I have been shopping at this store for years and sadly it has gone to hell. The staff are incredibly rude, there is always stock blocking aisles and they are always out of a lot of things. Today I had the worst experience ever when a staff member went outside when we came to the register and they didn't come back inside for at least 5 minutes and 4 other customers had lined up. This employee was on their phone, didn't say a word to any of us and just rang me up. Absolutely unacceptable.

I used to love this store in China Grove until 2 months ago , this place is a mess, now you go and all the aisles are blocked with towers of boxes. There are items on shelves that you can’t even reach. I told the manager my opinion but my opinion, but she looked that she doesn’t care . Someone needs to do something, please.
