For the 2nd time to go to this place and get disappointed, the cashier on the drive thru at night don’t want to help she said she don’t have time to scan my coupons because they are short handed so I had to pay extra to get the medecine also I tried to call the store they put me on hold and didn’t respond until also be prepared to wait from 45? Minutes to an hour at the drive thru that only got 3 cars

I wish I could do zero stars!Out of list of medications on the prescription I received some of them only !The most important- antibiotics for kid - they didn’t even mention I have it on my prescription. Apparently it was out of stock and nobody said a word. 5 days later when my kid was feeling worse and worse we got message that prescription is ready !They did not communicate with me, never let me have chance to switch pharmacy or call doctor to get alternative….When I talked to district manager - she cared less!Do not use this pharmacy!!!

Personally they don't even deserve a single star! I was put on hold for 1 hr and 43 mins just waiting on a refill update! So unprofessional in general every single time I or my wife have dealt with this pharmacy and have to sit in line for no less then 45 to an hour wait! After waiting in line then having to deal with attitude from who ever is working the window! Currently trying to get mine and the wifes medication transfered to Walgreens asap!

The main reason I rate them so low is because of the attitude of a number of ppl that work in pharmacy. Most if the time they're very short with me and have an attitude as if they're so bothered that I'm calling to question about my medication. If you hate your job that much find another one especially when I have never disrespected you in the first place. Also they were short on ppl one day and the store was closed and I needed a certain allergy medication that you can only get through the pharmacy so when I picked up my prescription because the pharmacy was still open they refused to sell me said allergy medicine when they are directly behind them and u can only get said medication through them and there was no one behind me in the drive thru. I am now changing pharmacists because of these issues. As I can see I'm not the only person who feels this way if I was management I'd rethink my hiring process.

This pharmacy is terrible!!!A black female pharmacist gave me a really hard time filling my medicine. She told me I didn't need to be taking pain pills. She purposely stalled and made me wait 4 hours before she filled it!! It's none of her business what I take. That's between my doctor and I. I would give CVS a 0 if I could. I reported her to corporate and never saw her again. I hope she got fired! I get all my medicine at Walgreens now.

Worst experience ever!!! I have never gotten prescriptions for myself here only my kids, but i just recently had to get a prescription because i was having my wisdom teeth removed, my doctor asked me to have cvs contact him for an explanation on what needed to be filled, a very rude woman told me that they absolutely do not contact the doctors, well i told my doctor and he contacted the same lady who then tells him i asked her not to call because i needed drugs. I have never been so insulted in my life, i was embarrassed and shocked. I spoke to Laura the next day and still don't feel like the situation was resolved. Extremely rude and judgy staff. Laura was nice though.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years now and up until covid everything always went smoothly everything was always just fine never had issues, I guess people quit working and got a bunch of new staff up there and I'm going to be completely 100% honest there's one lady there that is very rude and I do not like her at all or the way she has treated me on multiple occasions.HOWEVERJOHN, one of the techs that has worked back there since I started going in 2019 still works there and no matter how busy that place is or what they have going on he stays pleasant kind friendly and helpful if it weren't for him I probably would have already left that place due to the new people back there so thank Jesus for him!Some people should hop on board take notes and be more like him just saying 😉☺️Employee of the month every month!

I would give ZERO stars for this store and their employees in the pharmacy. They are rude everyone of them rude to EVERYONE especially the girl with all the hideous piercings. I don't recommend going there bc they will make you wait hours for a pharmacist to get your medicine. They are a JOKE!!!

I had dental surgery this morning was told i have to wait over two hours for meds .After that amount of time was up they told me they did not have enough of the meds to to fill my script. Very rude very unprofessional. On top of that they refused to transfer to another pharmacy. Dont take your scripts here unless you like to get the runaround.

The pharmacy staff is extremly nice and helpful when it comes to prescriptions. Wich is why it get's at least 2 stars. The issue is getting back the results for the covid test. I took my test Saturday and it's still pending on Thursday. I'm questioning if they even sent off my test. For them wasting my time, I will now use Walgreens for all my prescription needs.

Doctor sent prescription to this CVS in Conover. Yesterday when I went to pick up I was told they have to order. I failed to understand why they waited to order..This is the worst pharmacy in Customer Servive. I have several bad experience with this pharmacy staffPlease bring new staff and remove existing staff.

I've had good experience there Unless it's with a male worker with glasses, he has been the only person who EVERY TIME messes something up or tells me incorrect information. Get more training, or give me a competent worker, Human error I understand but having an issue with the same person every single time is a bit much in my book (putting in the wrong medicaition to be filled, then arguing with me about it. Telling me something is not in stock when it is, being nasty in his tone when there was no need, Acting superior to the customer when asked a question, dismissing questions asked as invalid NOT OK!)

We just moved all of our prescriptions to Walgreens. Power High Laura Swink thinks her “opinion” overrides the doctor’s as well as the insurance company’s prescription orders. Worst customer service ever. Somebody needs to get control of her emotions on a professional level and leave her personal problems at home. She cancelled the prescription (lol) but the doctor’s office called in another one to Walgreens. Fortunately, customers can choose to go anywhere these days. We also reported her inappropriate behavior to corporate.

I have been getting my meds here for the last 8 years and they have always gone above and beyond the call to get what I've needed in a timely manner and the workers are so nice.I've never had a complaint at all...

The pharmacy is the rudest unconvenient customer service is a joke Try to go get vaccinated they denied me vaccination wouldn't help me schedule an appointment for the next day Simply would not help me get vaccinated I recommend to go to Walgreens right up the road from it I got vaccinated in 20 minutes and they were so nice
