I thoroughly enjoy digging through all the bins. You never know what kind of treasures you may find. However, it is an absolute Mad house when the employees rotate the bins out periodically. I know it is of no fault to the employees. They are simply doing their jobs. There has to be a safer and more efficient solution. Some of the customers have no consideration of those around them, I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets hurt. I've never in my life seen adults act like hyenas.

Super friendly staff, large selection of item everything from bicycles to light bulbs, and always very clean. I had to return a damaged item I purchased last week, the cashier handled my return in a timely manner, and was very pleasant.

It's incredible that you have to carry everything you buy in your hands, just because of an ambiguous policy, I don't think I'll come back

They have all kinds of random items and you can find some good stuff here. I have not found anything I like yet.

Previous visits were easygoing and there were no issues aside from the “team” of “shoppers” that are there every day from open-close. They stand shoulder to shoulder (at least 10 people) and don’t allow casual shoppers to pick through the bins until they’ve ravenously searched through them, picking out vintage items or things they re-sell for higher prices online, etc. Additionally, there are very few buggies/carts available because they are sitting in a row the “team” of people set aside so they’re able to continuously shop and keep the cart covered to save for the entire day. This trip was absolutely a thumbs down because I was nearly run over by the older male employee who identified himself as the manager, then changed his mind and said he was the assistant manager. He was pushing a bin up the aisle but I didn’t see him until he was directly behind me. I didn’t know what exactly he was doing so I walked forward to move out of his way. He was obviously perturbed by this and yelled at me for being in his way. As someone with an invisible disability, it’s hard to see & understand that I have cognitive deficits as well as physical disabilities. Mistreatment of people with disabilities is intolerable. Even if you have had a bad day with your staff. That issue shouldn’t spill over into your professional behavior towards patrons. I hope no one else has this experience.

Bring your gloves to look through bins and bins of donations. I have found a lot of vintage textiles. You're just going to have to dig in spend some time and you will find treasures

Shoppers are extremely rude here. Pushing people out of the way and stepping in front of you to get to new bins being put out. They post up and clog up the aisles waiting for new bins to be put out. Staff does nothing. Would be a cool place to shop if it weren’t for all the trash that pack a lunch and go there as a job. 🙄

Hard-good is nothing but trash and they are to busy pulling nothing but clothes. Heard they are going though the hard good so they can sell it by big crates full so they don’t put anything good in the bins for people to buy in the bins just trash. They need to quit being so greedy since the stuff is donated to help people not to make there CEO and big manager big buck because they don’t pay their other employees that good.

If you want the full experience get there early, maybe 15 minutes before opening, get yourself a cart/buggy and when they open the doors pick a direction that nobody else is heading and go. Soon they will roll out new carts to replace the ones that are there so give a quick browse and then watch for the new carts to come out.

The resellers taking away from the people who genuinely can’t afford to buy clothing and items elsewhere is infuriating. They stand shoulder to shoulder and will push people out of their way when new bins come out. This isn’t the staffs fault I’m sure you guys are also sick of it but it’s a very unwelcoming and hostile environment

I've always enjoyed going here but since management changed this last time, the experience drastically took a dive into a stress filled, stiff environment. Everything from prices to customer services has become unstable and unpredictable. I eagerly await the day that my once favorite place to spend my time and money, returns to it's original way of conducting business.

Updating 7/11/23. Still shopping this store, but disappointed that the majority of the bins are clothing and shoes. They have way less bins of the household items. There is a shortage of buggies here. It is not unusual to find resellers hogging two buggies on the side overflowing with stuff. This store has a lot of resellers and they make themselves very known with their buggies lined up by the one buggy return. This store in the past has been pretty good with people not taking stuff out of your buggy if using the restroom, but not the case now. Had something removed out of my buggy which was something I wasn't expecting. Still like shopping here, but could use some improvements. This store along with the regular store are requiring masks again. I do still love shopping the outlet and seeing what treasures can be found. I have noticed they don't seem to be changing over the general goods bins as much as clothing. They have a ton of clothing and shoes bins every time I seem to visit. Still a good store and I prefer to visit the outlet over the regular store.

I go here for books but they are 89 cents a pound with the average book being 2 to 3 pounds which comes to almost $3 per book. THATS A LOT FOR AN OUTLET and there is no price break incentive for buying a lot of books... So many books end up in the landfill because it's overpriced. Many other outlet clearance centers charge about 40 cents an inch instead of by the pound and sell a lot more books. Sad id like to save a lot more books but it's just too expensive here.

I use to love this store, but after yesterday I will absolutely not be back. When you mark up T-Shirts that are Harley Davidson Brand to $25, that doesn't sit right with me. I buy Harley Davidson Shirts Clearenced at their stores cheaper than your not new with tag shirts. The one that did have a tag was a location T Shirt and they sell for much less in the retail stores. It's not like it was a designer brand. You're greedy and you billionaire CEO needs to take a pay decrease. Also, quit asking us to round up our purchases when 100% of your inventory is donated to you.

This is a bins store. Nothing is hung up. Everything is on the tables to search through. $1,49 / lb. If you are into thrifting this way then I can say you will always find something to use or flip. Bring your gloves and mask. The smell can be unpleasant. There is a regular GW next door if you prefer.

Checked nearly 40 of these bin stores throughout USA, this about top 8 to 12. Not a huge store. Tables change regularly. Nice mix of gadgets and clothes. Not too much media. All manners are bad at bins, this one is a bit better than most.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. I must have hit it on a quiet evening as there were just a handful of customers. It was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. Mostly the worst type of rejects; boy was I wrong. I was amazed at the quality of many of the items that I looked through. (Just clothing this trip) I can't wait to go back!

Employees are rude As well as customers, way to pushy! First time here and didn’t know we had to wait for all bins to come out at the same time before digging into them! The way the old men explain was rude! He could have told me nicely how the rules worked! Instead he decided to yell. Also the people pushed and shoved While I was there with my kid! Definitely needs better employees! And the People! Needs signs or Needs to be called on!

Great place to find good deals (if you have the time). However, some of the workers there aren't only unfriendly, but are downright terrifying.

If you have the time, great place to shop. Especially when kiddos grow out of stuff within two months of the last major shopping trip. Can always find name brands, very new looking items and usually a great selection. We like going to both stores since they are right beside each other. Outlet is much more organized and clean of course. If you have the time to 'dig' through the bins next door, you usually find good stuff too. Take gloves, wipes and/or hand sanitizer. 😉

We like going here to find unique items. This Goodwill has huge tables full of clothes, and just about anything you could want. You pay by the pound which is good for some things like clothes, but not for heavier items like books. They sell furniture for a set price. I would recommend going there at least once just to see the deals you'll leave with.My only complaint is the people that they allow to sit around in there all day, all the while, immediately scavaging the tables once they are refreshed with new donations. These same people are rude, will push you out of the way just to get an item. If this store would fix this problem, they would have a better store!

I love going. It is like a treasure hunt and I have found some treasures. However, there are a few greedy people who are there every day and swarm the bins to grab the best items then hoard them til end of day when they make selections of what they really want to keep. Depriving others of the choices

I am a fiber Artist and totally love textiles. I love to check for treasures at the outlet. Some days I find a "gold nugget" that I can get to up cycle into art, other visits not so lucky. The downside at this location are the lurkers who come for the entire day and grab everything in site for resale at much higher prices. I have witnessed them crowding older people who are shopping because of need, not greed. I have also witnessed employees giving these lurkers a heads up when they are bringing something special out. It would be wonderful if everyone was treated fairly.09-10-2019I stopped by the outlet today and the " lurkers" were still there crowding people and snatching the merchandise. Again people who looked as if they were in need being crowded out by greedy individuals who brag about how much money they make when they resell the items.

Very friendly employees. They are always smiling and talking to everybody..the only thing BAD is that there is a few customers that thinks they own the store. They are very pushy and think they have to be the first one looking threw the bins. makes me sick to watch!! Everybody should have the chance to look not just a few!

Not enough employees. I waited 30 minutes 3 days ago for someone to unlock computer cabinet; finally got fed up and left. Cashier was way too busy to leave her station and unlock. Today was even worse; long lines at checkout and still no one to open computer cabinet. I finally noticed one side was unlocked and helped myself. I did tell the cashier when I checked out that I locked it back.

I rate it 2 stars based on the way people act after items are brought out. They are rude and throw the stuff they don't want. That needs to be stopped it's ridiculous . I've been to many goodwills in many states and the customer's don't act like these. The staff needs to put a stop to this. But, this outlet has really nice things. Just customers being silly.

Digging through bins to find treasures is quite a job, but very rewarding. They have the same 6 guys that swarm the bins and they let them... all day every day. Evidently it's always been this way and they let it happen .
