Rudest shift manager I have ever encountered. I'm a 65yr old female. I have worked with the public all my life starting at age 14. You don't treat the customerwith such disdain and in front of hundreds of people like I was just treated I'm very laid back and friendly. This girl had me in tears I was so upset. I will never be back. I worked at this same store in the 90's. You don't work with the public and treat people as horribly as I was just treated.

Our 2nd grocery market experience here and delighted with the quality of available items and only 15 minutes away. They even had jalapeno poppers! Will definitely be back!

Velvela cheese was awful!!! I don't know what they put in it but it was awful!!!!Never had a problem with velveta ever till this super bowl I guess everyone is skipping corners😥

Excellent assortment of vegetables, found new products I've never heard of...flavored chickpeas, and out of my favorite coffee creamer though...ug...French Vanilla store clean, friendly/helpful cashier/stockers and may make this my store since I now live in "J Creek"🏡🤔

NOBODY EVER answers the phone there. Try to ask about something that hasn't been working in couple of weeks, and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Would like to know before I waste ANOTHER trip out there for absolutely NOTHING!! Need better customer service.

This store is rude, and the managers are the main ones. My mom's shopping was done here this morning. My mom sent her son to get her stuff for her. Her OTC card was used, and the manager started taking her stuff of and having another crew member to put it back. Stuff that was able to be purchased, therefore my mother did not get her groceries she needed bought. You managers need to learn what is covered by OTC and what isn't covered.Instead of just taking assuming someone can't pay for something. Food Lion and the staff need to learn what is allowed. This has happened at more than just one Food Lion. Walmart is the only grocery store that does not charge the taxes when using a OTC card.

Food Lion is a great store, great prices on food lion products, friendly nice employees & open till 11 pm . My family and I live in maggie valley so this is just around the mountain from us. 5 stars & thumbs up! ♡

They're always out of gluten free items. If you order via Instacart, it looks as if the items are in stock, but they never actually are. Here's a tip - if you're always running out of something, perhaps that's a sign that you should start ordering a larger quantity. Will be shopping at Ingles or Publix from now on.

Food lion is one of my favorite grocery stores, there is plenty of savings to be had, the employees are so kind and helpful. I've not had a bad experience with this store ever. Newly remodeled and wide variety of products to choose from

Very nice store. Excellent selections of groceries. Shelves are stocked with all basic items. Prices are excellent. Staff is great. If you are looking for an item that they don’t have in stock, just ask a manager and they will order it for you.

Straight to it, it's me . Never been a fan of Food Lion. Personally, I don't think they have a good selection compared to other super markets. That's the reason for three stars.

This Food Lion is well-stocked. They had stock people busy even during a rush-period on a Saturday. They are frequently having sales on the items I regularly purchase. Their produce is always fresh! They had 3 cashiers checking out customers and I didn't have to wait in line long. Even their hot-bar looked fresh. The store was impressively clean.

It's ok. I buy my meat and a few other things elsewhere. Food Lion doesn't carry or sell. They have meat. I just don't buy meat from Food Lion . I had a few meals and wasn't great

The new curbside pickup option is awesome. I prefer it over Walmart pickup. The shoppers are efficient and it's easy to request substitutions. Sherri is usually the shopper I get and she does a fantastic job and when it's brought to my vehicle she is always friendly and kind. As a mom of 3, one being a newborn, I really appreciate curbside grocery pickup and this location is exceptional.
