Today I was in the store and watched 2 upper management harass a women about checking out. While I was waiting for my wife, I noticed a nurse(African American/Mixed) women in the check out line. She was on the phone with someone and also reading a list. I’m going to assume she was shopping for someone else also. I heard her mention she was separating her items and had to ensure she received an extra receipt for something. She finished one order , and processed to scan the remaining items. Two management women swarmed around her and watched her scan every item. Now I do know, is she did scan everything and bagged it up properly. The management asked her numerous times if she needed help or if she scanned items. She nicely told them they’re separate orders and produced a receipt for them to show.. the lady did not leave her alone.. and at this point it was very obvious what was happening. The nurse was very polite and told her everything was scanned and proceeded to leave. The management then called more people up front to tell them about how the nurse tried stealing the entire cart.. this is uncalled for and I really wish I would’ve gotten the two women’s name and spoke to them. Everyone isn’t a thief and shouldn’t be treated like that. Whoever the older women with dress clothes on with her hair up in a clip & the you get tall middle length black hair that was checking produce and walking around where the nurse was NEEDS TO DO BETTER. I really hope this woman called about her experience

Awesome place to shop.. All staff is friendly and extremely helpful....Front desk is superior and committed to customer satisfaction!!Meat Dept/Deli and the Chef Dept will do their very best to accomodate reasonable requests...By reasonable that means advance notice on catering / party platters/ special cuts of meat items...Don't be that guy that says"I need this in a hour"Happy Holidays ya'll...Update: Still consistent with all of the above!

The store is always well conditioned and is in a convenient area in Cornelius. The store always looks well conditioned despite being very busy at times. They have a great selection of conventional groceries and organic and natural selections.I would give to several of the employees I know in the store. Sharon in the kitchen and running the Pizza bar always has a friendly smile. Joseph who works the front end is a national treasure and never met a stranger. Shawn in the Dairy always keeps the department looking great and Jeff in Seafood is always helpful.I'd definitely recommend this Harris Teeter for your grocery shopping needs.

The prepared food offerings are amazing!! Highly recommend the BISCOFF/Lotus cookie tarte There is also a beautifully laid out salad bar, fresh pizza, sushi....endless choices!Store is spacious and clean!The deli/bakery staff is friendly and attentive to customers☺️

Simply the most delectable Harris teeter T have ever been too! There was a lady giving birth in the back of the store I could here her screaming in pain. I love the cashiers here, my favorite cashier is Michael H. He is just the nicest cashier there! I love the deli with so manty options and the cheap prices! Would recommend 10/5 Stars!

I just got back from the store and it really made my day that the young gentleman that would go get the shopping carts was asking me about my day and we talked about the weather. He is very nice and friendly with the customers! He really gets you engaged before you walk into the store. Great customer service!

This particular Harris Teeter was absolutely amazing. Unlike any other "grocery" store that I've ever been to before. Immediately upon entering, there was actually a meat-carving station; it looked like Brisket. There was a Chinese buffet as well, right near the deli section. On the other side of the Chinese buffet, there was American fare included as well. The refrigerated cheese section had selections from around the world. Fresh homemade soups and salads that you assembled yourself were readily available as well. The aisles were extremely well lit and exceptionally clean. Numerous staff members were readily available to assist you if needed. This particular Harris Teeter was absolutely incredible in both the design, layout, form and function. Today I went to the store to pick up a cake. Instead of using my debit card I decided to use cash today. I gave the cashier a $50.00 bill. As soon as I gave her the cash, she called her manager to the front. He came from the back to check the cash which is understood because, that’s protocol for any company. But that is something that she should have done before calling him out. He proceeds to ask the cashier had she marked the bill to verify if is was real. She said “does it look like I marked it”. She automatically assumed that money that I gave her was fake and called her manager to the front instead of just using the marker to verify. I took offense to this situation and I’m sure it doesn’t matter but, I will never visit this store again. I’m typically not one to cry about racism however, I’m sure she wouldn’t have done that if I were any other person.

Today the Poke bowl from the delicatessen was the most enjoyable, delicious one yet as whomever made it added a crunchy layer at the bottom. I highly prefer this version. I have the Poke bowl at least once or twice weekly!

This is by far my absolute favorite Harris Teeter store. The flexible hours help a ton, the lines are typically short, and the store is very clean. Self checkout is a great option and typically is monitored to keep it moving fast. There is also a Starbucks inside if you need a coffee. Love it!

Harris-Teeter is a wonderful place to shop ... well for most anything. Of course their prices aren't as WalMart would be but their quality is many times higher. Their hot bar is better than a lot of restaurants and I use is quite often.

While I didn't have any problems with the store itself, the co-manager (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was very rude and condescending. Typically the employees at Harris Teeter are friendly and helpful but this particular co-manager seems to think that she is better than the customers. I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.

This is more than just a grocery store. Everything is easy to find and their associates are there to help you if you need any. It was very clean organized and the shelves are well stocked.

This is my "go to" grocery location. It is one of the fanciest Harris Teeter I've been in. Always great quality, cleanliness, and friendly staff. It's open 24 hours too. I find most things cheaper at Wal Mart but there are a few items that I only can find here. I actually find great deals on high quality meats here that can at times puts the other stores to shame. I grill out a lot so that is a big draw and an added blessing being that it's the closest grocery store to my home.

Harris Teeter has really gone downhill. I remember back when everything there was fresh and it was a good experience shopping.Times have changed. had to return “fresh” items again tonight after doing so several times in the past few months.I don’t know how they stay in business anymore with so many better options around. They are trying to cut corners at every turn.Every location is like this now. It’s not just this one. I don’t know what changed.

Always a great experience in this store. I honestly think it's the best supermarket I've ever shopped in. The Deli is phenomenal and fish and meat market are as well. Don't forget about the buffets they set up. 5 stars!!!!

Teeter is the best. The layout of this location is a bit less user friendly than most of their locations, but the selection, prices and customer service are all excellent like most of the HT's I've been too. My go-to grocery store!

I can not speak for grocery shopping here. I have used the in store pharmacy for a while now. Of all the pharmacies I have tried /used, these folks, based on my experience, take care of customers better than any where else!

The online shopping and pick up experience is awesome. They have a lot of fresh produce and a wide selection of other items. They do miss the bar on a few things. As an example I was looking for Masa flower couldn't find it. I was looking for tomatillos, they don't got them. I also needed semolina flour for some pasta I had to go to Publix. I feel like they're "international" selection is seriously lacking.

Let me just say checking out at the particular location tonight I’ve never felt so unwelcome, and like an inconvenience to the youth lady checking me out. She was the only register open and as I was walking by she was just standing there and never offered to help me. Once I turned into her lane she was very put off that she had to help me. I couldn’t read her name tag as it was covered by a coat but it began with an “A”. I’ve never had an issue at this location and everyone else has been nothing but pleasant.
