They have farm items that noone else either carry or had in stock. Friendly people, better prices than Tractor Supply and other large chains. Animal feeds and fencing items are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Extremely knowledge and helpful staff... amazing supply of tools clothes equipment and feed. And if they don't have it they will either get it for you or point you in the correct direction. Absolutely love this place. Oh and they honor active military and veteran discounts... so I am a loyal customer for life.

I stopped by McDonald’s General Store for the first time today to check it out. It’s well stocked but I was incredibly disappointed by the care given to their live chicks. We noticed quite a few of them were getting stuck in the feeder trying to get the last morsels of food and then stressing themselves to get out. It was pretty rough to see. At checkout I mentioned to the staff they might need to feed their chicks because they were getting stuck in their feeders and their response was ‘well they’re pooping a lot so we’re trying to feed them just a little bit.’ I’m sorry but these are chicks and that is what they do! If you can’t properly care for live animals, you have absolutely no business selling them! I can honestly say I don’t think I could ever shop here again knowing that is how they care for their animals. Hopefully other staff takes better care of them.

Made an unplanned visit in our Honda Pilot and unfortunately needed hay. The girl checking me out said that the guys could wrap the 3 bales for me. Won’t get that type of service at the name brand stores! Very thankful.

I very much like this store for buying feed but the reason they lost a Star is because there is no sign listing what all they have in their adjoining warehouse along with price. You just have to go up and ask. I would prefer to be able to look at a listing, making my purchase decision, then go up and talk to the sales clerk about it.

My hometown feed store plus !!! Everything you need for your farm from work clothes to fencing , feed, tack, and more. My 1st choice by far above tractor supply or other general stores. Family owned and operated and staff is the best around if you cant find it they are happy to help!

I love this store. If they dont have what you need they will get it. Last weekend I was a little preoccupied with a 3 year old with me. Paid for everything I needed and forgot all about my manure fork. Went back today and even though they were closed when I got there one of the works who was trying to leave went back into the store and got it for me. Thanks guys.

Went to get chicken feed for the few chickens I have. Then went back to buy baby chicks. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Store is also clean. Also they loaded the feed.

The 2 men working there were talking face to face with folks without having mask on at all. .We turned and left. One came out asked why and I told him no mask. He said I already had something. I guess it was shots or 19.The point is wear mask if you work with the public. You can still transmit the virus to others. And the shots do not protect you 100%.I would think others that pay attention would leave also.The mask are here st stay for a long time for those that really care about themselves and others.
