I’d give no stars if possible the whole staff there needs to be fired. The guy that apeared to be the manager run himself and the boxes in his hangs into the back of my pregnant daughter, and the cashier was rude rude tapping on the conveyor belt and reaching for our things and she was an older lady that kind of behavior is unacceptable and we want be back!!!

I understand that good help is HARD to find these days but you gotta draw the line somewhere! So me and my teenage son stopped by this dollar tree for a few things. Well when we got up to the register to pay I heard the manager tell the guy ringing us up that he could take his 10 minute break since he was working 4 hours and I thought then, why only 4 hours?....well I found out right after that! So there was a man, woman, and their little boy behind us in line. The boy was probably 2 or so and he was upset about something and crying. Well the male employee yells back to the mom as he's ringing us up "hey stop looking at him and making him cry!" Well of course she just ignored him but just to be sure she and everyone else heard him he yells again even louder "HEY, quit looking at him and making him so upset!" My son looks at me like is this guy for real? I mean what was this guy thinking? And if you say he was probably joking, even so it was just RUDE! Definitely just not good customer service.

Who doesn't love the Dollar Tree. You can't even fault it for not having stuff, it's the Dollar Tree! But, I can fault it for hiring staff who seem to think it's okay to vape in the store. I did not appreciate Nina sitting there vaping at the cash register while we were checking out! Have some class and respect for your job and those inside a building with you. Do better Dollar Tree.

I hope management see this post and does something about it. On June 26th my girlfriend and I stopped in to pick a few things to go with our dinner and as we were checking out the cashier was behind the register and made a comment to her coworker about her using a 6 blade razor to make sure "it" is shaved. I know exactly what that means and my girlfriend did as well and was pretty upset that she said that in front of us. There is a time and place to talk about that stuff and behind a register in front of customers isn't that. Needless to say we were disgusted and we be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Love buying all the different holidays signs and decorations. Always have a wide variety. They are getting more name brand items in stock also. Cashier was very efficient and friendly.

The young Lady that helped me today was amazing. She was so kind and thorough. I was really in a hurry however it was my fault and I didn't rush but as we were telling her what we were doing she went out of her way to expedite things. I only wish I had ask her name. She was a blessing to our day. So thank you and I hope you know who you are. 😊

I like this store for convenience but, I've been waiting and watching for new baskets and containers to start organizing my home. Never seems to have anything new or even try to keep in stock anything like those items. It's frustrating. I have to go almost an hour away to shop for these items when I should be able to drive 10 minutes. Also, there are always carts with stock blocking the aisles. Seems as though they don't have enough help or someone doesn't want to work on getting the shelves stocked.

As usual, I LOVE this place! Dollar tree always surprises me with the different things they have there. I wish it was bigger, but it's still great overall. Nice and neat.

Look I love stuff, especially when I can get it for a dollar or less I mean 100 items, $100, that is enough stuff to keep me entertained for at least the evening so Dollar Tree you typically will always get 5 stars but this one and I am not trying to be rude here but lighten up people. Honestly, I am not sure they aren't robots in this place. Everything sounds scripted and I always can at least get a smile, nothing. Not a laugh, not a smirk, not even a little twinkle in their eye, you guys got to lighten up a bit, otherwise, place is clean, always tidy and EVERYTHING IS A DOLLAR!

Cashier was super helpful! Have been looking everywhere for lol wrapping paper and finally found some only to find one roll. Well she found me a whole box! Awesome store too. Very clean and organized!

I want to start off by saying I am not a serial reviewer. Honestly I normally don’t take the time to even do it. However, my experience in this place was so ridiculous I felt the need to. It was my first time in this place and I will not be going back. I wanted to get some balloons for my stepson for his 3rd birthday. I walked in, grabbed some other stuff I needed then made it up to my the register. The cashier was professional, however when I said I needed balloons another lady was called up front. She came up front and proceeded to rip the cashier a new one right in front of a bunch of customers that were lined up and me because it wasn’t specified what she was needed for. She then looked at me and asked very rudely what numbers I wanted. I wasn’t aware I had to say the numbers Instead of just pointing out to her which ones I wanted since they were all up on the wall. I said I wasn’t sure then she rudely said well, the numbers are all on them. I told her never mind and she said whatever as I was on my way out the door. I have worked several low paying customer service jobs myself, but I think it’s safe to say that this lady really needs some proper customer service training. I like to be treated a little better when I am purchasing products in a retail store.

Purchased quite a few items for $1.00 each. Some were used to create a personalized graduation gifts. Being able to get these things at Dollar Tree meant that I could give more generous monetary gifts to the graduates. Always one of my go-to’s for cleaning supplies, gift bags and more!

Drove almost 30 mins to pick up something that was supposed to be put back for me and when I got there was told the employee forgot. Don't tell someone your going to do something if your not. The manager was very nice about the situation but I was still upset. This is my favorite store to shop at..

I actually used to like going here until they hired a young black associate that is very rude! He doesn't speak at all, just a lot of joking and with his coworkers! Very rude young man!I am mixed, (black and white) so I am definitely not prejudice. This man either needs to be talked to or let go!

Got to the register ... I swiped my debit card. It was declined 3 times. I changed to another card and tried it. Still declined. Cashier made no attempt to help me. I was so upset .. I walked out. Sat down in my car and called my card company. They checked and found both of my cards were good. I went to a restaurant to eat and no problems with my card. Turns out it was there system. Cashier never offered to type it in or try another machine ... I told him there was plenty of money on my card. He basically told me it wasn't his problem. Poor customer service.

The best employee I have ever met, works here, I don’t know his name, nor who he is but is very educated, polite and very helpful, I hope he makes it to manager one day, he got some type of disorder but he’s totally capable of carrying the job way better than anyone I have ever met, including my self.

Nice place. Don't even look like a big lots much inside. However did have store buggies on several corners making it hard to get around . 30 dollars and change for 30 inems. Pretty good deal.

Visited Dollar Tree in Conover NCIt was neat and clean. Had more craft supplies than my regular Dollar Tree I shop at. Enjoyed it!!!!!!!!!!
