Idk if there was a beacon in every town I’d take a bus trip and stop at every one of them! Friendly people, wide variety, may not find what u came for but definitely will leave with something!

I have been going to Beacon since around 1995. I love the thrift stores and the mission does a great work for the community. Going in the stores and browsing around, finding treasures is therapy for me. The workers are so friendly and helpful.The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is because recently the music is so loud especially if you are in the miscellaneous section. Loud music triggers anxiety for me. I understand it’s not all about me. But I love my Beacon stores and really want to be able to continue to go. I f you could please consider this. Hands down the best store ever! The lady that runs it is absolutely the sweetest! We moved to the area recently from Colorado and have been able to replace most our furniture with finds from here.

$1 sign on the clothing rack for infants clothing. Get to register with about 15 items and I’m told prices are higher. Unreasonable to spend two dollars on infants onesies. The bin full of miscellaneous small kids toys used to be 50cent each, not that price anymore but you won’t know that until you go up to pay as there is no sign for prices.

Too many worn-out, broken, soiled items in the store that should have been thrown out, Not in the store for sale. Used and gently used items are what people want .
