The manager here was extremely rude when we had a complaint about the food/service. She was very disinterested in what we had to say and continued to ring up our bill. We had eaten here before prior to the current owners and the food was so much better as well as the service. The decor was so depressing. This was our first and last time eating here and would NOT recommend this restaurant. I guess we should have known not to go in by the lack of cars in the parking that it was not as good as it used to be. Lesson learned all be it the costly and terrible tasting food and service way!!!

I got 2 hotdogs with fries which were supposed to be 2 hotdogs with cheese all the way. Yes my order was wrong but instead of waiting for the correction I didn't bother. The food and fries were good. The waitress was polite However the table service seemed very slow, especially with only 3 customers total in the whole place. The atmosphere was dull and uninviting! Someone go get these people an interior decorator. . Place definitely needs a makeover. Get rid of the unused buffet bar and put a real bar in.

My favorite thing so far is the chicken sandwich and the hot chips. Tastes home made and a large portion. The dining area has a lot of potential. I’m the type of person that goes places not only for the food but for the atmosphere. They have some cute decorations that make it fun and unique like the pictures, records, and vintage tv. It would be cool if there was more of that. I really think this place could be the spot with more decor and some drinks (at least some beer). Climax really needs it….lol.

We were the only people in there until 1 more lady came in by herself to eat. The hot dogs were good but I had to go hunt the waitress down for refills, ketchup, and the check. She was playing on her phone, wearing leggings as pants, and apparently doesn’t own a bra. The other lady that was in there waitressing was no help either. We will not be going back. It used to be good before they took away breakfast and is under new ownership. Also the place needs a new decorator..

Only thing that redeems this place was the waitress, she was very tentative to the tables. our table and 3 other tables, two were eating, we placed our order and few minutes afterwards the other table placed theirs. 37 mins for some fried chicken wraps that were TINY ?!?!? Soggy fries, And on top of that all the cursing and hollering from the cook staff. Definitely will not step foot back in.

Great food and excellent customer service!! Really appreciate this small town gem! We have not had a bad meal or experience there!! Burgers are great, specials are tasty and all the fried stuff is on point! Reasonable prices as well! You can see the friendly smiles even behind the masks!Even took my father in law for his birthday!! Very accommodating!

I honestly don't know how many times I've passed this place and never paid it any mind in the little town of Climax. Stopped in here with a friend after work, I was concerned as we were the only ones there but the dining room was clean and well kept.Our server Julia, was friendly, polite, kept the drinks topped and she was just absolutely amazing in all aspects. You couldn't ask for a better waitress, I was sure to voice my opinion to the owners and let them know they should try to keep her for as long as possible as it's hard to find anyone that works as hard as Julia...she takes pride in her dining room. I had the Jalapeno Popper Grilled chicken sandwich with home chips. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

I used to work here before the current owner since the current owner took over they do not spend money on anything they no longer serve breakfest or dinner after 7pm and are not open on the weekend they do not want to keep enough people working as well so the employees have to work extra hard and you will have to wait to be seated when no ones even in the dining room will take at least 30min for one person to get food if there is multiple people waiting to eat good luck. Food is ok but not worth price this resturant has really went down hill from what it used to be

Waited over 20 mins to get an appetizer, then 15 more mins to get food, then waited 10 mins for a to-go container and check out. Spent over $60 for 3 people and could have got the same quality of food from McDonald’s for way cheaper. We’ve tried this place on many occasions but today will be our last time. And didn’t even get what we ordered- asked for the onion rings, suppose to get 4, only received 2, and then they said “want me to cook another two” i responded and said no thank you- i don’t want to have to wait another 20 mins for 2 onion rings- i just wanted what I ordered when I ordered it. She smirked and walked away. They will not get another penny from us.

My husband and I have never been here before and after today we will never go back . We understand that your order is cooked fresh, but it should not take 20 to 30 minutes to cook 2 burgers 2 hot dogs and a large fry. (Which was 30 dollars) . Then when it is finally ready you have to be rude in order to get your order so you can leave. They are way overpriced and super slow and the man who acts like the manager is rude to boot. It is also very unprofessional to play on your cell phone while you are supposed to be working. We will not be going back again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Kami our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly. The food was good. The only thing was the food was a little expensive. Other than that the staff was friendly. Clean environment.

The food is good but I'm not a big fan of "Taco Tuesday". If I go on Tuesday, I never get the buffet. The salad bar always looks good but the buffet with the taco and burrito building items doesn't. That being said about the food, the prices are much too high for a very small town restaurant that serves ordinary everyday items such as this. Again, the food is good...the prices aren't. I hear that the breakfast prices are reasonable. I've never gone here for breakfast so I can speak for that.

I order 5 plain cheeseburgers with fries and the cashier informed me it will take 20 minutes. That’s a long time for a burger to me that are plain. The floor looks disgusting. And the cook just sneezed in his hands and proceeded to prepare food. Absolutely disgusting.
