One of the nicest Food Lion in the area. Everything is fresh from the meats to the produce. Multiple employees working at each department and customer service is a priority at this location. I wish all the Food Lion grocery stores were this nice!

I'm giving them 3 stars because most of my night visits to smooth but there's some issues... First of all some of their cashier's are really rude, I don't know their names but there are currently 2 girls that work there. I came up to one of their registers one night and she turned around to start complaining to the other girl because she was about to go pee. My husband also chose her register so he'd be right behind me and she told him he could go to the other register and he said he didn't mind waiting. I have no idea what her problem was since we are just customers trying to leave the store. We don't want to be there either but we aren't rude about it. Cashiers have a job to do and it doesn't involve being rude to paying customers. Standing there turning around to whisper to her friend while ringing us up, giving us dirty looks, not saying a single word. It was not a friendly cashier, that's for sure.I was charged twice on a product that cost $8+, it is a box of shrimp. They charged me twice and I just now found out about it. I understand that it's late and you close in a few hours, it's just extremely upsetting that it happened. I will pay close attention to the items being scanned in the future. This Food Lion has a wide collection of food items that other Food Lions we've gone to do not have stocked.

Everyone is always so nice when I’ve come but there’s a little short Mexican girl who always looks like she doesn’t want to be at work. Tonight, she turned around from the lottery machine as I stood in front of the formula register and rudely asked “what do you need?” and then advised I would have to stand in the regular lines. I didn’t mind getting in line but her approach and tone was ugly. Attitude definitely can be worked on to provide customer service.

It's a new food lion but it feels nicer than most. The have a better variety of some things and worse than others. Recommend going. Staff seems nice.

I showed my husband where this one was. We were both disappointed because it didn't stock 2 of the products that we buy at other Foodloin Stores. My husband drove about 10 miles to another Foodlion, and we bought what we wanted. We ear on snacks and watch all of March Madness.... Go Tarheels!!!

Unbelievably slow, I've had to abandon my cart before because they have 0 self-checkouts, long lines, and not enough cashiers. I get that some people don't like to use self-checkout because I know I hate it, but it would be better than having to leave with nothing because they don't have enough cashiers and then having to go to Walmart later when I have more time.

I love this new food lion in China Grove. It even has a walk-in refrigerated produce area. It's always well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. If it's raining the staff will even escort you with their store umbrella!

I love this Food Lion, it's clean and well stocked, I have been shopping there since August of 2021, when I relocated from Virginia, I had one problem about a week ago with a rotten piece of meat, but I was fully refunded, first time ever I brought bad meat from there, stuff happens.

This is conveniently close to I85, so I can stop to get groceries on the way home at a full size grocery store. The only think I don't like is that, despite being a very new store, it doesn't have self-scan.

This store was the best kept store of any of the other Food Lion stores visited lately!!!! The only other store that I know of in Salisbury is the original Ketner store. The staff was friendly and helpful, and actually ask if you were able to find everything ok and the cashiers . They even stood at the end of their check out line to let customers know that line was empty.

I typically like this location but had a bad experience last night.All other employees were very kind and spoke to me but the tall, thin manager on duty kept following me around the store for some very strange reason. He never spoke, never said a word, just followed me and stared. I even smiled at him and nothing. I wasn't dressed down, it wasn't late or close to closing so I have no idea what was going on.I felt so uncomfortable, I actually left without picking up all the items I needed to...

Placed a to-go order to be picked up between 3-4pm. It’s 3pm and no one has even started shopping my order. Never had an issue to with any other store. Customer service can reschedule for pickup tomorrow. Will NOT be shopping at this store again.

This store is pretty new so it’s clean and pleasant to be in. It’s well stocked. Cashiers aren’t overly friendly but they do their job efficiently. The parking lot is not level so it can be hard to get things out of your cart and not rest he cart on your car.

This is a flagship store, so it always has good stock of almost everything. The fresh sushi counter is exceptionally clean and puts out fresh product daily. The staff are friendly and helpful, regardless of what shift you interact with. Produce is regularly rotated and fresh, more so than other food lions close to this location. Best one to go to in the area.

This Food Lion is regularly out of everything. The good news is the Food Lion on S. Main going toward Landis rarely runs out of stuff. The N Main location just isn't big enough for the traffic that comes through it.

Clean grocery store, very helpful employees. Plenty of checkout lanes. Fresh Vegetables and fruits looks good and tastes great. There has been no change since the last time I went to the food lion in China Grove. But they do have beautiful house plants inside the store there.

I went to food lion to pick up lunch in the deli. My son just had surgery and we were on the way home and he wanted the boneless wings. I got there and the serve yourself was all out of them, so I asked if they’re going to have some soon. The lady stop and put some down to cook and even asked me what flavor I wanted. So I waited and just talked to them and then they put them out. As I was making the plate for my son, one of the guys in the deli brought me a note telling my son to have a speedy recovery and signed it All the best -Food Lion Deli , how sweet was that.😊
