]Increasing from 1-star to 4-stars: The store has been pleasant to shop in for quite a while now and the pharmacy has been super helpful.[Original Review late 2019]I went shopping this evening (around 7:30p) and they had very loud floor cleaning equipment running which made it very hard to hear. When the pharmacy requested they wait to do the cleaning (so those picking up prescriptions could hear them), the store manager said the floor cleaning had to continue because she didn't want to stay late. Very disappointed that the manager would rather make the environment uncomfortable for customers and even dangerous for the pharmacy customers. The pharmacy has been very good for me in the past, but whoever was in charge of the store tonight made this Walgreens miserable (but at least she wasn't inconvenienced -- just all of the customers).

This place is a DISASTER!!!... extremely high turnover, ever since the old crew quit customer service and order accuracy is horrendous. Mistakes, multiple trips, and bad attitude...I feel like I'm at the DMV when I go to pick up prescriptions. Plan on switching to CVS the first of the month after 9 years going here.

The worst most incompetent pharmacy staff I have encountered at a Walgreens anywhere. Closed Sat and Sun but they don't let you know that until you're trying to get something filled and it's too late. Staff is incompetent and inefficient. Let long lines build up while half the staff casually roams around the pharmacy. Consistently makes mistakes - says they are rectified when they are not.

This is the best Walgreens. The staff is always friendly and if something is out of stock or you would like a specialty item, the manager does his best to accommodate you. The pharmacy is the best in N.C. Kelsey and Ying really do a good job filling meds, answering questions, giving shots and all the other duties they have, while making sure your meds are filled quickly and correctly.M. Thomas 🐈

Update (October 22, 2019):This location is now a Walgreens. On my first visit under the new name, I was told that Rite Aid stores have been/are being bought out by Walgreens. Wonderful for us, having a Walgreens so close._________Rite Aid is never my first thought for my drugstore needs but this one is actually a store I like. Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly and I'm always surprised to find something I want and/or need on sale. I usually leave with more than I intended.

To start the pharmacy is NOT open on Saturday and Sundays! Then when you have to wait to pick your prescription up it’s either not available and no one told you oh, and they don’t open till 9 o’clock

Some of the pharmacy staff is not friendly, and not organized, store manager is not friendly at all, I've heard her being rude to customers, also I feel it's a inconvenience for the pharmacy to close at 7 during the week and closed Saturdays, I'm switching pharmacies cause of these reasons
