This is and awesome place to go to they are very friendly and down to earth. From a new tire or tire repair on your truck, car, or tractor to a tune up on your vehicle these guys do it all and are some amazing people. Today was my first visit and they have gotten them selves another recurring customer.

Excellent service and great prices. Helped me out when I was stranded with a flat tire. Got it taken off and replaced in about an hour and didn't have to pay and arm and a leg for new tire & service! Big thanks to these guys!

I bought a tire from Norris and took it home only to discover that it was too large. The tire was significantly taller than my other 3 tires. I called and was told to bring it back for an exchange. I did,and was certain that they would get it right the second time. I drove the tire for a couple months and got curious because I saw premature wear occurring. I measured the tire . It was almost 2 inches smaller in diameter than my other 3 tires. So they got it wrong twice. I work hard for every hundred dollars I earn and I expect my moneys worth.I didn't get good service from Norris Tires so I will not be buying my next set of new tires from him.Norris of course doesn't care about losing me as a customer. His business is well established and has many hundreds of cars passing by each day if not more.His business will not suffer one bit by losing me,but I was mistreated and now I am having to buy another tire after only a few months.A brand new tire should last at least a couple of years.Live and learn,as they say. Too bad I didn't receive the excellent customer service most of the other reviewers did!

Called ahead to make sure they had my tire and was told to just come in. Once I got here, the older gentleman who was running the office told me that if I wanted a used tire that I had walk out into the field, which was huge not to mention it was raining, and get my own tire. He was VERY rude. Then another man, Dylan, walked out to help us. He is the reason I did not leave. He walked out, got my tire and us not about to put it on. I would never recommend dealing with anyone other than Dylan.

Mike has his hands full with not only waiting on multiple customers simultaneously, but also choreographing his staff by his effort of proper customer service. Withstanding a common truth in any business dealing with the general public, "you can not please everyone all the time." But... you can do the best that you can that doesn't undermine your effort, or the customer.My wife and I are relatively new patrons of Norris's Tire Service. After having purchased products and services from other big box stores where the staff or techs are unskilled or indifferent, without people skills, consumed by their cellphones or simply too young to listen and clearly understand, we do business in Chinquapin at Norris's Tire instead of Jacksonville, NC.

Dropped my truck off he showed me the tires i wanted. Come back he says he dont have those. After showing them to me. Then put on a two tires that he wanted to put on saying i owed more. Not to mention the tread on the brand new tires went bald in less then 3 months

My wife and family were on vacation and were traveling on NC highway 50 late Sunday night when she had a flat tire. The tire had a large nail in it and had gone through the wall of the tire. There was no way to fix it and no spare. A wonderful family help by loaning their vehicle to them for the night and went to Norris Tire the next morning, bought a used tire and had put the tire on. Norris Tire only charged her 35.00. I am grateful for the family that helped them and Norris Tire for getting them home safe .

I can’t express my gratitude enough to this shop, sadly I don’t know the names I need but I popped a tire on a roadtrip today and I was hours from my home town and my destination, I changed out the tire with my spare and headed back on my way when my car decided it wasn’t having it and blew another tire! So here I am pulled over at an autozone calling everywhere frantically when my blessing came, someone answered the phone and had a tire not to far from me! So I found the nicest employee of aurozone and sent them to go get the tire I needed (a big thank you to them also) he came back and handed me my money and told me that the shop covered the cost of the tire out of the kindness of their heart and y’all when I say I cried I mean I bawled my eyes out! Again I can’t thank Norris tire enough and I hope this compels people to consider using this shop next time they have car needs because they are absolutely incredible.

Good family run business with good prices on tires. They look after their customers after buying tires from them. Also do oil changes and minor mechanical work such as brakes. Tires for cars, big trucks, tractors, lawnmowers,etc

Yesterday I got a flat tire on my way through town towards Greenville transporting a rescue dog. Even though they were closed, they patched my tire and didn't charge me a thing. I'll be sending a thank you and payment for services because they didn't have to do what they did, and I'm so grateful for helping me out.
