My wife and I love our pond and waterfall feature. Highly recommend doing a waterfall boost and a good amount of plants both submerged and on the shelf. The fish, frogs, and birds all love it too. The sounds are very relaxing!

Our pond was built by Pond Country 2 years ago and we just adore it. The sounds of the waterfalls and the beauty of the plants and fish and water are so peaceful!! We love just sitting on the patio beside the pond and admire its beauty. Pond Country maintains our pond every month and they do such a wonderful job!! Lee used to come but has since taken over as manager of the retail shop in Colfax. She is great and can answer whatever question you throw at her. Now Angela comes to maintain every month and she just took over right where Lee left off. She's so polite and so willing to help solve any problem we might have.So in case you you can't tell by now,we are thrilled with our beautiful pond and the people who help us make and keep it beautiful!!

Updated review: added a new waterfall and stream to our existing pond. Troy and crew completed the job in one day. It is beautiful and we are so enjoying the additional feature.We love our pond. It is so pretty. The guys did an awesome job laying it out and installing it. Very hard-working crew. Justin, Matt and Austin are extremely pleasant to work with and do an awesome job. Andrew did a great job designing and laying out where the pond would go. Kelli and Troy have been extremely helpful with set up, plants and fish. Highly recommend them.

I love my pond, but the service I get from Lee and Angela at Pond Country is AMAZING!I had my pond installed last year by Pond Country , and I’m new at owning a pond. I love this place! Everyone we have talked to or worked with have been great! I bought a medium size pondless kit from them and they helped me throughout the build process. Kelly has been my go to person, from build ideas to plant options she helped a ton. Customer service is outstanding. Tons of designs to check out. Great descriptions on each setup to see what all is involved. Friendly staff answered all questions and was knowledgeable on everything pond related. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for ponds, fish or fountains especially.

A big shout out to Troy and Justin!! Had an infinity water fall installed. Found two leaks and Pond Country took great care in the process it took to repair these leaks. Very professional and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend their services, you won't be disappointed.

Pond Country knows customer service! Lee, from Pond Country, has done a complete cleanout of our pond for the last two years and we've been so impressed! She is always cordial, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Our pond has never looked better! Lee answered all of our questions and offered helpful tips to keep our pond clean and healthy. Do not use Pond Country to repair your pond leaks!We had a leak in our water feature. Even though Pond Country did not install it, I had a pleasant conversation with Kelly, who agreed to come out and inspect the water feature. She explained that she would inspect the whole perimeter of the water feature, identify leaks and try to fix them on the spot. On the day of the inspection, we were told that Kelly did not work there any more, and Troy came out for the inspection. He did not do a full inspection the perimeter of the water feature. He found just a single leak and fixed it. He found a second leak, but told us he was only required to find and fix one leak on the inspection. He told us that a repair person would be required for the second leak. We asked him to complete the inspection, but said the repair tech would do that. In addition to the useless inspection, we were charged $875. for the repair tech to come out. As stated by Pond Country, his rate is $155./hour. He was there less than a half hour. He did not turn the water back on nor inspect the rest of the water feature as promised. When we asked him about it, he got in his truck and left. The water feature continued to leak, with us refilling it every day. I had a heated, unprofessional conversation with Troy the next day. He told me that we would have to send more money for the repair. When I asked about the remainder of the $875. labor charged, he said it was for transportation to the site. The $720. transportation charges were not discussed when they took us as a customer, other conversations, nor listed on the invoice. The bottom line is that Pond Country screwed us out of almost $1,100. and did nothing to repair the water feature. Fortunately, we found another local company who came out, did the inspection that Pond Country refused to do, and fixed our problem in less than an hour. Total cost $150.

Such an enjoyable experience exploring the property visiting all the little ponds and feeding the fish. And once the sun went down what a beautiful site with all the water features lit up. Thanks to the friendly staff who are readily available to answer any and all of your questions. Next time I might actually spend more time in the actual store.

If you are thinking about a Pond, just do it...specifically work with Pond Country! I don't leave reviews but for this experience I need to share. Pond Country has been nothing but exceptional. Kelly, Shane, Angela and Lee at the store and through the design and purchase experience has and continues to feel like we are the most important client they have! They have shared knowledge with us to prepare for our Pond. Justin, Anderson and Jakeb were phenomenal with the installation. I can't take my eyes off my Pond and stream, the sound of the water is wonderful. The experience the build team brought to our home has been something I will always treasure. The Pond is a dream come true and I appreciate Pond Country for helping to make it happen for us! Can't wait to do more now! Thank you all sincerely!

Our first visit. So glad to have found this excellent resource. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful set up. Loved feeding the fish, bring some quarters for the fish feed dispenser. Plan to go back and get some supplies for our wildlife pond.

My husband and I have visited Pond County several times just to walk around and get ideas. Our granddaughter likes to feed the fish. Every employee we have come in contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful. We finally decided on a pondless waterfall and the help we received from Lee was above and beyond. I just built my own pond and had some questions about the size of my fish, etc. Also I was interested in learning about the ecosystem, and what plants would help, it thrive. She was such a huge help! I wanted a bigger Koi Pond with a fall so I added a new bigger pond with 2 waterfalls instead of 1. They took my straight stream and put curves and slight turns in the stream which made it look so natural. Andrew, Troy and their crew completed the job in 2 days. It is beautiful and we are so enjoying our new koi pond.I’m so glad to have Angela to come and do my bi-weekly maintenance. She is very kind, attentive & will answer any question that u may have. Angela has came out and planted flowers when I was to busy to go to the store and do it for myself. I’m very appreciative of Kelly, she is a God sent. She taught me how to plant flowers in the water and she help see me through a puns crisis and walk me though every step. Pond country has a great team and they are great people. I have recommended them to my friends as well. Pond Country is an outstanding place.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After spending over $10k with this company I have an ugly “pond” that doesn’t look natural at all. This is by far the most expensive pond company in this area AND they will rush to build your pond as fast as possible so they can rush to the next one. Nothing about the pond I have looks natural, a perfectly circle pond with a perfectly straight and flat creek feeding the pond with no waterfalls. If you want to spend $10k for a small fish pond that looks like 2 drunk buddies built on a Saturday give Pond Country a shout they are great at giving you an ugly unnatural pearl necklace style pond :(. Oh and then when you ask them to come out and look at the pond as you are not happy they will try and charge you a $175 service fee just to come out and look at the pond you paid them $10,000 to put in LMAO what a joke of a company! PLEASE do yourself a favor and don’t do business with this company

We went with friends while visiting the area. They love this place (they have ponds).We were pleasantly surprised they had fish you could feed. That made for an entertaining experience. Some of the Koi will eat from your hand.Great place to bring children as a cheap form of entertainment and learn about pond ecosystems.
