The pool guys are nice, but that’s where it ends.. Asked for an inspection which was never completed as the owner said “I didn’t know I had to write it up“. Went in to the store and called multiple times requesting a copy. A month ago (nearly 2 years later) they send me a PAST DUE statement requesting payment ASAP for the inspection I never received. I told them that I still needed it done and now NO response. Mind you, they serviced my pool and closed my pool, so it’s not like they had to put a whole lot of effort in to writing up a report. I haven’t used the pool since, as I have issues that need to be addressed. There are other companies out there that actually want your business and have the decency to follow through with your needs. I would NEVER recommend them.

Although a bit of a rocky start waiting for our Bull Frog spa to be set up properly, I have to say that the Blue Water Pool and Spa folks came through terrifically, and now we are extremely happy with them and their service. Great folks here!Looking forward to working together with them.

unfortunately, my family did not receive the best service from blue pools and spa, NC. things started out great but communication gradually declined from the company. it became increasingly difficult to get a hold of anyone at the company to get them out to finish servicing our pool. at one point, we went on vacation for 3 weeks and their team came out a few times to work on the pool. when we arrived back home, excited to see a clean and empty pool, it was in the same state of filth with an added fast food cup from an employee at the bottom of our pool. the grounding rod nor any of the electrical/plumbing work that was supposed to be done happened either.i called the office to get a service report of what had been done in the previous 3 weeks-the woman who i spoke with barely listened as i talked and i had to repeat my issue multiple times. she said she would send a full report of what services had been done by end of day but of course that didn’t happen. i called the office and left voicemails at least 4 times in one week before they finally sent someone out (who did amazing service and helped us tremendously, Hunter and Jimmy). we contacted Jay again once we had our pool filled to finish the services. when the team finally arrived, they didn’t have the tools or knowledge to install the salt water system that we bought, although we sent them the make and model number beforehand. would’ve loved to have a better relationship with this company but unfortunately, i would not recommend them. 💕

Not great since new owner Randy took over. Randy comes to my house to hear noise that hot tub is making. He tells me to remove water and let them know he will then come to fix it. I go to store to buy supplies before I remove water and Jay the technician tells me to leave water in hot tub cause he is coming to fix it and he needs to hear the noise, then says he will remove water with shop vac fix and fill back up. I leave all supplies I have purchased with Jay since I will be out of town when he comes. Appointment day gets here and Jay does not show up! Then a week later someone comes to fix the hot tub, they get there and call me to tell me that I need to drain the water before they can fix it. So I am assuming that it is not Jay who has come to fix the hot tub. I’m out of town on vacation, so now 3 weeks later they are coming back after I get home from vacation and empty the hot tub. I would say they have some new management problems and not very good communication.

AMAZING company, amazing people, amazing service! I can’t say enough about Blue Waters Pool & Spas. We purchased a home with an outdoor pool in Mill Spring. Soon after we moved in, we were having all sorts of problems with the pool. Leaks, bacteria, critters!! Kendall was great on the phone! She gave us great advice and arranged for Randy and Jay to squeeze us into their very busy schedules to come out and look. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional! Within a day, they turned big problems into manageable ones and, within three days, our pool was (is) in good shape. The guys who came out later in the week for routine maintenance were also super polite and thorough. What an improvement over the first service we reached out to! Thank you, Blue Waters!

Called and asked if they do hot tub repairs, was told yes and someone would call me the next day to set up an appointment. No one ever called. I called back a week later and spoke to a woman who said she was the scheduler and was told the original call must have been lost. She said I would get a call in the next day or two, that was over a week ago and no call back. Very disappointed, not good customer service, I guess they don't want my business.

These guys are great. We got a great deal and they were able to deliver and install the day after we were ready with our new deck. The installation was smooth and looked effortless. Very professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them.

Purchasing a Bull Frog Hot Tub from them was simply outstanding. I never thought they could out do their customer service but I was wrong! Yesterday I call about 10 am and said I have a leak. They responded in 4 hrs, fixed the leak, did a professional job, and were simply unreal with customer service! I will continue to recommend them and never purchase a spa from anyone else! These guys are the real deal! Thank you Blue Waters! You are the best ever! Thank you!

Eileen and Randy have been great. Last summer I had my liner replaced. I didn't even think twice about letting another company do the work. They a great job and I was not disappointed. You have a question about a pool or spa, they have the answers. I trust this company.

They have a dog and his name is Titus, but he's the sweetest dog. He wanted to play fetch the whole time I was there, thats his blue toy he wants to chase and chew on. The staff is awesome, helpful and friendly. Go by there for your pool needs.

They are months and months behind schedule. Missed appointments and excuses.If you need a spa/hot tub worked on w/in a few months…GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a hot tub...Found Blue Water Pools online....followed the directions and found their store...NICE selection of hot tubs and found out that they are also a swimming pool contractor. Since I live in Asheville its nice to know that this company serves NC and SC! Fantastic customer service and great support when choosing the right one.

This company did not finish what they started. They put chemicals in the pool last Wednesday and suppose to have come back on Friday. I called them and the secretary said they would come Monday. Well my husband was home most of the day and he says nobody came because the pool was so murky, you couldn’t see the bottom and leaves were everywhere. Today they wanted us to pay 75 dollars for nothing. We have called another pool company. Extremely disappointed.

I've been using Blue Waters for service and chemicals for years. Very knowledgeable and responsive staff. Quick turn-around on service if needed and will deliver my chems if I can't get to the store. Eileen is a pleasure to do business with!!!!

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago, when I called they said they could come; they was supposed to come out today. And I realized they wasn’t coming so I called and they said they was booked up and wasn’t going to be able to get to us this summer. They did not care that we had an appointment and planned for them to be there today. Neither was they even going to call and tell us they wasn’t coming.
