Well run store. Always good in stocks. I appreciate the service departments. The wine/ beer section is excellent. Also the Express Lane service is worth every penny.

Esther got me a discount at the front and had a great attitude! Then in the deli where they make the subs, Anastasia did an awesome job making me a Philly cheesesteak and then had a great spirit about her! Just an all around pleasurable experience today

Clean store most employees are very friendly and helpful only bad spot is they never have enough lines open . Today waited for 20 minutes to check out lines down the isles managers standing behind the service desk talking . They have a few cashiers that are so slow and will walk away from the register to get help , that’s what your intercom is for .

Plenty of good brand options and choices.Update..they seem to have improved their fruit quality and selection.Update...they seem to have better beef options, maybe to meet bbq seasonal demands? This store is my #1 choice.

Very nice and clean I'm a vegan and the produce worker name NICK is so helpful and nice and seem like a hard worker ! I come in the mornings to get my fruits and veggies and never have any problems I love how clean it is!!!

For a high-end store, I can afford to buy there if I keep my eyes out for the specials which are often and very cost saving.Friendly staff, and if I really want to go to the quality meets and so forth including seafood, that's the place to go.Employees are great. Very friendly and helpful.May 2023Just use one of their 20% off coupons for $50 buys.Plus everything I bought was a discount as well made a killing 😁

Personable staff, clean, good selection, sale prices are pretty good.Update 1: well stocked, clean, excellent checkout (checker was careful with fruits and vegetables). Didn't particularly care for the HT visa card sales person while entering the store, but she wasn't overly pushy, so leaving 4 stars.Update 2: nice clean well lit, good fruit quality and selection. Easy checkout with a checker staying over just to help clear the lines (thank you!). Updating to 5 stars.Update 3: quick checkout because they had enough checkers to just keep up with customers checking out.

CEECEE, works in the deli department. She makes great wraps. On one occasion she was going on break and offered to turn around to make my sandwich, I just think that's awesome.

Racial profiling seems apparent at this particular H.T while checking out at the self checkout the associate with the name tag Nicole made it obvious that she was watching me and no other customers. In this climate we're living in sensitivity training should be included. Was made to feel very uncomfortable.

I have shopped at Harris Teeter for the past 38 years. Never been disappointed in the quality of food or the numerous variety of foods. My store is clean, well organized. The staff are wonderful folks, always pleasant & ready to help. I love MY Harris Teeter!

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Shelves and floor is always very clean and organized. Fresh food could be checked more often, I have found molding strawberries on the shelf and potatoes that have gone soft. Other than that I really enjoy shopping here!

Usually, I try to get someone else to grocery shop for me because I am old and have difficulty walking. Elaina and two employees named Cindy made me want to shop here for their kindness and willingness to go out of the way to be helpful. They paid attention to my needs and were patient and understanding, taking the time to help me. I am grateful.

Horrible. Changed hours to clean floors which I respect. Small sign posted at far right of entrance was unseen. Door was open so I went in. I was chased down and told I could not be there. I asked when they opened and the woman could not tell me. She took me to the manager who was with several employees. He told me I could stay but it was clear that was not desirable. All staring at me as though I did something wrong coming in the open door. Could have been handled better on so many points.

Had a good experience with an Harris Teeter employee. Went above and beyond and did more then I expected or even thought about doing. He has helped my family before and we were happy with the experience. However, this time was different because they were out of an item. He looked all over the store and in the back but couldn't find it. He quickly gave us a "rain check" and also a similar item for the sale price since it was a "needed" item. Great service from that great employee!!

Great grocery store. The best. Happy that we are getting one in Beaufort, SC. Maybe they will move forward on the one in Beaufort someday.This one in Cornelius, NC is still best. A bit higher price but a feel good to visit.

Love the managers ! Supportive ! Helpful !Employees very respectful.Physical appearance - very clean - which is of the upmost importance to me.Now moving my Medication to HT Pharmacy.Was expecting more variety cheeses etc.and the prices are higher than the grocery store across the street.So do limited food shopping here.However...It's a wonderful place to meet & chat with my neighbours ; )

Their items are often expired. I’ve never seen so many in one place. The lines are always long, never enough cashiers. Staff is still very friendly and try to be helpful. If it wasn’t for the constant expired items I’d give a much higher rating. And as someone else mentioned here, their self check-outs often don’t work.

Google wants to know: "How was Harris Teeter? It hasn't been reviewed in a month."It was GREAT! Harris Teeter at Antiquity Point was Great. Employees are almost always friendly. Shelves are clean and well stocked. Store is conveniently and tidyly arranged. Extra special shout out to Rick, Amy and Robert. We miss Camillo and Jasmin.

Harris Teeter, despite having a coming make, is a nice store. It's well organized. They have a great selection. I like that they have a Starbucks inside. They just changed where everything is, making it a little difficult to find things. I like how they offer discounts at BP gas stations. The employees seem friendly and helpful

The staff here is so helpful and always goes out of their way to help me when I need it. There are 3 Harris Teeters that are closer to my house but I always drive a little further to this location because of the people. The store is always clean and the selection is great as well. But you cannot beat the customer service.

I like their selection of items, which seems to vary a bit more than some of their other store locations. The customer service is hit or miss depending on the staff at the time. I've had both pleasant & not so pleasant experiences in the range of 2 days. Prices can be a bit expensive on some of the meats but that's to be expected given the locale. I still shop here from time to time.

Big, clean grocery store which a big selection. I recently moved to the area and really like having this grocery store so close to our home. It’s a comfortable and clean environment and the people there are always helpful and friendly. I’m always able to find what I need and appreciate the large selection.
