We just had a new liner installed in our pool today and from initially talking with Kimberly, picking out the liner and asking Kelly and the guys questions today they were all great!! We needed a new cover last year and they did a great job on that too. The pool is kidney shaped so there was quite a bit of measuring involved. The liner was falling apart as they were taking it out. Long overdue and they had some patching to do. I would highly recommend this pool company!!

Words can not express how happy I am with this pool company. I have a large inground pool with a liner that I needed replaced. Kimberly went beyond and above with the selection and insulation process. Every employee I made contact with was excellent and knowledgeable. My pool looks amazing. I would highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable about anything pool related. Installed our pool and we love it. We always go to them with any need or questions. They are always willing to advise. They seem like nice people but after almost $500 in a few service calls and repairs, my problem not only still exists, but is actually worse. During a sand change one of their employees pushed one if the "fingers" from the lateral assembly a bit too hard and it protruded through the filter tank itself, not all the way through but enough so that water is now leaking significantly from this area. After repeatedly trying to explain this to the store, I was at first told that it really wasnt what my problem was but they could fix my original problem for about $1000. This is AFTER I've already spent nearly $500, which I referred to earlier. Again I tried to explain the situation and was told that "the fiberglass gets brittle and weak as it gets old". After one last attempt at communication with the owner, I was told that he would call me and talk to me about the situation. Havent heard anything yet. That was about 2 weeks ago. I guess they're busy. And I guess I need a new $400 tank. YOU can probably guess I will be going elsewhere for it. Which reminds me, look around before you buy something from the store. You will most likely find it cheaper at another supplier.

I am putting a 1 star down, they probably deserve a little better, but so do I.I never get returned calls, I am constantly having to hound them to take my business, get the contract started, and build a pool.This hassle has been going on for 7 months.
