This store has went down hill. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a very long time. Trash is everywhere outside. Floors are brown and dirty. Bags of dog food are open and spilled all over the floor. Definitely time for a change.

We want to say a huge public thank you to Mandy, Josh, and Logan, managers at this TS store and the whole team at Tractor Supply for "doing the right thing" by our family.Last year, we purchased a Coleman UTV400 to help us accomplish tasks around our property. Being as we're retired in the mountains of Western North Carolina, our terrain is relatively rough so a dependable vehicle with reliable transmission is critical to our safety. Within months the vehicle was experiencing what we later learned was a transmission problem now known to be a common with that model. Finally, last month, the transmission quit working.After four unanswered attempts to reach Coleman for guidance we called our local Tractor Supply where we purchased the unit. Without hesitation, the managers of this store accepted our situation, acknowledged the entire Coleman 400 UTV model was found to be faulty, and offered to exchange the now defunct Coleman 400 for the same type UTV but made by a different company other than Coleman. Needless to say, we accepted.In a time when it seems the lines of right and wrong are blurred, we wanted to tell everyone how Tractor Supply in Clyde, off NC-209, "did the right thing" by owning up to the situation and making it right for us the customer.Thank you.

This is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest TSC I have ever seen! Found everything I needed. We're from our of town, and needed a trailer tire. I checked the website first and it was in stock and was actually on the shelf!! Very impressive and a great reminder why I shop here!!

The staff at this location are always friendly and courteous. Tonight, during a quick stop to inquire whether or not they had a certain item in stock, we were not only greeted at the front door but were personally assisted with locating our items. Additionally, upon discovering that my friend and I were veterans, thanked us for our service.

I had researched for a good wood splitter a a good price. I found what I was looking for and discovered that tractor supply had them in stock. They were very helpful in explaining all aspects of the wood splitter and assisted me me hooking it to my truck. I've used it several times and am very pleased with it and thankful for their assistance.

This place is great for anything, animals and a nice supply of clothes and boots. They also have a vet that comes out once a week, which is very convenient. Great customer care, and you can even find little ducks, turkeys, and other animals. They go out their way for their customers

Nice employee's. They had everything ready for pick up. In a locker by the front door. They made sure the items I purchased on line were actually there. Before I drove 30 miles to pick up my order. Every Tractor Supply I have always had a good experience ☺️ . Join the Neighbors Club. It will save you money.

I usually would rate this store higher but I had an incident while there. I was looking for a new catfood because I have been having trouble finding the brand I've been using. Well, there was a fine white powder all over one of the cat food bags. It started giving me an allergic reaction. I told the girl at the checkout counter who just blew me off. They should probably pay attention when customers are letting them know of a safety hazard. She didn't even ask where it was so they could clean it up or anything. Hopefully, no one has a worse reaction than I did.

Tractor Supply is a great place to shop for the hobbiest or urban farmer. Great selection of pet foods, meds, and pet accessories. Also good selectiontion of bird seeds. Also carries your basic farming needs.

I am nearly speechless at the level of customer service that exists here. I was greeted when I walked in. Able to find everything I needed, but the few questions I had were quickly answered. Check out associate was excellent at making sure I found everything ok. Everyone here was at ease and friendly.Out the door I went to the parking lot where I realized my truck tire was flat. Started to change it and realized I needed a new tire iron. Called into to the store at their closing time to explain the situation and share my need. THEY STAYED OPEN, so that I could purchase the tool I needed. Holy smokes, was I blown away.

I go into Tractor Supply often. You can get about anything you want for farming and for the DIY person. Not many places left where you can buy 1 socket or 1 drill bit. Great these places still exist.

Turn over is awful. My daughter worked there for over a year but they kept on hiring new employees at a higher rate ($2-3 higher) than the employees at the store, and don’t care to keep the ones that are training the new ones and work hard. Management gave some sap story about why that was done and how much they wish they could change her rate... Lousy way to treat the loyal employees that stick around.

The customer service from the workers is good. Most are helpful and friendly. The reason I gave it only 2 stars is the time it takes to check out. I am there 2-3 times a week as I cattle farm and the line to check out is always 5-10 people deep. Management is the problem not the employees. management needs to man the check outs better. Open two of them dude! It takes forever to get out of that place. I found I can drive to Canton and get what I need at Riverview and drive back before TS can check me out.
