We dropped off our 2 dogs to be groomed, we were aware this is a doggy daycare/groomer. We did not pay for the daycare, we paid for a grooming. But I was unaware my dogs would be socialized with dogs 3 times there size unsupervised. I am in shock of how my dog was cared for. She went in a happy pup, and returned home with a small gash over her eye, and her other eye completely closed, a busted lip, and red marks all over her belly, Not to mention the limp she acquired during her visit. And please tell me how you don’t know what happened to my dog?

My dog has been coming to here for about year! My dog has been for about all the services. She gets a great bath, lots of social activity, and is so happy to come visit. They take good care of my dog when I go out of town and I can trust that they will help her in an emergency! I have never had any issues with the expectation that dogs can sometimes be unpredictable . My dog had a unique personality and they love her as much as I do! I have had some times when I needed extra care and it was a huge relief that they have such flexibility!!! Thank you Paws “N” Claws!

Great place! Freedom loves the caretakers here! It’s a good sign that he runs to the gate when we arrive. So thankful they take great care of him. I can relax knowing my German Shepherd is in great hands!

Dale did an excellent job on my dogs toenails. It was his first time. He's only 6 months old. Very fast and reasonable. But you do have to make an appointment!

I am so thankful I found Paw N Claws Grooming. I recommend them for your fur babies. They did exactly what I asked for and did a excellent job on Chloe!! This was my first visit and now I'm scheduling for a year in advance. Thank you guys so much!!! 🙂

I'm new to the area and have been in search of a place to have my Dachshund's nails trimmed. I searched on Google and decided to try Paws N Claws (they are very close to my home as well). I am pleased with how they treated my dog and how great her nails look. The price is fair also. I highly recommend Paws N Claws👍

This small business is absolutely amazing! Our doggie has been a part of their daycare, grooming, and boarding program for just under a year without issue. If you choose them, you can be sure they will treat you and your doggie just like family.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I've had with a groomer. They informed me that if we'd bring our dogs more often they would not be so expensive to groom. Of course it would benefit him to have us bring our dog every 4 weeks, instead of when they need it. That's just more money for him. I've never had a groomer tell me that. He was so disrespectful. We got there at 7am in the rain & no one answered the door. Had to go around front, wake them up to get service. He was screaming and yelling at the dogs when we went to pick up our dog. That doesn't speak well of how they are treated in their care. I told him we would not be back and he said cussed us. I intend to let everyone I work with and know how horrible we were treated.

I have taken my dog to their day care for several years. I occasionally have him bathed there, and have his nails trimmed (he's a smooth coated breed who doesn't require extensive grooming). He is ALWAYS happy to be there!

My sister took her 2 dogs there. They had cut them in several places. My dogs are scared to death now. They called me late in the afternoon. When I got there he said cash only. He held my dogs while I ran to the bank. Poor service very unhappy.

Kind, caring staff. I would have liked to be able to see into the shop. Due to other dogs being loose inside, I could not go in. My dog was well groomed and seemed I'm stressed when I picked her up. A good sign!

The beef was so thin I could see through it. I seriously don't even know if it was beef. Ordered cheese fries with jalapenos. I received fries limp and barely warm. Of cheese which Tumi look like curds almost it was on there so haphazardly it wasn't even poured or nothing just plopped on and jalapenos kind of toston on the side. I will never never ever eat there again
