Here is where we got our camper Camping World past Salisbury not Concord.. first we had an 11:00 appointment no one even come out and addressed us until after 12:30 Then they came around and said the guy I'll take you back and do the walkthrough The original guy was that sold us the camper was tied up selling more campers so one of the technicians that works on them showed us around through the camper mind you we were not told THAT A SPARE TIRE( SOMETHING YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TELL YOU CONSIDERING WE DROVE 150 MI UP THERE AND 150 BACK) WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE! The main thing we were disappointed is that This being a brand new camper We had it one week I took my first shower and it was leaking out from behind one of the screws. Other than that the guy was very professional even made more his personalized walkthrough video It was very courteous however he never came out and greeted us never spoke to us when we got ready to leave we saw him walking through there He thinks more for his business Mark thanked him cuz we did get a great deal He done everything he could do to get us what we wanted at the price we wanted and the length of time we wanted the loan for so yes we were very pleased We saved over $15, 000 and 5 years! We did notice or were told by the technician that on Saturdays only the sales people are in there I guess we're emergencies they have a few technicians that work if they have to but generally the maintenance department is closed but we didn't have a choice but to come on this Saturday Mark wasn't going to take a day off to go get it.. So here is our camper and we thank you camping world I do just wish to say I think that when it comes time to the salesman booking their appointment they should be on time or at least close to it not an hour and a half after everyone that was in there which was up and three other couples have been waiting or were waiting over an hour for their walkthroughs That's not fun in the papers and everything else we were told in total it would take about 2 hours We got home at 6:30 Saturday night It was a 7-hour trip!

on Sunday my husband and I visited and worked with Cody Cool. we let him know that we just wanted to get some information and wanted to look at RVs to do some research on potentially traveling full-time in an RV. He asked us a series of questions to help determine what styles to show us to fit our needs. We gave him our budget and he spent an hour with us showing us several different options within our budget. some that would fit our needs and others that would not, giving us a range of the different options out there. he was friendly, honest and extremely helpful. He provided tips on joining Facebook groups for people who are full-time in an RV offered us to come back anytime gave us his card let us know when he is working and was sure that we knew that we could contact with any questions and could come back to view any of the rigs he showed us. we will be back to purchase our first RV and will be asking for Cody!

We had such great experience with Camping World in Colfax, North Carolina. They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions and got us repaired. Validated if it was covered under warranty.Tim, the service manager, was there the whole way and a great help to get us back on the road and back camping again, I can't say enough good things about thier service department.

Miles and Chris are amazing salesmen!! Between excellent customer service and a level of patience that is indistinguishable from others, I am more than satisfied with the service I relieved today. As someone who is looking for a purchase within a month from my visit, these salesmen understood not everything happens overnight. 100% will be returning to this dealership for a purchase in the near future.

Cody was a great salesman. Unfortunately, their sales manager was a bit greasy! After waiting 30 minutes for the best deal they could give me on a new camper, they knocked off $1000 bucks. Called their store in Concord and bought the same camper for $4000 less than the "best deal the GM could give." That process took 7 minutes! Haha. Don't buy here, call their other locations.

This place is a nightmare to deal with From start to finish and onwards even after the sale. As others have mentioned we delt with very rude and unprofressional employees from the sales rep to the finance department.Our buying experience was terrible and now as we are selling our camper and have submitted our request for our extended warranty to be canceled (roughly 15,000 dollars) we our getting the run around as they burn up month by month our return.It has been well past the 45day lead period to receive our refund on the warranty. We have contacted multiple people who some either never respond or others who just lie about the status of the refund.We have still not bee able to confirm they have issued the refund to our finance company.Not only are they burning off money that is suppose to be refunded but they are hindering us from selling our camper.Unfortunately We are now in the process of taking legal action against camping world in order to get this resolved.Highly DO NOT recommend purchasing from this location in COLFAX, NC

My bad experience and that of my husband, I went to this place very happy thinking that it was going to go well for me but... I absolutely do not recommend it, especially if you are a Hispanic. The first person who helped me, was very, very kind and I felt very happy with how they treated me and I decided to buy an RV in this place and then the worst was, when my husband went to look for the RV everything was different, he has He is 51 years old and does not understand English very well, what he understood was that the person who attended to him said that everything he spoke to him was included while he showed him the RV and he already had all the papers prepared and he just quickly told him that it was over to show him, "sign here now" and my husband, trusting him, signed it immediately and made the terrible mistake of signing since when he got home the number was different from the one the first person who helped me told me, more than $9,000 extra and it immediately went to back to ask about the numbers, why didn't you explain the difference? Whether all this was mandatory or not, he didn't want everything they included, it was too much, and he said, treating my husband badly, "No" In the end he was going to fix it. I came another day but he were no longer there and they told my husband that he no longer works here that another person was going to help him but when we tried to explain our situation to them he wasnt listening he even threw his hands up in the air and sighed, not very nice. My husband was deceived since he signed, he can't do anything, they ignored him and deceived him. Be careful with the numbers at the end. At first everything was fine but at the end it was deceptive. Although in my opinion I think it could be fixed immediately, I don't know why they said they would do it another day. I want my money back.

Cody Cool at Camping World in Colfax did a great job with customer service and support. One star rating because the customer support after the support is non-existent. It's been over 8 weeks since we picked up our trailer and still don't have a tag. The title clerk, Kristina, is non-responsive and the finance manager, Chase isn't much better. Don't buy from Camping World if you want a tag.

Absolutely the best experience buying a camper. I messaged with Katlyn at the Colfax location to make my appointment, she was so helpful and has been every step of the way. Mike Walsh was who my appointment was with, he answered all of my questions with out assuming I knew everything and he also didn’t over explain things that I did already know. He wasn’t pushy, which was a change from most other places. He showed me the ones I wanted to look at and then I made my choice. I am very happy with my purchase and we are planning to take it out for the first time in about a week. We’re staying close for our first trip and going with experienced campers! :) I am so grateful to their team there, they are so helpful and polite! We purchased the 2022 Coleman Lantern LT 17B, it has bunk beds and a short queen, an actual bathroom and a table that you can take outside. There are so many features including the fireplace that are perfect for us. We love the outdoors so this will just be a little more comfortable for us instead of the tent we usually use! :) I highly recommend coming to these guys for their selection, knowledge, and customer service!

So recently purchased a 2023 Montana camper, absolutely BEAUTFIUL when you toured it. However, when our salesman Kevin, who promised to have the camper inspected before and after the delivery of our camper, Kevin never inspected it and our camper was literally in pieces. He never helped or offered any. Basically told us to call Garner camping world where people don’t do tech calls. Thank god for Derek !!! Kevin sucks don’t buy from Winston-Salem.

Eric Leone was our wonderful salesman that not only did he help us with our trade-in he found us the perfect camper that had everything we have been looking for! Luck? I don’t know but he sure knows what he is doing and treats his customers well! He was very right to the point. In and out and that’s what we liked about him the most. Didn’t take very long to go through all the paper work and figuring everything out. We highly recommend him for your go to salesman! Also the guy (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) that did our walkthrough was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

This place is exceptional at first. They were professional into helping me get my 2024 wolf den. After I signed the papers this place turned into a nightmare. First they shredded my truck registration instead of my trade in registration which cost me money weeks later with no help. Then they promised to take care of my registration and sticker and after 3 months they continue to avoid me and not return my calls. I thought maybe if I call corporate they would correct this disaster only to find out corporate is as much as a failure as this place. I only gave 1 star because I had to!!!! Very unprofessional and I will never go back !!

Most of the time getting in and out of here to use the dump station is a breeze. But all too often this is the case. They have their excess inventory parked all over the place. I've run into this at several Camping World stores. Free use of dump facilities is probably the most valuable perk for a Good Sam membership. Much of that value is lost here.

John was awesome and took the time to show us around and answer our questions...even knowing we weren't able to purchase until our current camper was gone. We really appreciated him and his time! From the moment my family walked through their door, Camping World was nothing but a pleasure to work with. Everyone was smiling and greeted everyone that walked in the same way. Chris, our sales spokesperson, was with us throughout the whole process and he never once tried to hide anything from us. He was completely upfront and honest with us. And our stand-up comic mechanic, he made everything so easy to remember and engaged with our child to include him in the process. And the wonderfully polite cashier that helped us buy the extra things we needed, she also made sure we knew about the club membership and all the benefits from it. These guys are what make me want to continue using Camper World for all my future needs.

Our salesman was great, but that's where it ends. The lock on our door broke. It's a brand new camper. We called and they said to bring it up and they could let us use the master key. First of all, we were getting our camper ready so there was stuff sitting everywhere. We really didn't want to tow it and risk messing everything up. Plus, it wasn't the key, the lock was broken. My husband finally just replaced the lock. Our temporary tag is expired. They told us to call, but so far, all we get is leaving messages.
