Joey Wilson is my go-to guy for all of my company's phones, tablets, screen protectors and anything cellular related. Not only does he take care of us when we're in store but he follows up and checks on us periodically. That's a high level of service and greatly appreciated. Because of him, this store has and will keep my business.

My family just switched from Spectrum to Verizon last month. We went to the location in Conover and Derrick Malbon was our service representative. He is so good at his job! Incredible service! He made everything so easy for us. We are so happy with our service that we just switched to Verizon Internet as well. I sent Derrick a message about adding internet and he took care of it. If you are looking for customer service at it's best, I highly recommend Derrick.

Gage at Cellular Cells of Conover is the best. He has the best personality and is great to work with. I had a recent critical issue and he took all the time with me and went above and beyond to assist me. I have never received such GREAT customer service. Gage is a huge asset to the Verizon and I would highly recommend him for all your cellular needs.

Joey W. at Conover location made process of switching carriers much more pleasant than anticipated. Knowledgeable, patient, and kind Verizon agent to say the least. Additionally, all staff observed on my separate visits/calls seemed to work well together to help serve the customer even if it wasn’t “their own” customer. Highly recommend this Verizon location and particularly Joey W.

We were signed in when we came into the Verizon store.There were only 2 other customers in the building, one in front of us. However, as a customer left, 5 other people who had come in were helped before us. Therefore, the list was useless. After 2 HOURS, we finally were waited on by a salesperson who had to leave us every time someone else came in the door to add them to the USELESS waiting list. We talked with the salesperson about what we were looking for. He brought out the phone. Then, he started going over the info.First off, a proprietary fee was added, ($35) Next we were told that while the charging block (now takes a "c to c" cord) came with the phone, there was no cable to attach. So, add on another fee ($15 and up). I always purchase a cover as I'm disabled and drop things quite often ($35 up). And last but not least, as we were ready to pay, we were informed that to transfer all of my files, etc from my old phone there was a ($35) fee. Add it all up, that put another $120 ON TOP of the price of the phone. After discussing the transfer fee we got up and walked out.Things would have been so much better if 1. There was at least one other salesperson (our 2 hour wait was totally unacceptable. We only stayed because I was in desperate need of a new phone. Plus my husband works nights and anything we need to do takes out of his sleep time. He had 3 days off in a row at the time.)2. Salespeople need to stick to the waiting list and not randomly go to customers that have come in, assisting them withoutconsulting the list. That list is there for a reason! Maybe hire a person that is an "assistant" to welcome and add the names of clients as they come in and answer phones.3. All "normal" fees should be discussed immediately when the salesperson asks what the client is interested in. Most of those fees come with all phones and tablets.

I recommend the Conover Verizon store for anyone getting a new phone or solving phone problems. Gage was wonderful to work with! He took his time with my friend and me, since we were both getting new phones. He tried to save us money and give us better service. He was very patient and helpful! Josh and his team are hands down the best in the cell phone game. Been dealing with him for years and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is always 100% taken care of. I’m so glad I decided to take a chance and do business with him many years ago. Upgrading to a new phone was a inconvenience and time consuming before I met him, I actually look forward to coming in and seeing everyone now. The atmosphere in his the store is just phenomenal. Great customer service and everyone was welcoming. Brad helped me order and upgrade my new phone in a timely fashion. Brad was able to answer all the questions that I had for him and was organized with my paper work and explained everything to me, like my future charges that I should expect on my next bill. I was needing an upgrade on my old phone but was dreading the experience of doing it. Went to nearby Conover store and my experience was great. Our salesman was awesome. Brad. He made it very easy and helpful. I am now working with Seth who has also been very helpful and polite. Would recommend them to anyone.

Joshua Walker was so great! Gave us a better deal than I thought was possible. And was so sweet the whole time we were there! Treated my 11 year old son like a king- and treated me with such respect. Could not ask for a better experience. I have actually been thinking about leaving Verizon and trying another carrier- but Josh embodies why i started as a Verizon costumer years ago. Service. I was recommended Josh Walker by my boyfriend because he had always dealt with him with no problems for years. As soon as the information got to Josh that I was interested in the iPhone 12. He called me, no questions asked. He gave me all the information I needed And kept in touch all the way up to when the phones came in. He’s a very fun and personable guy! We went into Verizon looking to switch services and add my daughter to our plan. Brad was great! He helped us fine the right plan for us and we even got some great discounts. Brad was also wonderful answering all the questions I have, and some of them was just about iPhone tech. Brad also said if we ever need anything just call or stop by. He also programed his number in our phones for us to call him. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Andrew was very easy to work with. I ordered online for instore pickup through Verizon.com, there was a glitch in the system which would not allow me to pick up as intended. Andrew jumped in got my online ordered cancelled, set me up, and saved me money! I will definitely return to this store because of him even though it’s 40 minutes away! Thank you Andrew!
