Was in need of a printer in order to print an insurance form for DMV. Associates and manager on duty were very friendly and willing to assist. Got the document printed on time and didn’t even ask a fee. So grateful you were there for us.

I love this pharmacy we just started going and they are always professional and very fast with prescriptions. Mary was so professional. When I called to check on my medication she told me it wasn’t ready and that she will call me back. She called me back right after to let me know it was ready. I was so pleased I couldn’t believe it. Overall is a great pharmacy.

Pharmacy has went down hill. I now have to drive to Kannapolis or Concord because it has gotten so bad. Very disappointed. I've came here for years. I now despise going to the Walgreens on China Grove. I've seen a large turn around with employees so something is def going on.

This is by far the nicest, most speedy pharmacy around. Always clean, amazing staff, and quick may I add again. I would particularly like to thank one employee, Melissa, for being so understand and kind hearted. Definitely an amazing staff they have working here!

Carmen was so sweet and helpful. I believe she’s a shift leader I can’t remember what she told me, but she was about to close the store @ 10 and I had to run in and grab something for my dog and she even showed me where it was and even took her time to sign me up for the Walgreen’s Rewards. We need more Carmen’s in the world! Thank you Carmen!

Went in yesterday to pickup my medicine and grab a couple of items. The pharmacy staff was so quick and friendly. When I checked out up front the young lady, Katie, was so friendly and helpful. She was so sweet! Thank you for a pleasant visit!

Melissa at the Walgreens in China Grove, NC is extremely rude! I asked if I could give my insurance information over the phone and she stated that she wouldn't take that information down that I could give it to them when I picked up my prescriptions. I'm a new customer with new insurance, how are they going to fill the prescriptions without my insurance information. She was lazy, ask me for the phone number of the location I was having my prescriptions transferred from. She told me that they didn't need my business and that I could go to another Walgreens. I called an filed a formal complaint with Walgreens. They are investigating and will get back to me. You would think that Walgreens would do a better job at screening potential employees and weed out the Melissa's of this world. Melissa, I know that you will read this, I hope you have the day that you deserve.

The staff at this Walgreens is always very friendly. A few times, my doctor sent the prescription to the wrong Walgreens but the staff here were able to quickly and cheerfully transfer and fill the prescription while I waited. Glad to have this Walgreens as my local pharmacy!

I had been sick over a week with allergy related upper respiratory issues. After trying several over the counter medicines, I finally spoke to Maryanne, the pharmacist at the China Grove location. She was easy to speak with, informative, and eager to help. Her recommendation was spot on!!! Will not hesitate to get advice from her in the future.

The staff in the pharmacy make you feel like family. They ask about your family members and always remember their name. The pharmacist take time answering any questions. The techs work so hard to help customers. I have witnessed staff members working so patiently with customers. This is the best pharmacist I have ever used for my medical needs.Staff members are Mary Ann, Matt, Nicole, Alayna, Melissa, Erica, Anne and Alley.

This is by far worst pharmacy I have been to. I have nothing but issues with them. I have even left in tears from the way they treated me.I used this pharmacy because it was close to my doctor's office and it was on my way home but I'm at the point I will drive ten miles out of the way to avoid this pharmacy.

The staff at this store have no Respect for Anyone much less their customers!!!!! The medicine they filled for my Mother she was allergic to and it almost killed her!!!! Don’t truck them!!!!!!! They clearly should have caught it!!!!! They do not deserve 1 star!!

I get a text telling me my meds are ready when I get there they are not and the lady behind the pharmacist said that was impossible call me a liar and told me it would take 20 minutes to film I don't think they know what they're doing because they didn't feel all my medicine looking for another pharmacy and knows what they're doing
