Went to pick up my food . Sent my granddaughter ((13)) in because I was on a important phone call. The lady that was behind the counter (cook) got very smart with her and cussed at her. I spend 40 a week there but I will never give them another dime. I pray that she doesn't have any kids .

If I could give no stars I would. I asked for extra ketchup and the man behind the cash register hands me 1 pack. And the hotdogs, OMG the mustard was so heavy that it about locked mine and my wife's Jaws. Stingy with the ketchup but not with the mustard. And their attitude when you tell them about it. I'm not one that goes in rasing hell, I'll call them to the side and make my complaint. But this one, he was rude and didn't want to here any of it. Every since Bob sold this place, it has went to hell. I do not recommend this place ever. Not even for my dogs.

Ate here twice, NEVER again. First time ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, both ended up in the gabage, so much mayonnaise it was falling out of the sandwich. Didn't ask for mayonnaise. Several months later, today as matter of fact. Ordered 2 more, livermush was greasy and tasted like country ham. Bacon was BURNT, literally black. Pitiful, never again

Location off main highway easily accessible. Large parking lot with plenty of space for small and large vehicles. Clean store stocked well. Very reasonably priced grill food too.

Saw a Veteran be told that his Service Dog was not welcome in the store and could not be brought back. He politely handed the cashier/owner an ADA information card on service dogs and informed her that it was his right by Federal law to have the dog with him. She replied, "the dog can not come in, I have a restaurant in this store". He asked her to familiarize herself with the law and information on the card then exited the store. What a thankless way for a person to treat a disabled veteran of this country. I will never shop here again and would advise others not to as well.

The Owner is Great😁Sweet,Nice & Caring people just like the original ones wners the Heafners Th food is Great too from the grill 😋During the pipeline hacks the has has ran out of reg,mid,But they do have premium for $3.35 a gallon up to $20.00 a car so everyone can get gas if needed.

Ordered a lotta burger. Got a cheeseburger. Then was told they were out of the bread. Should have told me that when I ordered. She also acted like she barely spoke English. My friend said she speaks English fine.Won't be back

Love love there food made to order there philly cheese steak subs are to die for my husband loves there double cheese burger baskets and chilli cheese fries. Food is so delicious and cook and waiter is so respectful and nice.

Just happened to stop in. As I'm walking in, the smell outside was intoxicating. So I had to order something. Got the Double Bacon Cheeseburger plate; probably the best decision I've made recently lol. If you love amazingly griddled, fresh southern cheeseburgers, this is your spot! Best burger I've had in a long while. And it's only $6?! Can't speak for the other menu items, but surely they can't be bad. Them boys running the grill definitely know what they're doing! Haefner's, you've just made yourself a repeat customer! Will be back as soon as I'm back in town!

I want to start by saying that I loved the food at Heafners and have been eating there for over 3 years. However on my most recent visit I arrived a little early to pickup my food and was able to watch them prepare it. My sandwich along with several others was handled by a cooks bare hands as it went down the line, the gentleman putting the lettuce and tomato on was wearing gloves which was reassuring. The cook then reached in to a large jar of mushrooms with his bare hands and slapped them on the grill for a cheesesteak. The cashier who rang me up who I’m guessing is the boss (because that’s what they called him) saw it all and didn’t say a word. I’m a little grossed out and definitely won’t order a cheesesteak from there again.

Of course staff is really good got good service the people boss manager over there they are good peoples and you can eat all nice burgers & nice french fries and more.always the cooking fresh front of you I mean it's really nice to stop by and have good time
