Tony (Chester) our mini sheepadoodle now a little more than 3 years old and is the absolute best part of our lives! We love him so much. Never have had a single health issue! We heard great things about Charlotte Dog Club and I have to say they were all right. The facility was clean and beautiful and the employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! They have continued to reach out for encouragement and support . They made bringing our Bernedoodle home a breeze. You won't regret using them!

We picked up our puppy Shih Tzu a month ago. The Charlotte Dog club made the transaction painless and easy. Butter formerly known as Hilton was 9 weeks when we got him, the club provided with baby food, dewormer and numerous puppy supplies for the first two weeks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my work schedule. We were also happy that we didn't have to potty train. The Charlotte dog club called me several times to check on the dog. We are enjoying our new edition to our family.

The Charlotte Dog Club has the most friendly and professional staff to work with whether I was on the phone or in person. This experience was far better than I could have imagined and it’s obvious they care about each of those little puppies and it is such a nice clean place. I was truly impressed and am so, so thankful that I found them and found my “Maya”, my little Poochon. She has certainly brought joy to me and my husband as we sit and laugh at her constantly. Thank you Charlotte Dog Club. I am already recommending you to everyone in search of a new puppy member of their family.

Oh my gosh! That’s all I can say. I purchased a 12 week old Cockapoo this past Saturday. The cost was reasonable and the service is OUTSTANDING! My pick up appointment was smooth and they gave me all the time I needed before completing the purchase. They also helped me bring all my stuff to the car while I carried my new son. The next morning I got a phone call checking in to see how he is doing. Then followed up via text and when I responded with some questions they were fast to respond. This little precious angel is so well behaved and so smart. You can just see the level of care he received before coming to his furever home. Thank you to the dog club, you have turned my life upside down for the better and I could never thank you enough for my precious Abu!

We visited Charlotte Dog Club 12/2/23. I called that morning and was able to get an appointment for that afternoon for my family and I to visit some puppies. Upon arrival, the facility is breathtaking! Everything is so clean and beautifully decorated. We were greeted with smiling faces and warm welcomes. The whole staff was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. All of the puppies appeared to be well taken care of and in good health. The whole process was super easy and we left with the sweetest little puppy ever! Charlie (formerly Manhattan) has already stolen our hearts and we are so thankful we found him and Charlotte Dog Club. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

We picked a mini red poodle from the Charlotte dog club nearly two years ago, and she has been THE best dog we’ve ever owned! She has been the best addition to our family. She is amazing with the kids 6 and 2 and she has just totally completed our family

First time dog owners and we are beyond in love with our fur baby!! I wanted to wait a yr before I gave my review so here it goes. We have had no issues with our mini goldendoodle and it’s all been great. Never struggled with potty training or any type of behavior since we brought him home. Not sure if we got lucky or it came in his genes. So far he has been healthy and weighing in at 35lbs. He is absolutely wonderful and very well behaved. Transaction was great and the staff was absolutely wonderful when we went to pick him up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! We love our S’more so much. Thank you for bringing so much happiness to our family. It’s truly the Best decision we have ever made.

We picked out a puppy (shih tzu) on line and went to visit her, we also saw few others of interest. As we were a little late due to our appointment the staff was very understanding and accommodating to us regardless. We meet the sweet puppy we picked out but also wanted to meet the other two, but was drown to the one we picked out. The experience was very pleasant and after bringing home our fur baby she has settled right in like it was meant to be.

We are so happy we listened to all the glowing recommendations and chose The Charlotte Dog Club to work with to choose our puppy. They were above and beyond amazing! So helpful and understanding. They made our girls dreams come true by helping to surprise them on their birthday with a puppy! We love our puppy, Molly (formerly Judy), who is a bichapoo. She is just a bundle of love and our vet said she is incredibly healthy and he was so impressed with the instructions and care package we left with from The Charlotte Dog club as well. The Charlotte Dog Club has checked in multiple times this past week and have even sent training videos and helpful hints. We are going to tell everyone to check out The Charlotte Dog Club and we know if we ever add another dog to our family then we will definitely be back at CDC! I adopted the happiest, healthiest Cavapoo from CDC on 8/5/23! Emerson is literally perfect! We did 3 weeks of puppy preschool, so when he came home he slept through the first night in his crate with no problem! The entire process from the adoption to puppy training to the after adoption check-ins was wonderful. Would definitely adopt another puppy from CDC in the future.

The facility was very nice and the staff were kind and professional! They answered all of our questions and were very informative. Our puppy was well groomed and smelled wonderful on adoption day. They continued to check in on us routinely to make sure everything was going well. We had the BEST experience and I highly recommend using the Charlotte Dog Club to purchase your future puppy!

We are so pleased with our Bichon Friese puppy we got from the Charlotte Dog Club. Everything went so smoothly and we so appreciate the follow up, training tips and more. They were happy to answer my calls and give tips on potty training, teething, etc. Our puppy Coco is so well socialized compared to other Bichon we got many years ago. I highly recommend Charlotte Dog Club! You can trust them and know you are getting a high quality puppy:)

Our experience with Charlotte Dog Club was everything we hoped for. We picked up our new baby girl Charli (Kelsey) a few weeks ago. She is a bundle of joy and keeps us laughing. Our vet checked her and she is perfect! The facility where we picked her up is gorgeous and clean. We were met by a lovely lady who was kind and informative. They have followed up numerous times to make sure we were all set. Her brother loves her and found his new playmate. It was absolutely a wonderful experience. They were patience and very helpful in assisting me through the process. It did not stop there their follow up care is very impressive. I received phone calls, text and emails after bringing Romeo home. Their videos on what to expect during the process, his first care steps in feeding, pad training and other tips were awesome.Most importantly the staff. I can't remember her by name, but there is a lady that sealed this deal with a big bright bow. She addressed my concerns and followed up with me the day after (Sunday) instead of waiting till Monday. (excellence customer service).There was absolutely no pressure during this process just a lot of TLC for their babies and clients. Highly recommend Charlotte Dog Club

Absolutely love this company I wanted to get a maltipoo for the longest time found this company online and they truly do care about their puppies and the customer care. If I call to ask questions or need help I always get polite positive people assisting me with all my questions and concerns they do also provide amazing services for after your pup is home I’m so happy I was able to get a pup from them I 100% recommend them if you are looking for a 4 legged pal to add to your family

Listen. I have had dogs(mainly labs) all my life and I’m 68. Always have at least 2. Trained them to hunt. Had some as family pets. This place and the people who assist you are INCREDIBLE!!!! I was stunned by the appearance because it looks like a resort. Inside they have anything you could ever want or need but it’s in a comfortable family type situation. Their goal is for these pups to be placed in a safe loving environment . With responsible owners. I love it. We spent time with “Jerry” and he was already socialized and in such good health. Best first night ever with a pup. He is doing good with potty training. I changed his name to Amos Moses. He answers well. Understands NO. Just the best experience. He’s a Cavapoo? But he’s my little man now. Thank you all for all the work you do to make it easy for us and kind to the pups

We had the honor to adopt a teddy bear puppy, Emmy is what we’ve named her and it has been one of the most amazing things to happen to our little family, she is such a playful and sweet little thing we have fallen so much in love with her and we are nothing but grateful to have her here with us. So glad I decided to get our puppy from here. Everyone was nice and professional. They go above and beyond. And you can tell that the puppies are well taken care of. Our puppy smelled so good when she came home, I had to call and ask what shampoo they use. Lol.

I got my precious mini goldendoodle from CDC and we were amazed by how beautiful the property was and how sweet and attentive the staff were. Our puppy is perfect and was super quick to get potty trained and learn simple commands. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a dog! People stop us all the time to ask where we got him from because he is so cute!

I got my beautiful Bishop 12/09/2023 and I absolutely love him!!!! I knew what I was looking for and after RESEARCHING, I went with Charlotte Dog Club. I am quite pleased with them even with a bump here and there(minor issues) they are quick to rectify any issues and I 💕 that! Charlotte Dog Club really care about their pups and it shows! After visiting and picking up our puppy it is no surprise to me that they have such an awesome rating.The experience from start to finish was fantastic. So responsive, so helpful and just a great group to work with. The puppy is amazing and he has suck a great temperament. The training he did at Charlotte Dog Club was helpful and they sent weekly updates with his progress.I will highly recommend the, definitely worth the 5 hour drive!!!
