Visited Missing Link Aquatics with my husband today. It was my first time in and Hailey assisted us. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in serving our needs. She took time to listen and respond to our questions. Hailey, thanks for a wonderful customer experience!!! My husband and I originally found out about the snake of interest on morph market. The owner was very polite and accommodating when purchasing our pied ball python. He also has a Facebook page to contact him from. My husband messaged him off of FB and within less than 30 mins we had a response from him. Pricing was reasonable and the cleanliness of the establishment was good especially while going through renovations. All of his reptiles enclosures are very clean and all the reptiles we viewed are very healthy. (Including the snake we purchased today.) my husband is over the moon. We also viewed some supplies provided in the shop and we were surprised how good the prices are. Any more reptile purchases will be made there for us from now on! Definitely worth the hour and a half drive! Thank you missing link 😊

First off, shout out to Piper! This place is great! I am a first time reefer (Reefer madness lol) and these guys have been helping me every step of the way. I was visiting the store every other day and I could not have asked for a better partner in this process. I want to thank everyone for your help, from the owners down to the staff. I feel everyone is just here to help regardless of if you plan to buy something. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in keeping salt/fresh water fish or exotic creatures! My daughter loves this place! She often drags me around the store wanting to look at all the creatures while I decide how much of my check I will be donating to this place! I could go on but I digress!

We bought our first ball python here back in January 2023. A few weeks ago we stopped by and ended up buying a female adult bearded dragon. She is so sweet and so is our BP. They answered all our 7million questions. Advised us what to do and what not to do. Would recommend them to anyone looking.

They have a huge selection and very friendly staff. Lots of snakes and bearded dragons plus things I'd never seen before like blue death beatles. Got a used chameleon enclosure at a really good price. Would recommend this place if you have any exotic pet needs. Say hi to their shop pet!

The staff are friendly and helpful but where this place really shines is in their inventory.On my first visit there, I saw that they had Asian Forrest Scorpions, Jade Green dwarf shrimp and even a Blue Eyed Pleco!If you are having trouble finding something on the illusive side, I would definitely recommend checking here!

This pet shop is a hidden gem! My son and I went here coming from P*T S&#rt where I couldn't find ANYTHING! I did a Google search for local pet stores and Missing Link was about 10mins away. So we went and we were pleasantly surprised.. They had A LOT of cichlids and I ended up buying a Polar Blue Cichlid! Great addition to my tank.. I saw an Electric Blue Mbuna Cichlid I really liked. I may call and if it's still there, if so come back this weekend! They are renovating but OFFICIAL! The young lady that helped me was very nice! YA'LL GO CHECK EM OUT!

Missing Link Aquatics & Exotics is one of the best pet store i have ever been too.They get animals that i have never seen in any other pet stores around here.Will be getting a prairie dog from here the next time they get prairie dogs.

Love these guys, ordered me some Platy and asked for an assortment of colors (that weren't all the same) and 5 males/5 females. They're thriving and all look fantastic. I even asked if they could leave them in he bag they came in from the shipment and they happily agreed!

Fantastic place…Shout out to Hailey who has sooooo much knowledge about every animal and detail that goes into them in the shop.The entire staff is fantastic. Although they don’t have a direct website, They are very responsive on facebook and helpful. They are very down to Earth people and if you’re going to give your money to anyone, give it to the small business right here

Got a beautiful betta from you guys I can’t believe how pretty he is, the staff was wonderful they even gave me a sample of his food to hold me over till more came in the store, I have been in this hobby for 28 years I have never been to a better, well thought out store this place is now my go to for everything I need ,you guys have it all! This is by far the best reptile store I’ve been to and I looked for a while before finding out about this place! The employees and owners are very helpful and so knowledgeable. I’ve seen people come through and dump off animals in terrible shape and the people that run this store do their best to clean them up to find new homes and a better life. I’ve also seen the employees stand there and give every bit of info they can to buyers so they can be sure these new homes will be good for the pet. They have been slowly renovating and expanding so they have more room for their own stock and the sudden drop offs, so this place is getting better and better. It also helps if they don’t charge you an arm and a leg for everything that you get there

Great experience purchasing a Sulcata tortoise from this shop! They gave excellent advice on creating a starter enclosure for this little guy before he is ready to move outside.The shop was clean and the animals all looked very healthy. They had a good variety of reptiles and fish, with a few birds, small mammals and amphibians as well.

I've been frequenting pet stores for 4 decades, even worked at a couple. Formally educated in the natural sciences. These folks have their act together. Healthy stock, clean and pleasantly quirky shop. Never lost a fish from there, and have bought pa lenty! The place does smell though, it smells just like a pet store and the large professional containments I have seen. Wouldn't say they ignore you, but kindly balance the line of not watching you but be available and pleasant when approached. They only carry the good stuff and what you need. No fluff or impulse shopping items like box stores.

Absolutely love this store! Whenever we come in the employees are always super fantastic and always make our day! Helped us find the perfect snake for us. Extremely knowledgeable about all animals and related topics. Store is always really clean and never smells too bad. Owners are super nice! Store extremely Hands-On and you can tell animals are very well taken care of! The gear swap program is absolutely genius and great if you have stuff that you can swap out. Prices are always fair and reasonable. Even if you are just trying to learn about an animal before you purchase they are great place to go! We live down in South Charlotte, and we drive 40+ minutes whenever we need anything for a reason. The store is absolutely great, as are the employees. Thank y'all for being awesome! Best pet store ever! Staff makes you feel like family and always makes you feel welcomed! I am greeted by name every time I enter the store no matter which staff member is there because they make sure that they get to know you and what you like to see in that store! I have purchased several reptiles, and fish, and turtles from the store and have been exceedingly satisfied! Highly recommended!

I love this place! I have both freshwater and saltwater tanks and purchase the majority of my fish from here. The owners all know who you are and are willing to help you through any issues you may be having in your tank before you purchase anything additional. This place is definitely a hidden gem close to downtown Concord. The staff are incredibly friendly and answered every question we had. Went to look, and walked out with a new family member. I’m so happy to have Missing Link so close to home.

The staff member who helped us gave us a run-down of the different animals in the store and introduced us to the different store pets. She knew all about the habitats and didn't mind answering all of our questions. Even though she knew we were just looking around with no intent to buy, she was kind and helpful.Highly recommend.
