Burnt burger and had toppings that didnt come with the meal I ordered. I think they gave me whatever sandwich that was already sitting out. The other locations near here were very very good. I will say the soda was on par and the fries were fresh and seasoned very well. Perhaps just a careless mistake or could be laziness Im unsure. I would have went back but I already got home and did not have the energy or time to exchange it.

Yea place no good... If not for convenient and only place in Coats they would have the doors shut on this placeMy burger was definitely char grilled and hard as a brick on one side...Dropped over $40 on lunch for me and two kids...Now the battle over lemonade... Don't do promotions and not do refills... $6.00 for some lemonade then want to charge me again for a refill... Then when I complained and said I would just buy a half gallon... They don't even have it after they sell it to me...I was told to complain to corporate... So if corporate cares... Here's my complaint...Only positive was the young guy running the drive-thru... Who did say he would have made it right if it would have cost him his job...Shame a manager would not even come out and talk to meDefinitely lost this guy's business

The service at this Hardee’s was the worst. We had pulled up to the drive thru to order when the lady gave us the hardest time. We asked if they were still serving breakfast and she didn’t answered we asked again and the same thing until we asked her one more time and she gave us the most rudest response ever. Once we ordered and pulled up to the window they gave us our food but when we asked for creamer for our coffee she once again gave us an attitude and handed us the creamer rudely. The lady was named LaTonya, she seemed like the manager. If this was the manger she needs to be demoted. As soon as possible.

I believe this sums it up as one of my favorite places to eat. I remember going to Hardees when I was a child. The food is really good too! Especially the burgers. I got a chance to also visit the sister store Carl's Jr. when I was out West. Definitely will eat here again for sure. Hardees on a sunset backdrop sets the mood doesnt it?

I ordered French toast from them for my kids and they where burnt and overcooked. I called and talked to a manager and she complained about it being after 11 , past breakfast time, when I ordered them at 10:28am. My experience was so unprofessional. I wasn’t trying to get a refund. But maybe I can get something else in place of the hard French toast bricks ? No the lady had a very bad attitude. I would not order from here.

Very friendly staff. This is our hometown Hardee's and we're proud of it.Parking: Handicapped right next to door, and plenty of other parking around the entire building.Kid-friendliness: Register attendants we're especially kind to our grandchildren, and we're very patient in their interactions with them.

I've been coming to this place for years. They know me. They messed up my order. Hey, it happens. When I approached them about it. The heavyset cashier became aggressive and acted like it was my fault. It's been a very long time since I had to deal with somebody so rude like a female dog. I'll never go to Hardee's in coats again.A friend of mine just came from Hardee's and without a word from me started complaining about the heavy set black lady that works there. My only thought is she must be family because nothing has been done about this girl and she still has direct access to customers. When are you going to remove her from customer service? You need to respect your customers and remove her from customer service? I will keep badmouthing this location until something is done. You may be the only fast food service in Coats but you are not invincible. Look at all the bad reviews.

I don't know what's wrong with the crew that's there this Saturday morning January 14,2023 but I go there every morning and I only have issues when this particular crew is working. Either their saying their out of hot dogs [r fried eggs or don't get he order correct at all, teas usually not been sweetened hash browns r just thrown in the bag and I asked for grape jelly and strawberry jelly and ketchup and only got 1 of the 3 bc the red headed lady obviously doesn't like her job bc she only hears what she wants to. At the window and the intercom! I'm just going to stop going there when this crews working bc everytime something is wrong and certain ones have a very bad attitude no customer service skills to be working the window! Sorry but it's getting old happening right regularly! Thanks and have a great day! Hope u get some fried eggs soon!

Love the California burger. Great price. With shortage of help it can take a little to get you food when busy. But you can see the crew is doing there best and working hard.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

We ordered 3 5.00 combo chicken tenders got our drinks paid and was told to park because the tenders had to be cooked. We parked waited 10 minutes the lady brought out three other car orders before ours and our tenders and fries were cold. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is not the first time. Breakfast i have never had any problems with it is always the supper crew.

This has to be one of the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. I've been there twice within the last week and they just can't get it together. Ordered 2 hamburgers with extra pickles and when I get them they have no mustard or ketchup on them. Not only that but one of them was old and hard when I bit into it. Someone really needs to get in there and do something with this place before they lose all the customers. I doubt I go back unless they change it.

We were only one in line. Ordered 5pc chicken strip( Chicken was excellent!!!), fries w/power aide. Had to return fries(tough). They cooked fresh fries but power aide tasted like blue water w/No taste. When we left there was only one customer. Hope they can get it right next time we pass through.

Anytime I've been to this Hardees I've rarely been disappointed. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The food is fresh and prepared in a timely and professional manner. In a time when customer service is declining, they continue to excel. Definitely recommend this location.

Food was cold fries taste like they have been sitting since yesterday I was supposed to get 3 fries I got one fry not in box just dumped in bag called to talk to manager about it and was told to busy to come to phone to call back I was in the parking lot they are not busy just lazy. I wish they would just shut down and bring a better place to coats.

Delicious food. It has some unique foods like curly fries and their mushroom swiss burgers so it is better than most fast food restaurants. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The cashier was kind, and the cooks got the order right and we did not have to wait very long to get our food. This was a pleasant dining experience!

The people that work here are not there to serve. They are there to make a paycheck. The past 2 times I've been there, my burger's haven't had half of what suspose to come on them on them. Tomatoes, onions, mayonaise, they even forgot the bacon. Slack employee's with no work effort whatsoever! I will never take my business here again!

On a recent visit, my husband ordered 2 of the chicken strip. I guess the employee felt he waited much to long for his order, gave both orders a couple extra. Although I'm sure the owner has found great customer service from this employee in the past- we were delighted they felt to " ask for a return visit" by their kind jesture.Today, it is so hard to find help, let alone help offering sincere and genuine customer service to hungry patrons such as myself and my husband for an error. Apparently, after my husband placed his order, they lost track of it.The business wasn't busy, simply understaffed, making it a very busy moment.With all the recent covid closures and loss of revenue- encouraging patrons to return- trust us- we follow guidelines- customer service can be left behind.I wasn't present at the time of my husband's visit- so to the owner of this Hardee's.......a grateful thank you. It just so happened those " extra" chicken strips afforded us lunch the next day along with the memory of this employees kindness.I will return, find the employee- a name and continue with a humbled heart to write to the corporate office.As far as the quality of our food- oh wow, very,very good.The strips were not greasy, actual chicken- from the breast of the chicken. Moist, not dry- also, heated wonderfully the next day.Our visit was Sunday May 1st approximately 7:30-8:00 pm.My husband describes this employee to me as a male- bald( like my handsome husband!) Wasnt sure of his age- perhaps mid 30's.Hopefully- he will an easy find and I can acknowledge him, fellow and future employees, the owner and the Hardee family.Thank you againThe Sullivans of Coats NCvia Boston Ma!

The woman at the drive through was not only rude while we were ordering breakfast but than snatched our card and practically threw the food and card back at us. When we pulled out we realized the order was wrong but we were so over it. Never had Hardee’s before and never will again!

The service was great. Jonathan was very polite and checked with me on several occasions to make sure my order was good and if I needed anything. I explained to him that I had passed by another Hardee's earlier but held out for the Coat's location because of their outstanding service

I like mayo just as much as the next guy but Holy smokes did they load my Frisco with mayo. Both pieces of bread were saturated with it. Drive thru girl with the squeaky voice gets 5 stars but watch the mayo or get/train some better cooks. Everything else was fine.
