Super friendly staff everytime I go. The super nice cashier lady with the classes is my favorite and she loves all my dogs whenever I bring them in.Dropping a review in hopes that store ops/management will see:I came in Wednesday night because I got an email for a free bag of dog food, I normally buy the 40lb bags of Purina One. I came in, saw the shelves were empty (not just for that but MANY of them in the dry dog food aisle), I asked the nice guy up front when the next shipment was coming and he said Friday. I came in Friday to try to pickup dog food and again the shelves are still empty. The nice lady up front said "Oh the pallets are here but there is nobody to put it out, probably will be available tomorrow". - thanks for advising me of that but how does that help me? I now have to go to another store, spend 70$ on a similar bag of dog food (because Purina One is expensive) and I miss out on the free dog food because "we have the pallets but nobody to put it out".Let me say that in this economy....baby EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS. so as unfortunate as it is that PSP will not get my business this month, hopefully next month will be different because this was out of the normal.I will still continue to come here because this HAS to be a fluke, normally when i come in there is plenty of dog food on the shelves.

Store has some of the friendliest staff who appreciate animals coming in. If you have questions they are quick to be willing to help and love to meet the customers pets. While not the brightest and cleanest looking store, the staff makes up for it.

Went here on 11/25/2023 at around 445pm. This place has tons of os selection from dogs to turtles to fish. Prices are fair and the customer service is awesome! Would highly recommend this place for all your pets needs

Everytime I go in Pet Supply Plus, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are always eager to answer any questions I may have and they always have the pet food I need because my cat is on a special diet. Where some of the larger chain stores are constantly out of Royal Canin. I can order online and they will have everything I requested and bring it out to my car. Forever grateful for superb customer service.

Great service! I'm always asked if I need assistance and the shelves are stocked with lots of options! Lately they've been having better promotions that's made it the cheapest place to get my pet's snacks and fresh food. They also have fish, reptiles, crickets, rodents, ferrets and adoptable cats to view. Also DIY grooming stations.

I come here for the diy dog wash area in the back. You can buy 1 wash or a discount card for multiple washes. They provide towels and shampoos. Staff has always been friendly to us. And it saves me the hassle and mess of song it at home.

Recently used their same day delivery service and was really impressed with the ease, but also the personal attention to detail. One of my selected items was not available exactly in the same color or size as I had ordered. I was given a personal phone call to let me know prior to the delivery being sent. The representative told me they had the item in the size I ordered but, in a different color or they had the same color in a different size. To be honest I was so surprised by the level of attention to detail and customer service I hardly knew how to respond. In the end we just skipped the item and the next morning my credit card had been adjusted. It was all kind of magical and the level of service will definitely have me returning to shop in person and on line when I need to. That was some above & beyond service!

I love this store as it is closer than the one in Concord. It's always clean and the animals extremely well cared for. Very organized and usually well stocked. I like the discounts as they help just a teeny bit feeding 4 kitty kids.

Store closed at 6pm I literally walked up to the door 5:59pm and they had the door locked and watched me as I walked towards the door, that was terrible from the employees to do that, considering it was 5:59pm

Great little place! They have both live fresh and salt water fish as well as supplies for both types of tanks. Fish are beautiful and look very healthy. Max was great help. Answered all our questions and seemed knowledgeable about the products and the fish.Much better than a big box store. Prices were reasonable and I personally would rather spend money in a small local businesses!Will absolutely be back!

Was just walking through to look for a new brand of dog food and all I hear over the speaker is them talking about how someone is in aisle 1. I’ve been to other locations in nj and never heard that or seen them doing that. Uncomfortable for sure but my 1 star is for the poor bird in the front. Clean his water bowl please.

I love Pet Supplies Plus! They have great customer service. The store is always neat and clean. I drive from Charlotte to Concord to get my dog food every month because I don't mind driving to a place that I know I'll be treated well and greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Even though I utilize curbside pickup, I usually wind up going in to get my dog a couple of the great cookies that they have. And I can't forget the weekly ads and coupons.

Easy in, easy out. Met the district manager this time, a very nice gentleman, did a great job honoring a coupon I had online, and that is good customer service. Never had a problem at this location in concord, I would recommend to anyone who needs pet supplies or food.

Prices are great, staff seem to really care about animals, and my pup loved the fresh baked treats. Just don't expect the staff to be engaging, most of them seem like they have zero retails sales flood experience and it was a hassle to get them to help. Otherwise this is a great location

Excellent store that keeps in stock Stella and Chewy raw dog food and dry Honest Kitchen food clusters (the food I feed my dog). They have everything I need for my dog. I love the variety of items the store has.
