Only 1 register #8 was open . There was a long line 6 people with large purchases. Finally #9 opened. This is not acceptable. Why are there no #s open closer to the groceries? I know how to check out my groceries and do some times when I have a few items . However I want the choice to have my groceries checked by Walmart employees. I was told that the reason that #8 and #9 had to be opened because of cigarette purchases.

This is one of my top rated Walmarts. It's always clean, and well stocked with large selections of clothes, food, household items, etc., and I'm always able to find an associate when I need one. Keep up the good job!!*Side note: Walmart has started selling Justice brand clothing in the girls section.❤️❤️

The prices are too high. I don't like checking my own self out. The prices are way too high! On a good note, the store is clean. The employees are friendly and I can find some things here I can find other places in this small town here. The flowers are beautiful but the prices are too high.

Spend 300 dollars to check yourself out, waiting to get a W-2 from them, no pay, and no discount to do their job, why I don't go often. And then want to. Check my receipts to make sure I did Thierry job correctly.

I have a lot of stuff, but half of the workers is useless. You cannot get them to help you. And yeah, that's pretty much. The biggest problem is. High about 60% of the workers is just lazy and don't want to help you find products.

Conover Walmart is the only one I'll go into Catawba CountyThe staff was helpful locating the item I was looking for.Oil change- this location doesn't vacuum- they also lied days that I needed new windshield wipers I both blades front window, just chanced those last month so someone isn't doing their job correctly- I made that exact comment on the paper they heart me sign when I paid.Will drove to a further location to fry my oil clamber next time.

Just 1 regular SLOW checkout lane open in the whole Gigantic Walmart "Supercenter" store. Everything else is self-check. At 1 PM Tuesday.So I left my basket of 3 items and walked out of the store! Tired of being taken for granted and disrespected. Walmart is not super - just GREEDY! Is greed the only value left in corporate America???I QUIT! I'll shop somewhere else where I am appreciated. Costco and Trader Joe's are better and much cheaper. Worth the drive!

This was my Walmart to go to until….I have never been so disrespected in my life. Being a Manager myself…I just can’t believe the disrespect I got from an individual… I left my lights on in my car by accident and my car battery died. I walked back in and went to customer service and they told me to walk all the way back to auto-motives. I then ask a man that is working at the automotive register is there a way I can have someone help me by jumping my car knowing and seeing..There own cables and stuff they use for there Shop that they have Just for oil changes and different stuff you know just like any Mechanic should have… then he proceeded to tell me he can’t do anything about it and I have to buy a pair of jumper cables.. this is a Walmart that has a full mechanic shop in the back… why do I need to buy a pair of jumper cables to just get someone to help me jump my car off you know a matter of maybe 3 minutes.. I have a pair at home.. why would I buy a pair and then turn around and then return it when all I was trying to do is get someone to help me get my car started. I’ve never been talked to that way. It’s so disrespectful not knowing what Other people have going on in their lives for someone just to ask for help… So they can get to work on time... People need to be more considerate.. it’s a shame..

Well I hate to admit it but it's hard to beat the price of Walmart any where you go. This store is usually as clean as you will find. It's usually hit and miss on certain things but for the most part they usually have what I want.

I must say I would have had a better impression of this Walmart if I did not see this as I was getting my wheelchair out of my truck in handicap parking. A Walmart employee just parked in the handicap parking space closest to the door grabbed her Walmart shirt. And headed in to do an eight hour shift on a Saturday the most difficult day of the week to find a handicapped parking space, especially in front of pharmacy. I have never been so disgusted at one person’s selfishness I did not even see so much is a limp as she walked into the store.

Do not buy the 65” Phillips Roku smart tv it is absolute trash since the day we bought it we have had problems the sound constantly going out and the picture going out it has a great picture and sound when it wants to actually work

2 hrs for a oil change is a bit much. I went in and was told it would be an hour. Well two hours later it was finally done. And my oil change went from $54 to $70 due to they didn't have the filter needed for a VW. I understand that but I was not ask if this was ok just simply given a total at the end. When I ask they told me oh the filter cost more. This is something that should be brought to a customer's attention before being done not after. I don't see me returning for any other car service needs.

I visited this Walmart in the late evening. Very few people here. I was able to find most of the items on my list including fencing for pups for the yard. They were stocking shelves and had to wiggle into spots to get groceries but other than that it was a nice experience.

items always missing for deliveries from this store. i understand you’re underpaid, but some people need grocery delivery. and when every single egg is broken and put into a clear produce bag, you know it’s the staff at the store who know they are giving customers damaged product.

This Walmart usually has everything to get the job done but there’s been a handful of times where I needed something out of those aisles where they have items blocked off from the casing and I would have to press the “Assistance” button so many times for somebody to come or not come at all. It’s ridiculous trying to get one of these youngins to help you out.

A review of Walmart? They have all the things. This Walmart is huge. It is, in all ways, exactly what you would expect. It is clean and well-stocked - it also still has a fabric and craft area, unlike many others.

Hate this store it's just dirty looking and seems has people just chilling in front if the store have to weave ur way just to get in and out customer service is always long and slow. .. probably more the customers than the workers on all the above

This store is a very sorry excuse for a walmart. First the door greeters are very disrespectful ( Hello welcome to walmart can I see inside your bags ) All HELL NO you can't and what if I have personal stuff in there. Secondly the managers and staff are as dumb as the come go ask someone for help finding something and there like ummmmmm I think it's at the back like what a bunch of losers. And Third never put in a job application here they will only hire you if your stupid to match there employees group. Seek help at this location.

Oil change took over 2hrs. Watched the crew stand around talking on their cell phones and to each other while mybtruck sat with no oil and hood up! I will pay more and go somewhere else next time!

I love this store but the products on the shelves seem to be getting more compact. I went in to get pasta and had 2 brands to choose from 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. This seems to be a thing on other aisles as well. Nevermind they move stuff al the time. I get asked by seniors constantly where is this and that because it wasn't where it was before. I'd say please stop this but I know they won't. I'll just continue to help.

I scanned a can of pork and beans twice before I could get it back. I asked one of the customer service reps to take it off my bill. He then proceeded to ask me how many I had in the bag. I told him I had six and he counted and saw I was charged for seven. He then proceeded to open my bag and count how many I had in the bag. I told him that I had never had anyone forcibly count the number of cans of pork and beans before. He said he was just doing his job that he was forced to count the number. I have never and all my years had someone count what I had in my bag. Unless Walmart has changed their security measures this is new. Just for their information I only had six in the bag like I told the rep. I certainly would not try to steal a can of pork and beans.

Changing my review in hopes management does something. This should not have to be said, but unfortunately it does. I go to this Walmart frequently. I also use a service dog due to mobility problems and other medical issues. Today, I witnessed a pet dog in the store riding in the shopping cart (that is beyond unsanitary, and not allowed at all.) The dog looked scared to death, probably because it wasn't trained to be in that situation. I was just running in and out fast, so my service dog was in the car with my dad. I hate to imagine what would've happened if he was with me. He has been attacked by dogs such as the one I saw today. I shouldn't have to worry about this kind of stuff. I shouldn't have to be afraid to shop.Walmart, please brush up on the ADA laws. Please. Dogs are not allowed in shopping carts. Pets and ESAs are not allowed in Walmart, and even trained service dogs are not allowed in the carts (where we put food!! Gross!). If that dog would have caused an actual service dog to get distracted, someone could have gotten severely hurt or even died.Signed, a frequent customer.
