A great store for your pet supplies. The quality of the brand they carry are better than most big box pet store. The offer grooming and classes for your dogs.The staff is friendly and knowledgable about pet needs.The store is conviniently located beside Fresh Market grocery Store. Parking is plenty and easily in and out access to I-77.

I am extremely impressed! I've placed two online orders now for Ziwi Peak and both times I received my order in less than an hour. I also love the little treat trials they include with orders, gives my boy a chance to try new things. I'm now planning on purchasing the Lord Jameson treats for him because he loved them so much.Many thanks to Hollywood Feed for amazing customer service!

Cashier was not able to be helpful with my return from another Hollywood Feed location. Took it to another store location in order to be helped and they got it done in a jiffy! Probably just a misunderstanding, but wish they would have believed me or tried to run the transaction given I had the original receipt and card.

A great pet supply store that carries a good amount of nicer pet supplies. The staff are absolutely fantastic and make sure that you feel welcome and taken care of. This is the first place I come to when I want to grab a gift for a pet-owning friend or something special for my furball.

The manager Brian was extremely unprofessional pertaining to a simple return. Arguing with a customer is unacceptable, especially when you are clueless regarding the situation. Sales associates did not communicate properly to the store manager, standing around talking without trying to help resolve the issue. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this store. A waste of my time and money!

As usual, I was greet, and asked if I could be helped. I told him that I knew where the food I was getting, was located. Checkout, was very fast, except that we did have a short conversation, as we always do! Another comfortable visit!

The staff here, especially Sam & Bryan, give truly exceptional customer service. The store stocks cat food I can not find anywhere else locally. I really appreciate that they are very knowledgeable about their products. The store is clean & well organized. I’ve lived & gone to pet stores in several states. Nicest Bath House I've ever taken my dogs at. Had everything I needed at no extra cost. DOGS WERE SO EXCITED TO JUMP IN THE TUB THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE ABOUT TO TAKE A BATH! Let me tell you, my dogs were filthy animals and they came out looking like role model citizens. Thank you so much.

The store is laid out so nice. They carry a great selection of high quality dog foods. No Ole Roy here! They also have self-serve pet bathing stations and the friendliest, pet-loving staff you'll find anywhere. Shannon is a great representative of the company.

PetPeople always has the kindest and most knowledgeable people there to make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for. I went in with some basic research and a budget and the woman who helped me pointed out some really wonderful options in my budget. After talking about the different foods she gave me enough information that made it worth the jump up into a slightly more expensive, but definitely better, food. Their reward program is really awesome too.Thank you PetPeople Cornelius!

Updated 1/2/19 - I corrected the 4 to 5 stars (that's what happens when you quickly review by phone)My husband, pup and I visited last week and spent some time with the team at PetPeople. The stre is staffed with knowledgeable, friendly folks who definitely fit the "PetPeople" brand. My dog was spoiled and loved on while my husband and I got to have good conversation with people who knew their products and the best ways to care for furry friends. I'm glad we wandered in, and will absolutely be back.
