We took our 2 frenchie puppies for beginners training. Makayla was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend her for training. The girls are very stubborn but still learned a lot. As did I. Can’t wait to sign up for our next classes.

Called this location to confirm they had what I wanted was in stock. They confirmed. Drove 45 minutes to pick up dog food and found out that it was a lie. Nobody could figure out the issue. There were only 3 women working that would’ve answered the phone and LIE. Unsurprisingly, because we couldn’t tell them the name of who we spoke with, the fact that they lied and wasted my time was avoided. Great job! Definitely won’t be back. Oh and get a name if you call in advance!

We started coming here when we did the puppy training class for our new pup Fen. Mckayla (I might have misspelled her name) is a fabulous trainer and always made sure to help as much as she could. We learned so much from her and are always happy to run into her every once in a while when she is working in the store. We have always found what we have been in need of for our pup and now new cat. My boys love to walk around and look at the little animals too. We will probably take the next training course as well in the somewhat near future.

If I could give 0 I would. My pup went to get groomed here today and got absolutely butchered! When we picked her up I about fell out in the floor. And then they tried to charge $55 for this. Not only is she completely butchered up, they didnt clean off all the extra hair that was stuck too her from butchering her. Will NEVER recommend this place!

At least in this location. The prices are standard as everywhere and the selection I was looking for was always in supply. This is a pretty store, and is a semi bakery for pet snacks, as the treats kept on display are tantalizing for humans and pets, (I haven't eaten any myself). The store is never empty nor overly busy. It is kept beside a Harris Teeter implying the cashflow of the location is decent. The parking lot has holes in it, at no fault of Petsmart. The dog food that I was buying became too expensive by the end of 2023, and the clerk recommended the inhouse brand. This brand was very in expensive and upon getting it home, had lamb jerky in it! What a buy! However, my German Shephard of 11 years began vomiting and experiencing troubles with the purchase of which I was given a full refund after 2 weeks. This was standard practice at the store and I continued to buy the old brand. This experiment costs was only in the gas and time I took to get to the store. This was in my mind a great business move. The clerk was knowledgable about the food. However, I am subtracting a star as this was only standard practice and expected of a specialty shop. Great place, but not overly above board. They did recommend pumpkin to settle my dogs stomach but the damage was done, they should have said something before I bought it in order to get 5 stars.Pros: Free trial on the dog food of choice. Great atmosphere.Cons: The store brand dog food is questionable. Perhaps not to be sold by a specialty shop and kept in the Grocery Store isle. However this was the only disappointment thus far.Results: Ongoing business with Petsmart.* Acceptable is neither a good nor bad rating, for example a clean shop and a smile, however no additional effort. Or additional efforts but there is a mess of some sort that negated the smile.

This is a really nice store and they have quality products, but times are tough people. If you want the same products for Less go to Petco near Concord Mills. We're talking a lot cheaper on the high-end dog food and other things.

I enjoy going to Petsmart they always have a large selection of food and treats for all the fur babies. They have lots of fish to choose from. Birds, lots of colorful ones plus they have food and cages. They also have guinea pigs and hamsters with all the accessories. If you like reptiles they have a few to choose from. This time around they have 2 cats that need to be adopted. I took pictures with their info, hopefully someone adopts them both. I would but I have 5 cats already lol

Pet smart employees were really helpful with getting my dogs weighed so that I would know what Frontline flea and tick medicine to purchase so that the proper dose of medication can be given to my dogs also the employees gave treats to them when we got to the register and as we left

I feel as though there is a relationship existing and I really don't feel as though I'm just a run-of-the-mill customer so basically they have made me feel special and that's why I keep going back. they've always been professional knowledgeable and very caring about my dog. This review is strictly for this “manager on duty” who I saw handle a situation poorly with a frustrated customer. Not only did he try to give this customer a name that was not his when she asked for his name. He then bashed her to the customers after her. If you can’t handle customers that may be frustrated, don’t be a manager. Very disappointed in who PetSmart hires or promoted to be leaders. Here’s a photo just so you guys know who to not go to if you have a problem with your livestock or merchandise.

My friend and I went here to look angel fish. Upon arriving, no one said hello or welcome. We went to look at the selection of fish they had. We were standing there at the fish tanks for 10 minutes and nobody offered to help us. One lady walked past us into a door right beside the fish tanks and just looked at us, but said nothing. My friend used to work at this location, too. We were about to just leave, and we saw two more employees just standing around chatting about 3 feet from us, and they totally ignored us. We won’t be back here at all. Waste of our time & gas.

Took my aunt's little dog for a bath and nail grinding. Since she'd been there before I was interested in her behavior when we arrived. She was excited to be there. To me, that means they are kind to her the whole time and that's at least as important as the fact that she looked and smelled wonderful when I picked her up.

This PetSmart is always well-stocked and very clean. The majority of the store associates seem knowledgeable, however do your own research on pets before taking their advice, especially when it comes to exotics. The store would get five stars from me if they would stop selling live animals.

The worst grooming salon ever been. They charged $41 for doing nothing and added $10 for special handling to just give a bath to 4Lb Maltese who is the calmest and sweetest Maltese ever. she only gets nervous and shaking when it cones to grooming, but the groomer called and said she would not give her haircut since she is not standing on her feet. This place is ripped off. Don’t waste your money here. And also ,they all have attributes and yelling at poor dogs while giving them haircut.
