You never know if the store is opened or closed until you get there. Your self check out ripped my daughter off for $10.00. The only good thing I have to say is that when you hired Donna, she was like a breath of fresh air. Awesome personality.

This a nice clean store with friendly employees. Unfortunately stock was low especially for wet dog food which is why I stopped in the first place. I did get dog food but paid more than I wanted. They usually have good stock on dog treats, rawhide and toys but they were out of most everything. I did glance at cat shelf and that was rather picked thru also. Still it's a good store if you just need a few items

One of the best stores in a small area. The store manager Brittany and her assistant manager Donna are excellent!!! Beyond helpful store is looking alot better!! She has a wonderful keyholder/MOD for night's Nina who is beyond helpful and has a great personality!!!

The curly headed fat blonde headed girl is so rude and unprofessional. They have 12 packs of bud light with two separate prices. 11 dollars and 15 dollars. They over charged me and charged me for the 15 dollar price. When I came back and asked about it. The fat curly headed blonde girl starts yelling and saying it's not their fault. Well it definitely isn't my fault I'm just a customer who got screwed out of my money and she was so unprofessional. So I cussed her out.Glad I made her run back in the office she should have never came out running her mouth. The Asian lady is always so nice and professional. Everytime I have ever came in and she is working. She's always smiling and so nice and polite she knows good customer service. I have been a repeat customer for over a decade but now I will never be returning because of the manager Matthew and the fat blonde girl. Mathew is definitely not a good manager. If you ever want my business again I would need my 3 dollars back that Y'all stole from me. And I would need to know that Mathew and the fat. Blonde girl have been reprimanded for their bad attitudes and horrible customer service.

Today was a very good experience shopping here today. The cashier was nice & friendly. She spoke to me & not @ me, & I don't know how to explain that. It was nice having a conversation, even if it was a short one. Thank-you Dollar General cashier @ around 2 or 3pm.

Shelves always empty of the things you want there for. Terrible company. All store the same. Corporate is slack. Most of the stores only have a couple employees that have to split all the hrs and do not have their employees backs. They care not for the people that make the stores run or the customers that spend their money in store. Stores on every corner, every one ran the same terrible way. I would suggest that NOBODY ever shop there.

The two employees that were working tonight were so sweet. I hate I didn't catch their names, but my van was overheating so I stopped there for coolant. I grabbed a jug of full strength and was going to get a gallon of water to mix with it. When the employees realized there weren't any gallons of water on the shelf, they said I could use the hose outside. The lady was so sweet to me and my kids and the gentleman showed me to the spigot outside. Helpful, friendly folks.

I love it's in Cleveland. I am getting very concerned about the store. Most days there is only one person working waiting on people checking out and putting stock on shelf. One person can't everything, and it is not their fault. A clean stocked store gets more business.

The manager at our Dollar General, Laura, went the extra mile when something came up at the local store. I will always remember her taking the time to make things better. Being nice goes a long way!

The store is always out of plastic spoons. Most of the locations are. Just saying. The checkout is slow because they only run one register. This was the second time my digital coupons did not go through at two different stores on a Saturday that had a coupon. (Trust me, I had more than $25 on my order both times and five should have been taken off each time.) It simply isn't quite as good as even two years ago.

And here we are once again reviewing EVERY DOLLAR GENERAL I can find! Today's store, located in a nice and some what sparse area in between two counties, right off the highway. The outside appears some how fresh, probably due to the fact it was built, say... 4 days prior (it was actually a rainforest 6 days ago). I am thinking that Dollhair-Gee employs ants when popping these stores up, because God knows how they get there so quickly. Parking lot was swept (±1 star automatic for me, kudo) and here's another 🌟 for stock being on the shelves and the stuff that was not was tucked away out of the way. The staff was friendly and asked how my day has been and I love that. I rarely see a fourth 🌟 in my DG adventures but this one gets one more, because they had Antibacterial wipes in stock and a bathroom that smelled like an 🍎. Travel the extra .2 miles to come here instead of the one next door if you live nearby. It's worth the extra 5 minutes.

Convenient location, normally very well stocked with a variety of items that you may not find in other Dollar General! This store has majorly improved it's cleanliness since it's change of management/employees!

i live right up the street from this one. just moved here with 3 kids and my husband 4 months ago. the first month we lived here we probably spent 2500 dollars. and we do alot of DG shopping because its cheaper and more convenient. but i i havent been back in 3 months because everytime i i waste my time driving down there they have the doors locked for multiple reasons, or theyre closed completely. so ive started calling because again its literally 1 mile from my house. and i cant even get anyone to answer the phone either! so ive started going to the one further down 70 near Badger Sport because atleast theyre always open, always friendly, and always fully stocked! AND they answer their phones, line or no line and dont ever seem to be rushing like theyre trying to just get someone to shut up. its worth the extra few miles to me.

Cluttered, dirty parking lot, stock carts scattered thru out the store. When someone has an accident due to the carts and they sue things might change. Overall a low quality retail establishment.

They just randomly close between 8 and 8 30 pm, for their convenience I guess, but it's really getting old and also a big inconvenience for me, I'm thinking about just never going back because you never know when they're open anymore.
