I take all my animals here. The prices I can work with and the Drs are all very caring towards me and my fur babies. I have one that has to be seen a lot so I would rather them take me in as needed. Vet techs are all sweet and caring too. All three of my dogs love going here.

Wow! I can’t tell you how hard it’s been for me to find a vet that delivers both exceptional care and also understanding of urgency. This place is heaven sent.Both of my cats have gingivitis and often have to have extractions once or twice a year which end up being thousands of dollars + a massive head ache to schedule as they’ll always do it weeks out from the consultation. My cat ozzy started bleeding from his canine which was a sure sign something was wrong and it needed immediate attention. Doctor Brindle immediately took this task on and provided me with insight, comfort, and even words of affirmation. After it was done she called me personally as well which showed she cared. When I went to get him he was feeling so much better and she kept proclaiming her love for him which I found to be incredibly reassuring.I cannot thank her enough for the quick care and for being so gentle with both me and Ozzy. She exceeded all expectations and I’ve never met anyone better. Might I add it was wildly affordable, like we’re talking not even a fragment of what it would have been elsewhere. Often times you get what you paid for but in this instance I got FAR more than what I paid for and I cannot be any more grateful (or so I think.)Thank you from both Ozzy and myself Doctor Brindle.*pictures from before and after surgery which required anesthesia - he perked right up and is obviously feeling great relief*

We take our dacshund there. They seem reasonable on prices. (Note, we haven't been anywhere else to really compare). They're close to us and seem caring.

I got there early as there are no appointments. It's a walk-in clinic.Everyone was super nice and accomodating (i sat in the car with my dog until time to go in as dog would have been overwhelmed) and called my phone when it was my turn, which despite having two ahead of me, took little time.It took very little time for what they needed to do and the prices were fair.I'll definitely take my puppers there again.

We've had an excellent experience with all four of our animals, including puppy shots, regular check ups, boarding, and grooming. They really get to know our pets and treat them with gentleness and kindness. Very affordable.

I moved to the area not long ago and I was still taking my cats and dogs to Mooresville Animal Hospital, which is 30 minutes away. Well, this morning my 22-year-old cat, TJ, was having very labored breathing. I rushed him to South Rowan Animal Hospital, because I new he needed to be seen immediately. The ladies took him back to give him oxygen right away. The veterinarian told me hhis lungs were clear, but he was very congested. She was so kind to me. She explained everything to my in such a knowledgeable but warm way. I ended up taking TJ home after the vet gave him medication. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone there was to me. They were all so kind and gentle with TJ. I am definitely transferring all my cat's and dog's medical records to SRAH. I will miss everyone at Mooresville Animal Hospital, because I have been using them since 1989, but I think I found a new home for all of my fur babies. Thank you so very much, SRAH, for taking such wonderful care of TJ.

My 14 year old dog had a stroke and I had to make the hard decision to euthanize Clyde. Heartbreaking but the vet and staff were so kind and caring. They even wrapped him up like a burrito. Wonderfully professional. Highly recommended.

WOW!!! - our pets weren't even clients here - we are now. BUT today - SRAH rocked it out. One of our boys got out of his crate and got into rat poison in the garage. Our regular vet wouldn't see him since they were about to close for lunch (12:45pm) and they said they didn't handle these types of emergencies. They told me to take my dog to the Charlotte Emergency clinic - From Salisbury - R U Kidding! My dogs face is swelling up.I immediately called SRAH and they said we are getting ready to close for lunch BUT bring him in now the dog needs to be seen - you can fill out new client paperwork when you get here.The minute my husband and son walked in with the dog, the lady knew who it was and dropped everything to make sure that our boy was seen immediately. She understood the assignment.Needless to say - when our old clinic gets back from lunch, they will be sending records for 6 animals over to SRAH. Thank you so much Miss Frankie for your understanding and compassion.

Dr. Blanton is absolutely the best vet I've ever had. Great bedside manor, fair pricing and will work his heart out to help the animal. We rushed an 11 yo bulldog to him Wed who got sick quickly. He knows her from treating her before. I ambushed him getting out of his truck. He threw down what he was holding, rushed her in and spent over 3 hours in surgery getting massive tumor out of her abdomen that had engulfed one of her kidneys. Gave her under 5% chance of making it off table. She's currently home on couch with us and resting in good condition. He went in middle of night to check on her, and laughed that he knew she was fine from her snoring. He's honest with you without the dreaded lectures or making you feel like a bad pet owner. You can tell he truly cares about the patients and their parents. His staff is polite and awesome as well. Again, can't sing his praises enough for saving our girl!

This is just the best place for your veterinarian services. I had a bit of an emergency with my cat. Without an appointment they took us right in and immediately worked with my fur baby.Unfortunately we had to have her put down due to major complications, but every one of the staff were compassionate and shared my grief. I was treated with respect and they helped me through a very difficult time. Many thanks.

I'm so happy that I gave this place a chance. I just recently loss my fur baby Gage. They cared for him for the last 2 years of his life. I never once felt uncomfortable with any treatment or surgery that was needed for him. The staff is amazing and very loving. Thank you for helping me with the cremation and grieving process of my baby. Thank you for loving him and caring for him during the times I couldn't be with him. Forever greatful!

We started taking our Shiba pup Shojo to SRAH when she was 10.5 weeks old. The staff and doctors are amazing. They all love the animals they care for, they also explain things so you can understand, and thier prices are 1/2 what we were spending at another clinic that was always short, uncaring and made clients wait outside for long periods of time post covid. ❤️ Thank goodness we found SRAH. ❤️

I hate that this review has to be sad, but the folks at the South Rowan Animal Hospital deserve recognition. I had to put our family dog Louise to sleep due to a life of health complications finally catching up to her. She had fought for a long time and she was just suffering, so it was time.The folks at South Rowan Animal Hospital were saints. They helped me get her into the building with the least amount of stress for her, let me sit with her for quite a bit, even brought chocolate kisses to give her because 'no one should go without knowing what chocolate tastes like'. They let me get her calm, gave her a sedative so she would relax, and let me hold her as she passed. The staff were the most respectful, supportive people I have ever met.Even in the face of the worst case scenarios, they handled it professionally and with the compassion of angels. I can't brag on them enough.

Every staff member from the front (client care service) to the medical staff (veterinarian, technician, and assistant) treats your pet like their own. They listen, and work to help you make the best medical decisions for your fur family.They were patient and showed compassion when I had to put my old man dog, Magnum, to sleep.They worked me in and performed all diagnostics for my kitty, Atticus the Fattipuss, when he became suddenly ill. With their diagnostics, we were able to rule out a lot of life threatening problems and have successfully treated his symptoms.Prices are very reasonable and you get excellent care. I plan on bringing my pets back for preventative and medical care.Our family is so happy that Atticus is himself again!

My Dogs are alot like me when it comes to Doctors...(We DON'T go unless we absolutely have to!!) But, I have a Pitty that just loves to roll around in leaves/grass only to bring home dozens of ticks! And they sure are prevalent in this area! So?..I took her and my "Big-Badd-Wolf" to the nice folks@ SRA for a wellness check ✔and all the goodies to protect them from the nasty diseases that are carried by lil critters!

We have taken our dogs to South Rowan Animal Hospital for years and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we had to take one of our sweet pups for an urgent appointment yesterday resulting in having to help our baby over the rainbow bridge. The staff and Veterinarian were wonderful in every way. Kindness and caring in those moments make all of the difference.

Definitely recommend this animal hospital for all your pet needs. Walked in without an appointment, and we were seen super fast. Took care of my fur baby quickly and with tons of love, which was great because this one is special. Has some interesting quirks, and they didn't bat an eye. Usually take pets to a different vet, but on a day I didn't have an appointment they said I could leave it and then charged me a boarding fee without notice until I came to do pickup a d pay the bill. I will definitely be going back to SRAH for all our needs.

We love this office and Dr. Jake and Dr. Dan. They take great care of our dogs and we have had a lot of issues with our Lab. They work diligently to get to the root of his issues. We also had to put one of our dogs down and they were so gracious and caring. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thunder and Blue like going to the vet!

We love our vets office! Very laud back, definitely pet people who operate this place. I have to take both my boys (3 and 1) and our puppy when we come, they are kind and understanding, they have helped with my babes while I take care of checking out and such. They have a great set up inside and outside. Timely and caring, we absolutely plan on staying g with them for all our vet needs. We found them because they took walk ins and our pup hurt himself in his kennel overnight when we first got him and my husband was able to take him right in first thing in the AM!

Always great! And they don't over charge like my last vet. Really great staff! Jacob Blanton is the only vet that has seen/treated my animals and he's very kind and understanding of the financial burdens us animal lovers carry. ❤😸❤
