The is by far the best Publix I have had the pleasure of shopping at. The customer service is outstanding! I spent 2 hours there on Friday from 3pm - 5pm, yes two hours! I needed something from just about every isle. Six different employees reached out to me when I was looking longer than the normal customer would. The young lady checking on the products in the produce section helped me select the best ingredients for guacamole and coleslaw. The meat department young man helped me select the best meats to use for pulled pork and collard greens. The young lady serving samples greeted me and asked if I needed any help since she noticed I’d been in the store for a while. If it wasn’t for her I would have forgotten the chicken I needed for another recipe. The young man in the dairy section helped me find an alternate to a creamer that was currently out of stock. The young man facing products in an isle helped me select an item. And lastly the man serving samples in the front of the store greeted me and we shared a little of our experience in Atlanta. The store is very organized, well stocked and clean. This means a lot to me as grocery shopping is normally my least favorite thing! I will certainly look forward to it next time!

The staff in the pharmacy are first rate, so friendly, very helpful, and non-judgmental. My insurance company changed its policies this year, and I am unable to use the pharmacy I had always used in the past. Two of the few acceptable choices on their list were downright rude to me about my prescription, and assumed that since insurance wouldn't cover a prescription, that I wouldn't want it...without bothering to check with me first. Publix was good enough to call and check with me. Publix Pharmacy is the friendliest bunch around!

My family, friends and of course myself shop here all the time. We are Asian and we never got the same treat as others. This location is so discriminating. Cashiers never said Hi, and when we leave, never said bye to us. But we clearly heard they greet other customers. This is not a big deal at all if it happens to us couple times. However, it happens almost every time me and my family go here. And the funny thing is we are very welcomed whenever we shop at Harris Teeter. Definitely stop going here since their prices are a lot higher compared to other stores in town, but do not receive good customer services

This Publix location has become my home base for the last 7 years. I refuse to move far away to the point where I can't shop here. I love the staff! The store layout is one of my favorites as far as Publix layouts go. Produce and meats for sale here is unbeatable! Harris Teeter has nothing on Publix.

This may have been considered a small act of kindness for some people but for me it really made my night. I was in here with my two very young children and the girl begging my groceries offered to help me get everything in my car. I've never had help while out by myself and this really made my night and put me in a really good mood. I'm going to get her name next time so I can add it to my review because she deserves to be acknowledged

Prolly has the most of my favorite people here at this location. The managers and staff are all very friendly. Some of the crew that really stands out and goes above and beyond are Randy, Jenn, Mike, Collin, and there's a new kid there with crazy hair I can't remember his name.The produce section is always pretty full and colorful. Really good produce and alot of options usually. They are out of Fresca pretty often. But when they do have it it's usually on a BOGO or something.Love me some BOGOs!!!!The sushi selections are always pretty fire too.Everyone is always ready to help. This store has its own vibe. And I'm here for it!!Here is a photo of the sunset the other night.

I walked into Publix and went to the “hot-case” and I was greeted by a gentleman name Anthony and he was super nice and very knowledgeable about everything that there was and he recommended me some good options like the corn nuggets, fresh chicken wings, and mash potatoes, and I’m super happy with the choices that I picked, I let management know that he was awesome! Funny thing is, I didn’t even come in to Publix for food out of the “hot-case”, I was going to get a sub, but the way he was so fluent about what he was doing made me change my mind! We need more happy individuals like Anthony around!

Clean and well lit store. Full service large supermarket. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good bread baked daily. Good Italian bread, not like New York but best I've found so far in N.C.. Prices are moderate.

I wouldn't ordinarily go out of my way to write a review for a grocery store, but this Publix location is great.I've been coming here for a good few years now and it's always a good experience. Everyone working here is nice and professional, and things are well-stocked. During the height of the covid stuff, this location was consistently well-supplied while competitor stores in the area struggled to get stuff on shelves.

Looked at Publix for Gluten Free bagels... carry Udi's, pricey. But that's standard these days. Tried their QUINOA salad.... peanuts, soy beans, spinach, craisins in lime juice bare. YUNMY! WILL BUY AGAIN

What I like most about this Publix is the way the aisles are organized, unlikeother grocery stores where items are grouped together that have no reason to be side by side. In addition, it has to be one of the most immaculate stores I have seen. The staff is so helpful and courteous it’s a pleasure to shop there.

Some of the friendliest faces in town. Great customer service at the self checkout (Justin) as well as in the deli(Matt). I've never been so educated on my purchases! Pri especially are a bit higher than other stores but I'd pay for the smile everyday! Thanks to all the staff. You've gained a loyal customer. Really wish they had a loyalty program tho (:

Just stopped by Publix to pick up some subs for the kids before heading to the lake for a nice evening on the water. We were greeted by the outstanding service from Matt at the deli. We ordered three chicken tender subs and Matt happily delivered. He was eager and willing to serve all of us. He even tossed our tenders in honey mustard as per our request. While we waited for our subs, we conversed with Matt, who was very friendly. After the subs were finished, we bid farewell to Matt in hopes to see him again soon. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars.
